Claims (6)
- Einrichtung zum Stranggießen von Stahl, bestehend aus einer in Gießrichtung oszillierenden, in einem Hubtisch gehaltenen Stranggießkokille und mindestens einem auf den Hubtisch wirkenden Oszillationsantrieb,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Hubtisch (1) mit unterhalb seiner Tischebene (4) verlaufenden Führungsblöcken (3.1, 3.2) ausgebildet ist, zwischen denen ein stationärer Spannblock (7) angeordnet ist,und entlang der Kokillenschmalseiten unterhalb der Tischebene (4) zu beiden Seiten des Spannblocks (7) jeweils zwischen bzw. in diesem und dem zu ihm benachbarten Führungsblock (3.1 bzw. 3.2) im Abstand übereinander mindestens zwei einzelne, nachgiebig weiche Blattfedern (9.1, 10.1 bzw. 9.2, 10.2) in zueinander sowie in Bezug auf die jeweiligen an der gegenüberliegenden Kokillenschmalseite angeordneten Blattfedern (9.1, 10.1) bzw. 9.2, 10.2) paralleler Lage eingespannt sind. - Einrichtung zum Stranggießen von Stahl nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Oszillationsantrieb aus vier Hydraulikzylindern (14.1, 14.2) besteht, von denen jeweils zwei an jeder Kokillenseite angeordnet und mit ihrem einen Ende an den Führungsblöcken (3.1, 3.2) und mit ihrem anderen Ende an einem ortsfesten Tragrahmen (18) befestigt sind. - Einrichtung zum Stranggießen von Stahl nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hydraulikzylinder (14.1, 14.2) in einer durch die Führungsblöcke (3.1, 3.2) gelegten Querschnittsebene seitlich neben den Führungsblöcken angeordnet sind. - Einrichtung zum Stranggießen von Stahl nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Spannblock (7) an dem Tragrahmen (18) angeordnet ist. - Einrichtung zum Stranggießen von Stahl nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hydraulikzylinder (14.1, 14.2) mit einem Ende an einem unteren Abschnitt des Führungsblocks (3.1, 3.2) und mit dem anderen Ende oberhalb dieser Anlenkung an dem ortsfesten Tragrahmen (18) befestigt sind. - Einrichtung zum Stranggießen von Stahl nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Oszillationsantrieb aus mindestens einem, seitlich am Hubtisch (1) angeordneten Kokillenschmalseitenantrieb besteht.
