Definitions
- the invention relates to a cleaning device, in particular for toilet bowls, with a receptacle consisting of two shell halves for a water-soluble, highly viscous active ingredient preparation, in particular in the form of a gel or a paste, with inlet openings for the rinse water and outlet openings for the parts detached from the rinsing water of the active substance preparation, the outlet openings in the receptacle in this way are arranged and separated from each other that with decreasing Amount of active ingredient and sinking rinse water level in the receptacle the dissolved parts of the active ingredient preparation through one of the outlet openings can be dispensed into the toilet bowl, the size of the outlet openings is such that it is suitable for aqueous liquids with viscosities up to 3000 mPas are permeable, but not for drug preparation with viscosities over 3000 mPas, and with the outlet openings run along an arcuate dividing line in the receptacle and are separated from each other by spacers.
- DE 195 20 145 A1 is a generic toilet basket for liquid or pasty active ingredient preparations known with two shell halves in the form of conical container shells, which are at least partially are double-walled for the purpose of separating the active substance preparation from the rinse water, which flows through longitudinal slots into the separated chamber Half of the shell enters and with the dissolved active ingredient preparation over the the other half of the bowl emerges into the toilet bowl.
- a partially permeable wall is provided in the rinse water, which is in particular part of an intermediate ring on which the shell halves adjoin and over the known by means of a bracket Toilet basket can be fixed on the inside edge of the toilet bowl.
- the known cleaning device can be refilled without any that you have to take them in hand.
- Residual water remaining in the shell halves does not lead to any unwanted sump formation within the device, but is over corresponding outlet openings discharged along an arcuate Dividing line are arranged on the intermediate ring.
- the known device is expensive to manufacture and the Delivery of the dissolved active ingredient preparation from the assigned shell half is difficult if the longitudinal slots there are also strong Flushing water flow are exposed from above, like the bowl half with the longitudinal slots for the actual rinse water intake.
- the object of the invention to further improve a cleaning device to the extent that they are for the intake and release of a water-soluble, highly viscous Active substance preparation suitable and inexpensive to manufacture and is reliable in operation.
- a cleaning device solves this problem with the features of claim 1.
- the outlet openings along the dividing line so opposite in alternating Sequence with the spacer bars in different levels are arranged that regardless of the flushing water level in the receptacle at least one exit option via one of the exit openings for the active ingredient preparation dissolved in the rinse water exists, it is ensured that the active substance preparation in the receptacle can be stored with a correspondingly long service life and still with every rinsing process a dosed delivery of the dissolved agent takes place continuously via one of the assigned outlet openings.
- the cleaning device consists essentially of only two shell halves exists, which are separated by spacers along the dividing line build the outlet openings for the delivery of the drug preparation, builds this constructively from few parts and is therefore inexpensive in Production.
- By continuously dispensing the active ingredient preparation at every flushing process through the outlet openings is an unwanted swamping the active ingredient preparation is also effectively countered and a Refill the receptacle at any time without you need to take the cleaning device in hand.
- the active ingredient preparation in particular in the form of a gel or a paste cleaning and disinfecting them. If it contains fragrances, serve to improve the smell in the bathroom and toilet area.
- the cleaning device described below is for use in Toilet or toilet bowl provided. It shows you as a whole with 10 designated bowl-like receptacle for a water-soluble gel 12 on.
- the receptacle 10 has inlet openings 14 for the rinse water 16 and with outlet openings 18 for each of the flushing water 16 provided dissolved parts 20 of the gel 12.
- the outlet openings 18 are in this manner Receptacle 10 arranged and separated from each other that with decreasing Amount of gel and the corresponding sinking rinse water level in the receptacle 10 over the dissolved parts 20 of the gel 12 one of the outlet openings 18 can be dispensed into the toilet bowl (not shown) is.
- I and II denote two fill level situations reproduced, where I on a largely filled with gel 12 Receptacle 10 relates and the situation II the situation with already reduced amount of gel 12 shows. Furthermore, this representation clearly that down to the bottom of the container 10, so to his lowest filling point, gel removal is possible.
- the viscosity of the gel is chosen in such a way that it passes through the gap-like outlet openings 18 cannot exit unless it is is dissolved from its surface by the rinse water 16 accordingly.
- Gel is thus removed as viewed in the direction of FIG. 4 the status situation I and II only via the uppermost outlet opening 18 and via the outlet opening located opposite and below 18. With this arrangement, it remains in the container 10 amount of gel from the rinse water stored below the rinse water level 16 is unaffected, so that it does not lead to deterioration or hardening of the Gels 12 come with the known adverse consequences for the removal can.
- the outlet openings 18 run along a dividing line 22 in the receptacle 10 and are separated from one another via spacer webs 24. Either the spacer webs 24 and the outlet openings 18 can be along the arcuate dividing line 22 have different lengths, which are chosen such that there is always an outlet opening 18 for the Delivery of the dissolved parts 20 of the gel 12 is available and along the central division plane of the container 10 is the opposite Recording space is limited by a spacer bar to prevent fluid.
- the Receptacle 10 consists of two shell halves 26, 28 which run along the mentioned dividing line 22 composed via the spacing webs 24 are held together. In the embodiment shown, the dividing line is 22 essentially semicircular, but it can also be another Have course, for example U-shaped (not shown), provided the shell halves are rectangular.
- the one shell half 28 has a bracket 30, which from its 1 to 3 shown basic position after processing in the position is to enclose the rim of the toilet bowl (not shown) on the outer circumference and the cleaning device safely inside the toilet bowl set.
- the other shell half 26 points to that Holding bracket 30 facing top 34 has an inlet opening 36 which refilling the gel 12 from a refill container, not shown serves as a packaging unit together with the cleaning device is sold, the refill is renewable, which the Benefits the environment.
- FIG. 5 shows, in particular, the spacer webs 24 are part of the others Shell half 26 with locking elements 38 in the form of protruding ends Latches 40 provided along the dividing line 22 with a continuous recess 42 (see FIG. 3) in the form of an annular groove in the a shell half 28 can be locked.
- the dividing line 22 runs along a semicircular arc and the outlet openings 18 along this semicircle are, as shown in Figure 4, opposite to each other around a vertical Center axis arranged in alternating order with the spacer webs 24, that regardless of the flushing water level in the receptacle 10 in each case one outlet opening 18 for the solution via the rinsing water 16 Gel part 20 is available.
- the shell half 26 with the inlet opening 36 for the gel 12 points in the middle on its top 34 a semicircular arc-shaped recess 44, the is oriented parallel to the dividing line 22, transverse to the bottom the recess 44 and engaging therein the inlet opening 36 is.
- a kind of funnel results from the corresponding recess 44, which the user refilling the gel from the refill of the Refill container in the receptacle 10 of the cleaning device facilitated.
- this other tapers Shell half 26 with the inlet opening 36 from its top 34 to the bottom down along its outer surface 46 in a plane.
- the first shell half 26 can be clipped in via the spacer webs 24 is.
- the two shell halves 26 and 28 then lie on the end face over the Spacer webs 40 to each other and are spaced from each other in this way kept that along the dividing line 22, the slot-like outlet openings 18 are formed.
- the holding bracket 30 is, as shown in particular in FIGS. 1 to 3, on one semicircular web part 50 on the foot side and centrally on the top of the Boundary wall 48 attached, such that a semicircular Side boundary wall 52 which the recess 44 towards the inside from closes with the web part 50 along a boundary line 54 in plant comes as soon as the two shell halves 26, 28 are clipped together.
