Definitions
- the invention relates to a door plate specified in the preamble of claim 1 Genus.
- Door fittings are known in various embodiments. They often consist of Pair of door signs mounted on both sides of a door and mostly in Have plate construction trained basic elements that with passages for Inclusion of lock actuators such as pushers, lock cylinders or the like. and holes are provided for receiving fastening screws. Additionally own the door plates on the basic elements attachable, plate-shaped caps, the Although provided with appropriate passages and with the primitive through Screws are connected (eg., USA-PS 2 946 214) or no holes for the Have fastening screws and therefore completely cover the mounting screws.
- a violent tearing of the door plate, a drilling of the lock cylinder for Manipulation of the lock, a severing of the fastening screws about using a chisel, leading to the exposure of the lock cylinder leading the outer shield and / or a rotation of the lock cylinder with a pipe wrench are in these Fittings nevertheless possible.
- a door plate of the type described is known.
- this door plate becomes a trough-shaped outer plate so with an inner plate to a Primitive pressed that both enclose a cavity.
- the increased burglary protection is u.a. by using steel sheets to make the base element reached.
- the burglary protection is improved by the fact that the lock cylinder either only so far from the basic element of the door plate to project outward that he will not by attacking with a pipe wrench or turned off can be, and / or with a cover made of a tamper-proof material, such as hardened steel, is provided to a manipulation of the lock cylinder and / or on Counteract lock by drilling.
- the resting of the heads on the outer plate of the base element serves the purpose of the force of the fastening screws to transfer to the outer plate of the primitive and the attempt to counteract forcibly separating the parts pressed together.
- a disadvantage of the door plate described is the very high installation costs. Furthermore, this door can not function due to the use become replaced because all the components of the door plate to a detachable only with great effort part are pressed together. Also the decomposition the door plate for the purpose of recycling or reprocessing the Items is not completely possible. Another disadvantage is that the concerns of the heads the sleeve nuts on the outer plate further protections against unauthorized Removing the door plate requires and thus further increases the production cost.
- the basic element consists of a massive plate.
- an increased burglary protection by using a hardened, drill-proof steel surface on the outside of the base element and achieved by attaching the sleeve nuts on the inside of the primitive.
- the Sleeve nuts are therefore inaccessible from the outside.
- a disadvantage of such a door plate lies essentially in the fact that already the production of the existing of solid material Basic element due to the attachment of openings, openings or the like. necessary machining is very time consuming and costly. Furthermore Assembly, transport and storage are due to the high net mass of the Basic element difficult.
- the invention is therefore based on the object, a door plate of the aforementioned Form genus without considerable manufacturing effort so that its items easily connected to each other and can be separated again, on the outside Plate no heads need to come to rest from fasteners and yet a high burglar resistance is achieved.
- An essential advantage is that in the assembled state of the door plate, the force of the mounting screws on the Transfer side walls of the tubular member to the outer plate of the base member is, although the fasteners only in contact with the inner plate of the Basic element are.
- the tubular design of the basic element further gives the Advantage that the door plate easily assembled and just as easily in his Items can be disassembled. This gives the possibility of a possibly necessary replacement of worn or defective functional elements to carry out.
- an advantage of the present invention also exists in that the fitting can be completely dismantled for the purpose of recycling.
- Figures 1 to 3 show a door fitting according to the invention, e.g. combined with Exterior doors is used, in the assembled state.
- the fitting contains a according to FIG. 2 outside attachable to a door 1 door plate 2 and a door plate 3, which can be mounted on the inside of the door 1.
- a door plate 2 On the door plate 2 is a attached by means of a neck portion 4 door knob 5 rigidly fixed while on Door plate 3, a handle 6 is rotatably mounted with the on an actuator. 7 can be acted, e.g. a standard square for a door lock is.
- the Door plates 2 and 3 are by means of the door 1 passing through fixing screws. 8 connected with each other.
- the fitting has a closing the door. 1 serving lock cylinder, which is covered with a protective cap 9, in whose Front side, a cover 10 is rotatably mounted, the one for performing a Key od. Like. Suitable slot opening 10a, thereby actuating the Locking cylinder allows.
- the door plate 2 has a basic element which can be seen in FIGS. 4 to 7 or lower part 11, which consists of a one-piece, tubular member and preferably has a substantially rectangular cross-section, in particular Fig. 7 shows.
- the basic element 11 includes an inner to be attached to the door 1 Plate 12 and an outer plate 14, which are arranged in parallel by two side walls 15, 16 and held at a preselected distance.
- the two plates 12, 14 are preferably flat and rectangular in front view.
- the side walls 15, 16 also rectangular and planar, but also e.g. outwardly convex, in In which case, the cross section of the base member 11 is substantially flat oval.
- the plates 12, 14 and side walls 15, 16 define one Cavity 17 with a substantially rectangular cross-section.
- the outer plate 14 has, according to Fig. 4 and 6 in a lower region a preferably flat oval opening 18 for receiving a correspondingly shaped front part of Protective cap 9 (Fig. 1) and, if necessary, in a central region, e.g. square Opening 19 for mounting the door knob 5 on.
- the inner plate 12 is shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 each with an opening 18 and 19 aligned opening 20 and 21 respectively.
- the opening 20 has a cross section which is slightly wider than the opening 18th is, so that provided on its inside with flange sections cap 9 through the opening 20 can be inserted into the cavity 17 until the flange sections from the inside on a the opening 18 of the outer plate 14 surrounding Edge portion 22 (Fig. 5) rest.
- the opening 21 is an arbitrary Have cross-section, which is circular here and has a diameter has, which corresponds approximately to a diagonal of the cross section of the opening 19.
- the couple of openings 18, 20 and 19, 21 are each aligned with each other and each form one the basic element 11 passing through passage.
- the base element 11 is provided with at least one other, in the interior Plate 12 formed, e.g. circular opening 24 (Fig. 4 to 6) provided, wherein in Embodiment three such, distributed at intervals along the base member 11 arranged openings 24 are provided.
