Claims (5)
- Verfahren zum Schutz metallischer Bauteile vor Korrosion in Trocknungsanlagen (1), in denen Baustoffe mit heißer Luft oder Dampf durch Wasseraustreibung getrocknet werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Trocknungsanlagen (1) dampfflüchtige Inhibitoren zugeführt werden, die sich während des Trocknungsprozesses als Dampf- und/oder Heißluftbestandteile in den Räumen gleichmäßig fein ausbreiten und an den Metallflächen der Anlagenteile korrosionsbeständige Beläge bilden, wobei die dampfflüchtigen Inhibitoren mit dem Dampf und/oder der Heißluft und/oder mit dem Anmachwasser der Baustoffe und/oder dem Speisewasser oder dem Speisewasserdampf in Kanäle (2) und/oder Trocknungsräume (3) der Trocknungsanlagen (1) eingebracht werden.
- Verfahren zum Schutz metallischer Bauteile vor Korrosion nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dampfflüchtigen Inhibitoren direkt in die Kanäle (2) und/oder in den Heißluft- oder Dampfstrom eingesprüht werden und als Dampf- Inhibitorengemisch und/oder Heißluftluft- inhibitorengemisch in die Trocknungsräume (3) strömen.
- Verfahren zum Schutz metallischer Bauteile vor Korrosion nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dampfflüchtigen Inhibitoren dem Speisewasser und/oder dem Anmachwasser zudosiert, mit dem Wasser den Baustoffen beigegeben, mit den feuchten Baustoffen in die Trocknungsräume (3) eingebracht und beim Trocknungsprozeß mit dem Wasser aus den Baustoffen ausgetrieben werden.
- Verfahren zum Schutz metallischer Bauteile vor Korrosion nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dampfflüchtigen Inhibitoren aliphatische Amine der Kettenlänge > C 12 und < C 21 sind.
- Verfahren zum Schutz metallischer Bauteile vor Korrosion nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konzentration der aliphatischen Amine 0,1 bis 150 mg/kg in der Naßkomponente der Luft beträgt.
