Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Überleiten einer Materialbahn von einer Wickelrolle zu einer Wickelhülse, bei dem die Bahn in Querrichtung völlig durchgeschnitten und mit doppelseitigem Klebeband versehen wird sowie in einem Übergabebereich das Bahnende an die Wickelrolle und der Bahnanfang an die Wickelhülse angeklebt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bahn mit Abstand vor dem Übergabebereich durchgeschnitten und die Schnittlinie noch während des Schneidens mit dem Klebeband überklebt wird, daß die Bahn weiter transportiert wird, bis sich die Schnittlinie im Übergabebereich befindet, und daß dort durch Erhöhung der Bahnspannung das Klebeband zerrissen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Übergabebereich das Wickelbett eines Tragwalzenwicklers umfaßt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zerreißen des Klebebandes beim Ausstoßen der Wickelrolle erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wickelrolle nach dem Zerreißen des Klebebandes allein durch den Ausstoßvorgang bewegt und hierbei das Bahnende an den Wickelrollenumfang längs einer Linie gedrückt wird, die in Umfangsrichtung wandert, bis das Bahnende angeklebt ist.
- Wickelvorrichtung für eine Materialbahn (1) mit einer Schneidvorrichtung (10) zum völligen Durchschneiden der Materialbahn (1) in Querrichtung, einer Auftragsvorrichtung (11) für doppelseitiges Klebeband (19) und einem Übergabebereich (6), in welchem das Bahnende an eine Wickelrolle (3) und der Bahnanfang an eine Wickelhülse (8) angeklebt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidvorrichtung (10) und die Auftragsvorrichtung (11) mit Abstand vor dem Übergabebereich (6) angeordnet sind und daß die Auftragsvorrichtung (11) der Schneidvorrichtung (10) folgt und die zuvor erzeugte Schnittlinie (22) mit dem Klebeband (19) überklebt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Tragwalzen (4, 5) für die Wickelrolle (3) vorgesehen sind und der Übergabebereich (6) das Wickelbett (7) der Tragwalzen umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Schneidvorrichtung (10) und Auftragsvorrichtung (11) an einem gemeinsamen quer zur Materialbahn (1) verlagerbaren Träger (12) angebracht sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Wickelbett (7) ein Ausstoßer (30) benachbart ist, bei dessen Betätigung das Klebeband (19) zerreißt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, gekennzeichnet durch ein an den Umfang einer Wikkelrolle (3) anlegbares Andruckelement (38), das sich bei der Ausstoßbewegung der Wickelrolle (3) in Umfangsrichtung relativ zu ihr bewegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausstoßer (30) ein Ausstoßerrohr (31) aufweist, das an Ausstoßer-Hebeln (32) gelagert ist, die um eine Achse unterhalb der Wickelrolle (3) schwenkbar sind, und daß an den Ausstoßer-Hebeln (32) Andruckhebel (36) gelagert sind, die durch einen Hydrozylinder (37) betätigbar sind und das Andruckelement (38) tragen.
