- the free edge 15 of the cup 11 forms a lip sealing 14, flaring outwards, and capable of forming a seal between the cup 11 and the inner surface of the jacket 2.
- the bottom 24 of the cup 11 is connected, on the side opposite the grape 12 to a leg 16, one hooking end of which 17 is capable of coming into engagement hooking inside a housing 18 formed in one end 19 of the threaded rod 8.
- the mounting of the hooking end 17 inside the housing 18 is made by elastic deformation of two or more portions 20, 21 forming said tab 16.
- the profile of the attachment end 17 is chosen to so that said end 17 can slide inside the housing 18, while being stationary in rotation.

- the elasticity of the block foam 25 is such that the resistance it offers to compression is lower to the attachment force of the cover 27 on the jacket 2, so as to absorb at least partly the overpressure inside the shirt.
- the foam block 25 can be replaced by a coil spring.
- the user removes the cover 27. She drives the organ maneuver 4 in rotation relative to the jacket 2, which causes a drive of the threaded rod 8 relative to the nut 7, and the axial rise of the cup 11, until the free surface 31 of the grape 12 emerges from the jacket 2, through the outlet orifice 30. After application, the user drives the operating member 4 in the opposite direction, so as to make lower the grape 12 inside the shirt 2. It then closes the hood. Due to the seal formed both under the cup (i.e. by the lip 14) and above the cup (bead 29 of the cover 28), it occurs compression of the volume of air trapped in this part of the jacket 2 delimited by the two sealing zones.
- This compression generates a overpressure inside the shirt, which overpressure causes axial compression of the foam block 25 (as shown in FIG. 1B), and a slight recoil of the cup 11 inside the jacket 2, thereby reducing the pressure in the upper part of the jacket 2.
- the axial height of the housing 18 formed by the threaded rod 8 is sufficient to allow axial movement corresponding to the hooking end 17, over a distance approximately equal to compression of the foam block 25.
- This compression can be of the order a few mm.
- the compressed air under the foam block 25 in response to this compression is expelled via the non-tight attachment zone between the member maneuver 4 and the jacket 2.
- a specific vent is provided in the bottom of the actuator 4.
- the foam block can have an axial height of the order of 1 cm. It's clear that the higher the block of foam, the more the damping that he trains will be progressive.

- the guide piece 108 ends above the free edge 114 of the intermediate piece 105, by a part 112 folded at 90 °, which forms an orifice 113 whose section is similar in shape to the section non-circular threaded rod 8, so as to prevent rotation, while allowing axial movement.
