Claims (8)
- Warenabzugsvorrichtung für eine Webmaschine, insbesondere Breitwebmaschine, mit einer angetriebenen Gewebeabzugswalze (11), die quer zu ihrer Achsrichtung beweglich angeordnet ist, mit je einem der Gewebeabzugswalze vor- und nachgeschalteten Umlenkelement (12), die drehbar abgestützt sind, wobei der lichte Abstand zwischen den Umlenkelementen kleiner ist als der Durchmesser der Gewebeabzugswalze sowie mit einer auf den Umfang der Gewebeabzugswalze wirkenden Anpresseinrichtung (13) mit einem sich im wesentlichen über die Länge der Gewebeabzugswalze erstreckenden Anpressteil (16), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anpresseinrichtung (13) mindestens eine Stelleinrichtung (17) mit einem Kniehebel (24) und einem Festanschlag (27) aufweist, um die Gewebeabzugswalze (11) aus einer Ruhestellung in eine Arbeitsstellung zu verlagern und in letzterer festzulegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anpresseinrichtung (13) eine Mehrzahl von vorzugsweise gemeinsam verstellbaren Stelleinrichtungen (17) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kniehebel (24) einseitig ortsfest angeordnet ist und dass der Festanschlag als ein Anschlagorgan (27) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stelleinrichtung (17) eine Betätigungsorgan (25) enthält, das mit dem Gelenk (26) des Kniehebels (24) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anpresseinrichtung (13) einen Halter (21), der an den Kniehebel (24) angelenkt und verschiebbar angeordnet ist und einen Abstützteil (22) enthält, der im Halter federnd abgestützt ist und auf welchem der Anpressteil (16) abgestützt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch ein federelastisches Element (30), das zwischen dem Abstützteil (21) und dem Halter (22) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, gekennzeichnet durch Mittel (31) zum Einstellen der Federkraft.
- Webmaschine mit einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch eine Warenaufwickelvorrichtung (2) mit einer ersten Umlenkwalze (43) und mit einer zweiten Umlenkwalze (44), um die Zugspannung und Anpressung vom Gewebe (3) aufrechtzuerhalten und den Warenbaum (5) ohne Betriebsunterbruch der Webmaschine zu wechseln.
