Claims (7)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Einrichtung für das Behandeln von Textilfasern, vorzugsweise aus Wolle, Baumwolle oder Fasern aus natürlichen, wie synthetischen Polymeren, wie z. B. eine in Form eines Rings (1) ausgebildete, eine Ganzstahldraht-Garnitur, insbesondere Open-end-Garnitur umfassende Auflösewalze von insbesondere der Verbesserung des Stapels von Rohfasermaterial dienenden Karden oder z. B. außenseitig Drahtsektionen (12) umfassende Rundkämme von insbesondere der Parallelisierung der Einzelfasern von Faservliesen dienenden Kämmaschinen, bei denen die Drahtspitzen (8) der Ganzstahldraht-Garnitur bzw. der mindestens ersten Drahtsektion (13) der Rundkämme einem Härtevorgang unterzogen werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drähte (3) bzw. Drahtsektionen (13) vor dem Verankern an dem Ring (1) bzw. an dem Rundkammträger (12) als gesondertes Bauteil nach dem üblichen Stanzvorgang zur Ausbildung der Zähne (8) mit anschließender Zahndurchhärtung zur Erhöhung der Zahnfestigkeit und elektrochemischem Entgraten sodann in ihrer Form durch Vorbiegen an die des Rings (1) bzw. Rundkammträgers (12) angepaßt werden, bevor sie einem Oberflächenhärtungsprozeß unterworfen und sodann auf dem Ring bzw. dem Rundkammträger verankert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der auf das Stanzen und das elektrochemische Entgraten der Sägezähne sowie den Vorbiegevorgang des gezahnten Drahtes (3) bzw. der Drahtsektionen (13) entsprechend der gekrümmten Oberfläche des Rings (1) bzw. Rundkammträgers (12) folgende Oberflächenhärtungsprozeß eine Beschichtung durch Auftrag einer Diamant/Ni-Schicht umfaßt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drähte (3) zunächst einem wendelförmigen Vorbiegevorgang und anschließend dem Oberflächenhärtungsprozeß im Bereich ihrer Sägezähne (8) unterworfen und sodann auf den Ring (1) aufgezogen werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch ein solches schraubenwendelförmiges Vorbiegen des Sägezahndrahtes (3), daß letzterer in entspanntem Zustand einen Innendurchmesser aufweist, der angenähert dem Außendurchmesser des zylindrischen Rings (1) entspricht, so daß die Sägezahndrahtwendel auf den zylindrischen Ring aufschiebbar oder aber durch Einrollen in eine Nut (2) fixierbar ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, unter Verwendung von die Garnitur bildenden Sägezahndrähten (3), die einen Fuß (6) und ein von diesem ausgehendes Blatt (7) mit einer Folge von Sägezähnen (8) aufweisen, sowie einer am zylindrischen Ring (1) außenseitig vorgesehenen wendelförmigen Nut (2), die einen durch zwei seitliche Stege (4, 4') begrenzten, etwa rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweist, der dem entsprechenden Querschnitt des in die Nut einführbaren Fußes (6) des Sägezahndrahtes (3) angepaßt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest der eine die Nut (2) des Rings (1) seitlich begrenzende Steg (4) eine solche Verformung erfährt, daß Ringmaterial aus dem Bereich des druckbeaufschlagten Steges in eine an einer Flanke des in die Nut eingeführten Fußes (6) vorgesehene, sich über die gesamte Länge des Sägezahndrahtes (3) erstreckende Längsrille (9) hineingedrückt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, gekennzeichnet durch Verwendung einer am Fuß (6) des Sägezahndrahtes (3) seitlich angeformten Schulter (10) zur radialen Beaufschlagung beim Eindrücken des vorgeformten Sägezahndrahtes in die Nut (2).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest die jeweils erste Drahtsektion (13) der Folge von Drahtsektionen eines Rundkammträgers (12) nach Herstellung in an die Krümmung des Rundkammträgers angepaßter Form vorzugsweise durch Aufkleben z. B. mittels eines Zwei-Komponenten-Klebers auf dem Rundkammträger (12) festgelegt wird.
