Claims (9)
- Handbetätigtes Austraggerät für Kartuschen mit einer auf eine Schubstange wirkenden Reibungsbremse, wobei die Reibungsbremse eine mit Reibschluss auf die Schubstange (4) wirkende Bremsfeder (20) aufweist und die Schubstange eine Verzahnung (8) aufweist, auf die eine Verzahnung (9) eines Schuborgans (11) wirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die als Reibungsbremse wirkende Bremsfeder (20) und das Gehäuse (1) Mittel (21; 28) aufweisen, die der Ausrichtung der Verzahnung (8) der Schubstange (4) auf die Verzahnung (9) des Schuborgans (11) dienen.
- Austraggerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremsfeder (20) ein Schlaufenteil (21) mit einem Radius (R) und ein daran anschliessendes Klemmteil mit zwei Schenkeln (22, 23) zur Aufnahme eines längs der Schubstange (4) und senkrecht zu ihrer Verzahnungsebene (8E) sich daran erstreckenden Steges (15)) aufweist, wobei der eine Schenkel (22) geradlinig und der andere Schenkel (23) gekrümmt oder abgewinkelt ist derart, dass die Bremsfeder (20) bezüglich ihrer Längsachse asymmetrisch ausgebildet ist und ihr geradliniger Teil (22) der Ausrichtung dient.
- Austraggerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federkraft der Bremsfeder (4) durch die Veränderung des Radius (R) des Schlaufenteils (21) einstellbar ist.
- Austraggerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremsfeder (20) im Deckel (3) des Gehäuses (1) des Austraggerätes angeordnet ist, wobei der geradlinige Schenkel (22) zwischen der Innenseite einer Aussenwand (27) des Deckels und einem von dieser Aussenwand mit Abstand angeordneten Führungssteg (28) eingeklemmt ist.
- Austraggerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steg (15) der Schubstange (4) in Führungsnuten (17; 19) geführt ist und der Führungssteg (28) eine gegen die Aussenwand gerichtete Anschlagfläche (29) aufweist, wobei die aussenwandigen Führungskanten (25, 26) der Führungsnuten (17, 19) und die Anschlagfläche (29) des Führungsstegs (28) auf einer Geraden liegen.
- Austraggerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es für eine Doppelkartusche vorgesehen ist und eine Doppelschubstange (4) aufweist, wobei mindestens eine der beiden Schubstangen mindestens einen zum Deckel hinweisenden Steg (15) aufweist, auf den die Bremsfeder (20) wirkt.
- Austraggerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schubstangen der Doppelschubstange (4) und die Stösselplatten (5, 6) einen gleichen Querschnitt aufweisen oder die Schubstangen der Doppelschubstange (4) und/oder die Stösselplatten (5, 6) unterschiedliche Querschnitte mit einem Verhältnis bis 1:10 aufweisen.
- Bremsfeder zur Verwendung als Reibungsbremse in einem Austraggerät für Kartuschen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremsfeder (20) ein Schlaufenteil (21) mit einem Radius (R) und ein daran anschliessendes Klemmteil mit zwei Schenkel (22, 23) aufweist, wobei der eine Schenkel (22) geradlinig und der andere Schenkel (23) gekrümmt oder abgewinkelt ist derart, dass die Bremsfeder (20) bezüglich ihrer Längsachse asymmetrisch ausgebildet ist.
- Bremsfeder nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der geradlinige Schenkel (22) ein Langloch (24) zur Aufnahme eines Stiftes zur Sicherung und Begrenzung des Entlastungsweges aufweist.
