- the invention relates to a window sill for attachment to the outside a window frame.
- window sills for attachment to the outside a window frame There are various window sills for attachment to the outside a window frame known and usually has the outside window sill a horizontal cover for an underlying wall section and a substantially vertical part that faces the front of the Window frame is screwed. Penetration of water between Window frames and windowsills are often covered by a gasket prevented.
- window sills have proven themselves in practice. With some Embodiments, however, water intrusion is difficult between the window frame and the windowsill with certainty avoid and also the window sill is usually screwed on Window frames attached. These screws run through holes in the vertical part of the window sill profile and the screw head rests the outside of the window sill profile. Because these screw heads do that impair the visual appearance, they are often covered. However, this is complex and not entirely satisfactory.
- the invention is therefore based on the object, a new type of Attach a window sill to the outside of a window frame too develop.
