Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Pressvorrichtung (1) sowie eine Fertigungseinrichtung und ein Verfahren, insbesondere zum Pressumformen von zumindest einer Querschnittsabmessung von Rund- oder Kantprofilen (2) aus Holz oder Holzwerkstoff, mit einem Pressengestell (3) und mit zumindest zwei gegenüberliegenden und in einem Abstand (17) relativ zueinander verstellbaren Druckbalken (5) und einer Antriebsanordnung (12) für zumindest einen Druckbalken (5) sowie einen mit der Pressvorrichtung (1) und nach dem Verfahren hergestellten Bauteil. Zumindest ein Druckbalken (5) ist über eine zwischen diesem und dem Pressengestell (3) angeordnete Führungsanordnung (6) bewegungsabhängig in einer zu dem Abstand (17) der einander gegenüber liegenden Druckbalken (5) senkrechten und in einer in Richtung des Abstandes (17) verlaufenden Raumrichtung und der weitere Druckbalken (5) in zumindest einer der Raumrichtungen verstellbar gelagert und eine von der Antriebsanordnung (12) auf zumindest einem Druckbalken (5) aufgebrachte Verstellkraft (Pfeil 14) wirkt in einer im wesentlichen senkrecht zum Abstand (17) verlaufenden Wirkungslinie.
