Definitions
- the invention relates to a blow bar for impact mill rotors for the purpose of Reversibility mirror-symmetrical, elongated cross-section, which on the in Direction of rotation of the rotor rear side has surfaces with which it can move from the rear and radially from the inside against fixed parts provided on the rotor and on the front side contact surfaces for movable holding parts, which the blow bar with hold the holding parts firmly attached to the rotor.
- Such reversible but not reversible blow bars are in different Embodiments known. They are particularly suitable for impact mill rotors that are made of there are several disks attached to one axis, the circumference with Edge recesses are provided, in which the blow bars are inserted. Because at These rotors are the blow bars between the discs also on the inside Halves of their fronts exposed to wear, so that these surfaces are not considered Contact surfaces on the back can be used. When turning, d. H. at the Swiveling around a central transverse axis, the rear remains behind and the front from, only that the inner half is then outside and vice versa.
- the front contact surfaces of the blow bars are through in the area of the pane width the holding parts that fix them or by the leading ones arranged further outside Rotor disc parts, which form the blow bar holder, against Wear protected.
- blow bar is known for example from DE 26 06 000 A1. She has, like many other known blow bars, an elongated cross section of constant width, but their cross-section points towards other blow bars a shape that is kinked backwards, aligning itself with that of the axis of symmetry nearby rear surfaces diagonally from the inside against appropriately trained Rotor disc parts created.
- the blow bar is held in engagement with these parts by wedges on the front, on the front and in the middle Contact surfaces of the blow bar provided perpendicular to the axis of symmetry act.
- the Contact surfaces for the wedges in the rotor disks on the front are in essentially radially aligned.
- the cross section of the known blow bar has a constant width and is conditional thereby also a wide outer surface that is essentially exposed to fretting.
- the front edge of a blow bar is decisive for good shredding a better effect should be built slightly inclined forward. By a such inclination, however, widens the outer surface even more, which is even more so Friction means wear.
- the ideal blow bar would be as thin as possible, as is approximately the case in DE 28 11 376 A1 is known.
- the blow bar described there is at most 40 mm thick considerable part of their height and is therefore only suitable for sand impact mills, at which the feed grain is only a small size.
- this is known bar designed for a reversing operation, so that its striking edge through Sharpening wear itself. This bar is not suitable for large impact mills, it would break with a correspondingly large feed material.
- the invention has for its object a blow bar with the simplest possible To create cross-section, but which is relatively thin in the area of the striking edges and still withstand great forces through impact, the cheap Has wear curves and thus leads to cost savings in operation the other task is the blow bar and the blow bar receiving rotor so that despite the simple cross section of the blow bar and simple training of the rotor a safe and inexpensive attachment of the required number of blow bars in the rotor is given.
- the cross section of the blow bar in forms a double trapezoidal basic shape with the long base lines as Axis of symmetry, with the rear corresponding to the height of each trapezoid the blow bar at right angles to the axis of symmetry, a flat surface over the Blow bar height is aligned, and that on the back of the blow bar provided contact surfaces of a groove-like depression in the longitudinal direction of the Blow bar extending and arranged at the level of the axis of symmetry.
- the bar according to the invention is relatively narrow and therefore has a corresponding low volume, is therefore inexpensive in terms of the casting material Manufacturing.
- the invention provides in a further embodiment that the axis of symmetry corresponding long base lines of the trapezoids are approximately twice as long, than the short baselines corresponding to the width of the outer surfaces. It is with Trapezoid or double trapezoid meant the basic shape of the cross section, under Neglect of the groove-like depression. This is also trapezoidal and has flat contact surfaces with which the blow bar against the firmly on Rotor provided holding parts.
- the Invention proposed on the end faces and from the back of the blow bar starting the groove-like recess widening with recesses for receiving to provide axially acting locking elements.
- Blow bar can be seen by turning each blow bar around its longitudinal axis in the direction of rotation
- the rotor is installed inclined in such a way that the outward-pointing oblique leg of the corresponding trapezes as an obelisk forming a face in relation to a through the rotor axis going to the outermost, with the rotating rotor the impact circle forming edge of the blow bar aligned cutting plane, and thus this outermost edge leads the other parts of the blow bar.
- a rotor which consists of a plurality of rotor disks which are formed by in all rotor disks aligned with each other, are interrupted, with blow bars according to the invention, the edge recesses, as known from EP - 0666 111 A1, starting from the outer circumference of the rotor are inclined inward against the direction of rotation of the rotor and in which the Edge recesses from the holding parts provided on the rotor provide an abutment for the blow bars are overlapped forming, so that each blow bar about its longitudinal axis in Rotation direction of the rotor is installed inclined so that the outward-facing sloping legs of the corresponding trapezoid as an obelisk on the front one Forming the face in relation to an outermost one passing through the rotor axis edge of the blow bars forming the impact circle in the rotating rotor Cutting plane is inclined, and thus this outermost edge compared to the rest Part of the blow bars is leading.
- the movable holding parts which between the Front of the blow bars
- a disadvantage of the rotor according to EP - 0 666 111 A1 is that the rear abutment, which overlaps each edge recess, is formed from loose holding parts with small ones Contact surfaces so that a secure mounting is not guaranteed.
- blow bar 1 has a mirror-symmetrical, elongated Cross section of a double trapezoidal basic shape according to the addition with dash-dotted lines.
- the long base lines a of each trapezoid correspond the axis of symmetry 2
- the short baselines correspond to the width of the outer surfaces 3rd
- the striking edges 4 are somewhat rounded and sloping towards the rear.
- the the back 5 of the blow bar 1 is the corresponding height h of each trapeze aligned at right angles to the axis of symmetry and thus forms a flat surface 6 over the Blow bar height 7.
- On the back 5 is at the level of the axis of symmetry Trapezoidal recess 8 is provided, the sides of which are flat contact surfaces 9 are formed, with which the blow bar against fixed parts provided on the rotor 10 creates (Fig. 2).
- the front 11 of the blow bar has two striking surfaces 12, those formed by the outward sloping legs of the trapezoids (as an obelisk) are.
- the groove-like depression 8 has the depression on both end faces 13 widening recesses 14 into which, as shown in FIG. 2, axially acting Interlocking elements 15 engage in pockets of the fixed holding parts 10 are included.
- the blow bar elongated cross-section is, as shown in FIG. 2, inclined obliquely in the Installed rotor, which consists of several rotor disks 16.
- the disks point several edge recesses 17 for receiving a blow bar each.
- This Edge recesses are in the circumferential direction in front of the blow bar with another, for example Right-angled recess 18 for receiving a movable holding part 19 provided, which the blow bar with the fixed to the rotor holding parts 10 in Engagement holds.
- a rotor is shown in front view, but for reasons of simplification only equipped with a blow bar 1.
- the rotor axis around which the rotor corresponds accordingly Arrow 20 rotates, is marked with x.
- the one shown installed in the figure above Beating bar describes with its outer edge 4 a beating circle 21. From this edge a cutting plane 22 is guided to the rotor axis x.
- the blow bar is like this Figure clearly shows, installed inclined to the sectional plane 22 such that the striking edge 4th is leading to the face 12.
- the rotor consists of several Rotor disks 16 which are welded together at their hubs 23.
- the blow bar according to the invention is simple in its training and due to its slim form becomes relatively little of the expensive itself Wear material needed. Installation and removal are straightforward, too Reduction of maintenance costs helps.
