Claims (9)
- Anordnung zur Kopplung eines Druckkopfs (1) mit einer oder mehreren Leitrollen (3a) in einem Druck- oder ,Schreibgerät, in dem ein in einer Papiertransportbahn (7) befindlicher, in Transportrichtung (A) transportierbarer Beleg (40) mit dem Druckkopf (1) bedruckbar ist, mit den Merkmalen:Der Druckkopf (1) ist ein geringes Maß senkrecht zur Papiertransportbahn (7) verschieblich gelagert sowie senkrecht zur Transportrichtung (A) und parallel zur Papiertransportbahn (7) positionierbar mit einem Positionierbereich, der mindestens an einer Seite den Druckbereich überschreitet,an einen Hebel (2a), der mittels eines ersten ortsfesten Lagers (21a) um eine zur Ebene der Papiertransportbahn (7) parallelen und zur Transportrichtung (A) senkrechten Achse drehbar ist, ist die Leitrolle (3a) mittels eines zweiten Lagers (23a) mit zum ersten Lager (21a) paralleler Drehachse gelagert;zwischen dem ersten Lager (21a) und dem zweiten Lager (23a) trägt der Hebel ein drittes Lager (22a) mit gleichfalls zu den anderen Lagern paralleler Drehachse, welches kraftschlüssig mit dem Druckkopf (1) derart verbunden ist, daß eine Bewegung der Leitrolle (3a) senkrecht zur Ebene der Papier- transportbahn (7) mit einer proportional geringeren Bewegung des Druckkopfs (1) in der gleichen Richtung zwangsläufig gekoppelt ist;außerhalb des Druckbereichs und von diesem wegführend ist eine Gleitfläche oder Rolle (30) angeordnet, auf die eine Steuerfläche des Druckkopfs (1) bei einer von dem Druckbereich wegführenden Positionierung aufläuft und somit den Druckkopf (1) von der Papiertransportbahn (7) wegbewegt.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, wobei zwei gleiche Hebel (2a) an beiden Seiten der Papiertransportbahn (7) liegen, durch eine Verbindungsstange (9) an dem Ort der zweiten Lager (23a) verbunden sind und eine oder mehrere Leitrollen (3a) auf der Verbindungsstange drehbar gelagert sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei zwei gleiche Hebel (2a) an beiden Seiten der Papiertransportbahn (7) liegen und an den Stellen der dritten Lager (22a) eine Führungsstange für den Druckkopf mit den Hebeln (2a) verbunden ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 3, wobei der Druckkopf auf der Führungsstange um deren Achse drehbar gelagert ist und die Führungsstange an den Stellen der dritten Lagerachse 22a fest mit jedem der Hebel (2a) verbunden ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei ein zweiter Hebel (2b) eine zweite Leitrolle (3b) in wirkungsmäßig gleicher Art wie der erste Hebel (2a) die erste Leitrolle (3a) mit zueinander parallelene Lagerachsen lagert und beide Hebel (2a, 2b) als Winkelhebel ausgebildet sind, welche durch eine Schubstange (9) bewegungsgekoppelt sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit einem Papieranschlag (5, 5', 5") für die Kante des Belegs (40) mit dem zusätzlichen Merkmal:der Papieranschlag (5', 5") bildet das eine Ende eines Hebelwerks (5, 22a, 13, 14, 10, 11, 12), dessen anderes Ende (12) durch den Druckkopf in einer 10 Position außerhalb des Druckbereichs betätigbar ist, wodurch ein Einschwenken des Papieranschlags (5', 5") in die Papiertransportbahn bewirkt wird.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 6, wobei das Hebelwerk aus einem Papieranschlaghebel (5, 5', 5") und einem is Schwenkhebel (10) besteht undder Papieranschlaghebel (5) eine Anschlagfläche (5', 5") besitzt, welche durch Drehung des Papieranschlaghebels (5) um ein Achse (22b) parallel zur Ebene der Papiertransportbahn (7) und senkrecht zur 20 Transportrichtung (A) in die Papiertransportbahn (7) schwenkbar ist undein Schwenkhebel (10) eine Drehachse (11) senkrecht zur Ebene der Papiertransportbahn (7) besitzt, welche den Schwenkhebel in einen kurzen und einen langen Hebelarm unterteilt, und der lange Hebelarm über einen Mitnehmer (14) den Papieranschlag (5, 5', 5") betätigt und der kurze Hebelarm durch den Druckkopf (1) mittels einer Positionierung außerhalb des Druckbereichs betätigbar ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, wobei der Druckkopf bei einer von dem Druckbereich wegführenden Positionierbewegung zunächst den Papieranschlag (5, 5', 5") betätigt und sodann die Absenkung erleidet.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 8, wobei mindestens zwei gleiche Winkelhebel (2a, 2b) verwendet werden, an deren zwischen dem ortfesten Lager (21a, 21b) und 'dem Lager für die jeweilige Leitrolle (23a, 23b) liegenden jeweiligen dritten Lagerachse (22a, 22b) bei dem einen der beiden Winkelhebel (2a) der Druckkopf (1) und bei dem anderen (2b) der Papieranschlag (5) angreift.
