Claims (18)
- Trennanordnung, insbesondere Holzsägevorrichtung, zur Trennung langgestreckter Eingabestücke in jeweils mehrere kürzere Ausgabestücke mit einer Trennvorrichtung, die einer Längsrichtung beabstandet mehrere gleichzeitig betriebene Trennwerkzeuge mit untereinander parallelen, quer zur Längsrichtung ausgerichteten Trennebenen enthält, mit einer Zuführeinrichtung, welche mehrere längliche, parallel zur Längsrichtung verlaufende Aufnahmevorrichtungen für die langgestreckten Eingabestücke in vorgegebener Ausrichtung umfaßt und diese Aufnahmevorrichtungen kontinuierlich umlaufend nacheinander von einem Einlegebereich in einer parallel zu den Trennebenen der Trennwerkzeuge verlaufenden Transportrichtung durch die Trennvorrichtung bewegt.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuführeinrichtung als Endlosförderanordnung mit wenigstens zwei synchron laufenden Endlosfördermitteln ausgebildet ist und daß die Aufnahmevorrichtungen fest mit den Endlosfordermitteln verbunden sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördermittel Ketten sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Trennvorrichtung Führungsmittel vorgesehen sind, welche eine Verkippung einer in diesem Bereich befindlichen Aufnahmevorrichtung verhindern.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 3 und Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsmittel auf die Kettenglieder wirken.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmevorrichtungen im Querschnitt sich von einer offenen Einlegeseite zu einem Träger hin verjüngen, insbesondere V-förmig ausgebildet sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, gekennzeichnet durch zumindest im Bereich der Trennvorrichtungen auf in die Aufnahmevorrichtungen eingelegte Eingabestücke wirkende Rückhaltemittel.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 7, gekennzeichnet durch ortsfest zwischen den Trennwerkzeugen angeordnete Niederhalter, welche federnd auf in die Aufnahmevorrichtungen eingelegten Eingabestücken aufliegen.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 7 oder Anspruch 8, gekennzeichnet durch gezahnte Streben in den Aufnahmevorrichtungen als Rückhaltemittel.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Größe des Einlegebereichs mehrere Aufnahmevorrichtungen umfaßt.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einlegebereich von mehreren Seiten zur Beschickung zugänglich ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmevorrichtungen in Längsrichtung einseitig einen Anschlag aufweisen.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportgeschwindigkeit veränderlich einstellbar ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Anzahl der Trennwerkzeuge und/oder deren Abstand in Längsrichtung veränderbar sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mehreren Trennwerkzeuge über eine in Längsrichtung verlaufende Antriebswelle von einer gemeinsamen Antreibseinheit angetrieben sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, gekennzeichnet durch Kreissägeblätter als Trennwerkzeuge.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge der Aufnahmevorrichtungen kleiner als 2,50 m insbesondere kleiner als 1,50 m ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, gekennzeichnet durch die fahrbare Ausführung als Anhängeraufbau.
