Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung (2, 53) zur Herstellung von Lamellen (48, 49, 50, 51) mit zwei Teilen, wobei zumindest der erste Teil (1, 52) in Bezug auf den zweiten Teil (3, 57) beweglich angeordnet ist, der erste Teil (1, 52) mindestens drei Biegeplatten (12, 13, 22, 23; 54), der zweite Teil mindestens vier Gegenbiegeplatten (36, 37, 38, 39, 40; 58, 59, 60, 61) aufweist und ein Teil (1, 52) mit einem Vorhuborgan (5, 8, 11, 14, 66) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorhuborgan (5, 8, 11, 14, 66) einen mit.der mindestens einen mittleren Biegeplatte (12, 13; 54) verbundenen Vorhubeinsatz (11; 66) und mindestens einen auf den Vorhubeinsatz einwirkenden, in jeweils einer Zylinderkammer (5) angeordneten druckbeaufschlagbaren Kolben (8) umfasst, und dass der erste Teil (1, 52) einen Längsträger (4) umfasst, in welchem die mindestens eine Zylinderkammer (5) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Teil (1, 52) durch eine Presse verschiebbar und der zweite Teil (3, 57) fest angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Teil (1, 52) mindesten zwei seitliche, in Bezug auf den ersten Teil feste Biegeplatten (22, 23) und mindestens eine mittlere, durch das . Vorhuborgan (5, 8, 11, 14, 66) in Bezug auf den ersten Teil bewegliche Biegeplatte (12, 13; 54) umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass seitlich der seitlichen Biegeplatten (22, 23) am ersten Teil (1, 52) Ziehkissen (27, 28) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Ziehkissen (27, 28) und Längsschienen (20, 21) elastische Elemente (29, 30) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den seitlichen Biegeplatten (22, 23) und der mindestens einen mittleren Biegeplatte (12, 13; 54) mit dem Längsträger (4) verbundene Seitenplatten (16, 17) angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Lamellen mittels einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Patentansprüche, wobei der erste Teil (1, 52) in Bezug auf den zweiten Teil (3, 57) der Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Lamellen beweglich ausgebildet ist, wobei die von einem Vorhuborgan (5, 8, 11, 14, 66) betätigte, mindestens eine mittlere Biegeplatte (12, 13; 54) des ersten Teils die seitlichen Biegeplatten (22, 23) des ersten Teils überragt und zuerst' mindestens eine mittlere Lamelle (48, 49) zwischen den mittleren Gegenbiegeplatten (37, 38, 39; 59, 60) formt und anschliessend die seitlichen Biegeplatten (22, 23) des ersten Teils die seitlichen Lamellen (50, 51) zwischen den seitlichen Gegenbiegeplatten (36, 37, 39, 40; 58, 59, 60, 61) formen.
- Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorhuborgan (5, 8, 11, 14, 66) einen in einer Zylinderkammer (5) geführten Kolben (8) umfasst, der bei der Formung der mindestens einen mittleren Lamelle (48, 49) druckbeaufschlagt und bei der Formung der seitlichen Lamellen (50, 51) vor dem unteren Totpunkt druckentlastet ist.
