Abstract
Description
First in/First out. Entsprechend lassen sich verschiedene der Bohrstangen gezielt derart verwenden, daß ein gleichmäßiger Verschleiß der Bohrstangen sichergestellt ist. Ferner ist durch die Zwangsführung in diskreten Werkzeugplätzen unterbunden, daß einzelne Bohrstangen steckenbleiben und das Magazin blockieren. Des weiteren ist auf vorteilhafte Weise die im Stand der Technik zu beklagende Geräuschentwicklung eliminiert. Zugleich ist durch die nur geringfügige Beabstandung einzelner Bohrstangen eine kompakte Bauform des Bohrgestängemagazins und eine hohe Packungsdichte der Bohrgestänge in dem Magazin gewährleistet.

Claims (21)
- Bohrgestängemagazin (10), insbesondere für Horizontalbohrmaschinen (5), miteiner Vielzahl von Werkzeugplätzen (12) zur Aufnahme von Werkzeugen (8);die Werkzeugplätze (12) sind jeweils durch mindestens einen längs eines Förderwegs bewegbaren Mitnehmer (14) gebildet.
- Bohrgestängemagazin nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bohrgestängemagazin ein Kettenmagazin mit wenigstens einer um zumindest eine Magazinachse (18, 20) umlaufenden Kette (16) ist.
- Bohrgestängemagazin nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mitnehmer (14) mit der Wenigstens einen Kette (16) gekoppelt sind.
- Bohrgestängemagazin nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wenigstens eine Kette (16) mäanderförmig eine Vielzahl von Magazinachsen (18, 20) umläuft.
- Bohrgestängemagazin nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werkzeugplätze (12) parallel zu der zumindest einen Magazinachse (18, 20) ausgerichtet sind.
- Bohrgestängemagazin nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kettenmagazin zwei umlaufende Ketten (16) aufweist, von denen jede neben einem Endbereich der Werkzeugplätze (12) angeordnet ist.
- Bohrgestängemagazin nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bohrgestängemagazin zumindest eine Entnahmestelle (30) aufweist, die eine winklige Entnahme der Werkzeuge (8) aus jedem Werkzeugplatz (12) ermöglicht.
- Bohrgestängemagazin nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entnahmestelle durch eine schlitzähnliche Öffnung (30) gebildet ist, deren Abmessungen im wesentlichen den Abmessungen der Werkzeugplätze (12) entsprechen.
- Bohrgestängemagazin nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ferner zumindest ein Beschickungsmittel (50) zum Einlegen der Werkzeuge (8) in die Werkzeugplätze (12) und zur Entnahme der Werkzeuge aus den Werkzeugplätzen aufweist.
- Bohrgestängemagazin nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Beschickungsmittel (50) drehbeweglich um eine Drehachse (53) gelagert ist, wobei die Drehachse parallel zur den Werkzeugplätzen angeordnet ist.
- Bohrgestängemagazin nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Beschickungsmittel (50) ein Aufnahmeelement (56) zur formschlüssigen Aufnahme der Werkzeuge umfaßt.
- Bohrgestängemagazin nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Beschickungsmittel (50) vorgesehen sind, von denen jedes in einem Endbereich des Bohrgestängemagazins angeordnet ist.
- Bohrgestängemagazin nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ferner zumindest ein Greifer (60) zur Entnahme der Werkzeuge aus dem und zum Einlegen der Werkzeuge in das zumindest einen Beschickungsmittel (50) vorgesehen ist.
- Bohrgestängemagazin nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Greifer (60) drehbeweglich um eine Schwenkachse (62) gelagert ist, wobei die Schwenkachse parallel zu den Werkzeugplätzen angeordnet ist.
- Bohrgestängemagazin nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Greifer (60) ein Greifelement (64) umfaßt, mit dem die Werkzeuge formschlüssig und/oder kraftschlüssig ergreifbar sind.
- Bohrgestängemagazin nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzahl der Greifer (60) der Anzahl der Beschickungsmittel (50) entspricht.
- Bohrgestängemagazin nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Greifer (60) vorgesehen sind, von denen jeweils einer in einem Endbereich des Bohrgestängemagazins angeordnet ist.
- Bohrgestängemagazin nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werkzeugplätze durch Führungswände (24, 26) begrenzt sind, wobei die Führungswände parallel zu den Werkzeugplatzen liegen.
- Bohrgestängemagazin nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ferner einen auf die wenigstens eine Kette (16) wirkenden motorischen Antrieb (20, 22, 34, 38) aufweist.
- Bohrgestängemagazin nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb über einen Schaltfreilauf (34) auf die wenigstens eine Kette wirkt.
- Horizontalbohrmaschine (5) in Kombination mit einem Bohrgestängemagazin (10) nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
