Definitions
- the invention relates to a thread handling device according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such thread handling devices are related with cross-wound bobbins in various textile machines Known embodiments and in numerous Industrial property registrations explained in detail.
- the spinning heads produced on upstream ring spinning machines are pretreated on such preparation devices in such a way that they can subsequently be easily rewound to form large-volume cross-wound bobbins at the winding stations of automatic winding machines.
- the preparation devices are part of a winding machine / empty tube transport system that is owned by the winding machine and have, among other things, a thread end loosening and taking-up device connected to a waste collector, preferably in the form of a suction nozzle.
- a pneumatic air shut-off device and, as a rule, a thread separating device are also arranged in the area of the thread end releasing and receiving device.
- the suction nozzle whose mouth area approximates the outer contour the spinning head is adapted, and often one over the entire Having the length of the coping slit takes the thread first from the surface of the cop and place it after the Cut to length by the thread cutting device again on the Cops surface or on the sleeve tip that he is for one later work step is readily available.
- the thread end receiving means has a relatively large-volume base housing which is connected to a vacuum source via a vacuum line.
- the basic housing in which an underpressure of approx. 60 to 90 mbar prevails in the operating state, has a vertically running suction slot in the area of a convex wall on the front side, which has approximately the length of a spinning cop.
- Deflection elements are arranged on the top and bottom of the housing, over which a sealing tape is guided, which has an air passage opening with an upstream suction nozzle.
- the sealing tape In a zero position, the sealing tape can be positioned in such a way that the suction slot is completely sealed, that is to say the air passage opening is then positioned above the suction slot. From this zero position, the sealing tape can be lowered so that the suction nozzle can be moved continuously into different operating positions.
- a disadvantage of the known thread handling devices however, that in a case-like cover arranged working elements, preferably as an air panel trained air shut-off device and / or the Thread cutting device, or not directly in the Areas of the housing-like cover lying in the suction air flow are very prone to flights.
- the working elements of such Thread handling devices are therefore often already relative not working properly for a short time.
- the The invention is therefore based on the object, the known To improve thread handling devices.
- the air flowing around in the air vortex area is prevented effective that dust, fiber fly within the housing or the like. That way ensured that the functionality of the housing arranged work elements even after a long period of operation is not affected.
- the end portion of the suction line as a tubular Neck trained.
- Incoming suction air lets in the leech area of the nozzle Air vortex area arise, the circulating air flows one Ensure self-cleaning of the housing.
- a thread separating device can also be arranged.
- Such a design represents a simple, compact and sensible construction, since the air flowing around in the housing automatically ensures that the working elements arranged in the housing are kept clean.
- a functional air panel ensures that the housing can be completely pneumatically decoupled from the vacuum network of the textile machine in the periods between the thread end take-up cycles, so that, as already mentioned above, the not inconsiderable air and energy consumption of such thread handling devices on a portable one Level can be maintained.
- the protected thread separating device which is positioned in the immediate vicinity of the thread end receiving means, also enables the thread end picked up to be cut to length with a precise fit.
- the thread separating device is positioned directly behind the tubular connecting piece of the suction line, as stated in claim 4. Such an arrangement of the thread separating device ensures that the thread end picked up on the textile pack, largely uninfluenced by the air currents within the housing, always reliably reaches the thread separating device and can be cut to length exactly therefrom.
- FIG. 1 is a perspective view of what is known per se Spinnkops- / empty tube transport system 21 one of the For the sake of clarity, only indicated schematically Cross winder 25 shown.
- the representation of the Automatic winder 25 is essentially limited to the energy and arranged at the machine end Operating unit 22 and the position information for the A, B, ... etc.
- the spinning cop / empty tube transport system integrated in a chassis 20 21 has a variety different transport routes, their function below is briefly explained.
- the transfer line 1 forms the interface of the present transport system 21 to the transport systems in the production process of upstream textile machines.
- These upstream (not shown) textile machines are usually ring spinning machines.
- the transfer of the spinning copes produced on the ring spinning machines from the transport system of the ring spinning machines to the illustrated transport system 21 of the automatic winder 25 and the return of unwound empty tubes from the automatic winding machine's own transport system 21 to the transport system of the ring spinning machines takes place by means of a converter (not shown).
- the spinning bobbins placed on the winding machine's own bobbin by the converter are transported over a machine-long transport path 2 to one or more preparation lines 3, where in preparation devices 17, as is known per se, the winding is released from the spinning bobbins and the spinning bobbins with a tip winding that can be handled in the winding units of the automatic winder be provided.
- the spinning bobbins pass through the Transport route 4 to a storage route KopszuWORKS 5.
- the spinning bobbins positioned on the bobbins arrive in the entrance area of cross transport routes 6.
- This Cross transport lines 6 usually take three spinning heads on, with one of the spinning bobbins in a winding position, the the other two, also positioned on bobbins Spinning bobbins, in stock or waiting positions in front of the Winding position are parked.
- Unwound empty tubes are rewound via the return path 8 or the distribution route 9 to the takeover route 1 transported back and there, as indicated at the beginning, by means of a converter to the transport system of the ring spinning machines returned.
- the pod keeper ensures that the tubes are not completely unwound a passage 10 can be removed. Passage 10 is with a residue preparation line 11, with a Repeating section 12 and over this with a Sleeve cleaning section 13 or one Manual preparation section 14 connected.
- FIG. 2 shows a side view of the thread handling device of such a preparation device 17 arranged in the area of the preparation lines 3, with a spinning cop 16 arranged on a bobbin 15.
- Such thread handling devices generally each have a thread end receiving means 18, for example a slit-like suction nozzle which can be set on the surface of the spool head, and a device 19 for stopping and rotating the bobbin carrier 15 in and against the winding direction of the spinning heads 16.
- the thread end receiving means 18 is connected via a suction line 23 to a waste collector 24, which in turn is connected to a vacuum source 28 via a vacuum line 26.
- a sensor device 29 In from the thread end receiving means 18 to the waste collector 24 leading suction line 23 is a sensor device 29 which the Presence of a successfully picked thread end 30 detected and a housing 31 turned on. The housing 31 takes one next to an air screen 33 Thread cutting device 32.
- the housing 31 designed according to the invention is shown in FIG. 3 on an enlarged scale.
- the end region 34 of the suction line 23 is extended into the housing 31, that is to say the housing wall 35 lying at the front in the flow direction R of the suction air 36 is protruded inwards by the end piece of the suction line 23 designed as a tubular connecting piece 34.
- a thread separating device 32 Located behind the tubular connecting piece 34 is a thread separating device 32, which can be controlled in a defined manner, for example via an electric motor 38 or the like.
- the housing 31 also always has an air panel 33, which, for example via an electric motor 37, a Pneumatic cylinder or the like. Is also selectively controllable.
- control of the air panel 33 that is Housing 31 either pneumatically to the vacuum network Textile machine connected, that is, with the Waste collector 24 and thus the vacuum source 28 connected or, in the closed position of the air screen 33, as in FIG. 3 dash-dotted lines indicated at 33 ', from the vacuum network of Textile machine uncoupled.
- the air diaphragm 33 and the thread separating device 32 are opened, so that suction air 35 flows through the housing 31 in the direction R.
- an air swirl area 40 is created in the empty area of the tubular connecting piece 34 of the suction line 23 due to the design of the housing 31 according to the invention.
- the air flow 39 circulating in the air swirling region 40 reliably prevents dust or fiber fly from accumulating in the housing 31 or on the working elements arranged in the housing 31 (air cover 33, thread separating device 32).
- the self-cleaning effect occurring through the air swirl region 40 thus ensures that the functionality of the working elements arranged in the housing is still adequately guaranteed even after prolonged operation.
- the thread handling device according to the invention can also be used in other areas of a textile machine, for example on a device for detecting the end of the thread on a package on a package.
- a thread separation device is not always present.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 2
