Claims (14)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Schalldämpfereinsätzen für Schalldämpfer, welche ganz oder teilweise nach dem Absorptionsprinzip arbeiten, wobei eine vorgegebene Menge eines losen Gebindes (16) aus Einzelelementen eines geeigneten Schallschluckmaterials gebildet wird, das lose Gebinde (16) von Zuschnitten (10, 17) aus einem flächigen Material zur Bildung eines Montage-Formelements (19) umhüllt wird, das Montage-Formelement (19) in eine der beabsichtigten Form des Schalldämpfereinsatzes entsprechenden Form zu einem Formverbund (22) ausgeformt und fixiert wird, derart, daß die fixierte Form durch die Umhüllung ohne Auflösung in Einzelelemente bis zur Montage zum bestimmungsgemäßen Einsatz des Schalldämpfereinsatzes handhabbar ist, jedoch während des bestimmungsgemäßen Einsatzes als Schalldämpfereinsatz die Fixierung wenigstens teilweise wieder aufgehoben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufhebung des Formverbundes (22) durch Temperatureinwirkung erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formverbund (22) rohrförmig ausgebildet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das lose Gebinde (16) bindemittelfrei gebildet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Schallschluckmaterial wenigstens teilweise texturiertes E-Glas-Garn verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schallschluckmaterial wenigstens teilweise Mineralwolle umfaßt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das lose Gebinde (16) zur Bildung einer vorgegebenen Menge (9) gewogen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß flächiges Material verwendet wird, welches wenigstens teilweise aus texturiertem E-Glas-Garn besteht.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fixierung wenigstens teilweise durch nähen erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fixierung wenigstens teilweise durch kleben erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Montage-Formelement (19) zur Bildung eines rohrförmigen Formverbundes (22) um einen Dorn gewickelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Montage-Formelement (19) in einem Rohr eingebracht wird.
- Schalldämpfereinsatz, hergestellt nach wenigstens einem der Verfahren 1 bis 12, gebildet aus einer vorgegebenen Menge eines losen Gebindes (16) aus Einzelelementen eines geeigneten Schallschluckmaterials, umhüllt zu einem Montage-Formelement (19) mit Zuschnitten (10,17) aus einem flächigen Material, wobei das Montage-Formelement entsprechend der beabsichtigten Form des Schalldämpfereinsatzes zu einem Formverbund geformt und formfixiert ist, derart, daß die Form durch die Umhüllung ohne Auflösung in Einzelelemente bis zur Montage zum bestimmungsgemäßen Einsatz des Schalldämpfereinsatzes handhabbar ist, jedoch während des bestimmungsgemäßen Einsatzes als Schalldämpfereinsatz die Fixierung wenigstens teilweise wieder aufhebbar ist.
- Schalldämpfereinsatz nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der den Schalldämpfereinsatz bildende Formverbund (22) durch Hitzeeinwirkung aufgehoben wird.
