Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Wandtafel mit gebogener Oberfläche aus Stahlblech, welche mit einer weiß beschichteten, vorzugsweise weiß emaillierten Oberfläche ausgestattet ist.
Aus der EP-A 0692392 ist eine Wandtafel bekannt, deren Oberfläche konkav geformt ist. Diese Verformung wird entweder durch besonders gestaltete Wandhalter oder durch Biegen über einen entsprechend geformten Rahmen vorgenommen. In beiden Fällen ist notwendig, daß die Stahlblechplatte mit einer weiteren Platte verbunden vorzugsweise verklebt wird, um eine sichere Verbindung zu den Wandhaltern zu gewährleisten. Diese Art der Verbindung macht die Herstellung der Tafel teuer und für den Anwender ist es nicht einfach, eine solche Tafel an einer Wand zu befestigen, da nicht nur zwei Träger an einer Wand zu befestigen sind, sondern diese auch in einem exakten Abstand zu einander anzubringen sind.
Aus der US-PS 2,838,853 ist eine Kreidetafel mit einer gebogenen Schreibfläche bekannt, bei der die konkave Verformung vertikal vorgenommen wurde. Der Biegeradius kann durch die Veränderung des Abstandes zwischen der oberen und der unteren Leiste beeinflußt werden. Die Platte wird zunächst in eine Nut in der unteren Leiste eingesteckt und dann in die obere Leiste hineingedrückt. Damit die Platte nicht wieder herausrutscht, wird sie durch eine gegen die obere Leiste geschraubte Abschlußleiste fixiert. Außerdem wird die gebogene Platte durch ein zwischen die obere und die untere Leiste gespanntes Seil gesichert.
Die in dieser US-Patentschrift vorgeschlagene Lösung ist aufwendig und teuer. Auch muß das Traggestell sehr sorgfältig an einer Wand ausgerichtet und befestigt werden, damit Verzerrungen in der Fläche vermieden werden.
Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine einfach herzustellende und leicht an einer Wand anzubringende Tafel mit einer gebogenen Oberfläche zu schaffen.
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe dadurch, daß die Tafel konvex geformt und in entsprechend gestaltete Nuten eines Rahmens unter Ausnutzung der Rückstellkraft des Materials eingesetzt ist.
Weitere Gestaltungsmerkmale sind in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben.
Eine erfindungsgemäße Tafel umfaßt eine rechteckige Tafelfläche, welche von einem schützenden Rahmen umgeben ist. In diesen Rahmen ist die gebogene Tafel in dort vorhandene Nuten eingesetzt, wobei bei der Montage zunächst der obere und der untere Rahmen auf die Tafel aufgesetzt werden und anschließend die Seitenwangen folgen.
Damit die Tafel nicht im Rahmen klappert, wird die Blechplatte praktisch unter Vorspannung in die Nuten eingesetzt, d.h. durch die Rückstellkraft wird die Blechtafel in den Nuten klemmend gehalten.
Selbstverständlich sind auch andere Befestigungsarten denkbar. So könnte z.B. die Tafel auch durch dem Krümmungsradius der Tafel angepaßte Klemmstücke gehalten werden.
Damit beim Beschreiben der Tafel keine unangenehmen Geräusche auftreten, kann die Rückseite der Tafel mit einem Antidröhnmittel beschichtet oder mit einem anderen Dämm-Material beklebt sein. Ferner ist auffällig, daß in den Seitenwangen Schubladen vorgesehen sind, in denen Zubehör wie Schreibstifte, Reinigungstücher etc. untergebracht werden können. Somit sind alle benötigten Hilfsmittel stets griffbereit.
In einer weiteren -in den Figuren nicht dargestellten- Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist es auch denkbar, vor der Tafel aus Stahlblech noch eine Platte aus transparentem Kunststoff vorzusehen. Diese Lösung hat den Vorteil, daß in dem Raum zwischen der Tafel und der Kunststoffplatte Diagramme, Lineaturen oder sonstige Abbildungen auswechselbar gelagert werden können. Sowohl auf der Tafel aus Stahlblech, als auch auf der eventuell darüber angeordneten Kunststoffplatte lassen sich Darstellungen, Pläne etc. mittels Permanentmagneten festhalten. Besteht die transparente Platte aus einem Material, welches von der Schreibtinte nicht angegriffen wird, kann bei entsprechendem Benetzungsverhalten auch auf dieser Kunststoff-Oberfläche mit trocken abwischbaren Markern geschrieben werden.
Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich auch aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung eines Ausführungsbeispieles in Verbindung mit den Zeichnungen.

Die Figur 1 macht deutlich, daß es sich bei der erfindungsgemäßen Tafel (1) um eine konvex geformte Schreibfläche handelt. Diese Schreibfläche besteht vorzugsweise aus Stahlblech, welches gegen Rost geschützt ist und auf der Schreibflächenseite weiß beschichtet, vorzugsweise mit einer weißen Emailschicht versehen ist. Gut zu erkennen sind auch die Schubladen (6, 7), in denen u.a. Schreibstifte, Reinigungstücher etc. aufbewahrt werden können. Für die Schreibstifte (8) sind besondere Lagerböckchen (9) vorgesehen, damit die Stifte leicht entnommen werden können. Im geschlossenen Zustand passen sich die Schubladen (6, 7) harmonisch in die Seitenwange (5, 6) ein.
Figur 2 zeigt in der Schnittdarstellung, daß die Tafel (1) in eine Nut (11) im oberen Rahmen (3) eingesetzt ist. Auch in den Seitenwangen (4, 5) ist jeweils eine Nut (12, 13) vorgesehen, um der Tafel einen guten Halt zu geben. Die einzelnen Rahmenteile (2, 3, 4, 5) können miteinander verklebt, verschraubt, verschweißt oder sonstwie verbunden sein. Eine lösbare Verbindung bietet sich dann an, wenn die Tafel (1) mit einer Kunststoffplatte abgedeckt werden soll und zwischen Kunststoffplatte und Tafel (1) Vorlagen, Lineaturen etc. eingelegt werden sollen.
Damit beim Schreiben auf der Tafel (1) keine trommelartigen Geräusche entstehen, kann auf der Rückseite der Tafel (1) Dämm-Material (10) vorgesehen sein. Hierfür eignet sich z.B. eine Beschichtung mit Antidröhnmaterial oder ein Bekleben mit einer Schaumstoffschicht. Es ist auch denkbar, eine Filzplatte hinter der Tafel einzuklemmen.
In den Figuren nicht dargestellt ist die im Text beschriebene Ausgestaltung, daß die Tafel (1) aus Stahlblech durch eine Platte aus transparentem Kunststoff abgedeckt wird.
Auf der Rückseite der Wandtafel sind -hier ebenfalls nicht dargestellte- Aufhängeösen o.ä. vorgesehen.

Claims (8)

  1. Wandtafel mit gebogener Oberfläche aus weiß beschichtetem vorzugsweise weiß emailliertem Stahlblech, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tafel (1) konvex geformt und in entsprechend gestaltete Nuten (11, 12, 13) eines Rahmens (2, 3, 4, 5) unter Ausnutzung der Rückstellkraft des Materials klemmend eingesetzt ist.
  2. Wandtafel mit gebogener Oberfläche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tafel (1) mittels Halteelementen in die gebogene Form des Rahmens (2, 3, 4, 5) eingespannt wird.
  3. Wandtafel mit gebogener Oberfläche, nach Anspruch 1 und/oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmen (2, 3, 4, 5) die Tafel (1) allseits umschließt.
  4. Wandtafel mit gebogener Oberfläche nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Rahmenteilen (4, 5) Fächer (6, 7) zur Aufnahme von Schreibstiften (8) vorgesehen sind.
  5. Wandtafel mit gebogener Oberfläche nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmen für Schreibstifte (8) als Schubladen (6, 7) ausgeführt sind.
  6. Wandtafel mit gebogener Oberfläche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückseite der Tafel (1) mit einem Dämm-Material (10) beschichtet ist.
  7. Wandtafel mit gebogener Oberfläche nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dämm-Material (10) eine Schaumstoffplatte ist.
  8. Wandtafel mit gebogener Oberfläche nach Anspruch 6, dadurch geklennzeichnet, daß das Dämm-Material (10) eine Filzplatte ist.
