Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur hydraulischen Umformung von metallischen Hohlkörpern. In einem Pressenrahmen (2) ist ein Formwerkzeug (7) angeordnet mit einem von einer Offenstellung in eine Schließstellung vertikal geführt verlagerbaren Unterteil (8) und einem beweglich abgestützten Oberteil (9). Das Unterteil (8) ist in der Schließstellung durch einen zwei Sperrblöcke (17, 18) umfassenden Sperrkörper (16) arretierbar Das Oberteil (9) wird hydraulisch gegen das Unterteil (8) angepresst. Die Abstützung des Oberteils (9) am Pressenrahmen (2) erfolgt über ein Hydraulikkissen (13), welches von zwei Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten (14, 15) gebildet ist. Nach dem Einlegen des umzuformenden Hohlkörpers wird das Unterteil (9) durch einen Hubtisch (10) in die Schließstellung hochgefahren. Danach schwenken die Sperrblöcke (17, 18) unter den Hubtisch (10). Das Hydraulikkissen (13) wird mit Druck beaufschlagt. Der ausgeführte Hub ist hierbei klein. Beim anschließenden Innenhochdruckumformvorgang ist das Formwerkzeug (7) eingespannt zwischen mechanischer Abstützung nach unten und hydraulischer Abstützung nach oben.
