Definitions
- the invention relates to a system for applying the seal on surfaces and / or rooms with tanks or the like with dangerous content, especially heating oil tanks, the Tank is stored on feet or the like.
- Heating oil tanks are usually in separate rooms, in the Basement of residential buildings or, for example, under gardens, Roads or the like relocated. Because when the Heating oil causes serious damage to the environment, in particular the groundwater is unusable even with the smallest amounts of heating oil the tank rooms must be sealed accordingly. A such sealing must also in particular subsequently or as Renewal may be possible, that is, the sealing process takes place with the tank installed.
- Heating oil tanks are usually very heavy. Also an emptied one Tank the size of a normal house weighs about 600 kg.
- the floor of the tank compartment is a particular problem on the one hand, the greatest risk of the fuel oil seeping through offers, and on the other hand in that the fuel oil tank with feet on it is the hardest to seal. So far this has been Problem solved by simply putting the paint on the floor was emptied. However, this procedure remains in particular the space under the tank feet unsealed and it can also can hardly be guaranteed that the entire floor area is reliably sealed under the tank.
- German patent 38 34 654 a method for subsequent sealing of an oil drip pan known.
- Here becomes a pre-assembled low-pressure polyethylene film placed under the oil tank.
- the proposed material draws is characterized by relatively great stiffness, which is why the installation of this film under the tank is a great effort the tank is to be raised relatively high. This results in an enormous effort for the hoist and the Securing the tank against accidental falling over.
- the invention has set itself the task of sealing of rooms or areas where dangerous substances, in particular substances that threaten groundwater, such as heating oil, petrol or chemicals are stored in such a way that a seal, also a subsequent sealing, safer, easier, can be effected faster and / or more cost-effectively.
- the invention is based on one System as described above and proposes the following: A the surface and / or the space lining film, a lifting device for the tank, a transport roller board for the Tank feet and a support plate for the transport roller board, that lies on the floor or on the film.
- this Transport roller board for the tank feet several, preferably four, ball rollers on its bottom.
- This point ball bearing are extremely smooth, so that is also proportionate high weight of the tank (up to several tons) with can be moved with little effort.
- the invention advantageously provides a platen for the transport roller board, which is made of metal.
- the In the use position the platen lies under the transport roller board and has a flat surface on which the Transport roller board runs easily.
- the platen essentially is rectangular and slightly larger than that in its contact surface Transport roller board is. This results in an adequate one Movability of the transport roller board or the tank, see above that working under the tank or, for example, on the Side walls of the tank room for attaching the sealing film becomes possible.
- the support plate prevents the already installed foil, on which the tank feet with the help of the transport roller board must be moved, damaged by the transport roller board becomes. Since there are support points, the pressure loads are possibly so large that the film of small stones or Roughness is pierced. For this purpose, the Platen between the transport roller board and film, so that the rollers do not come into contact with the film at all. In addition, the pressure load through the surface of the platen lowered so far that no damage to the film fear. Another advantage is that possible dirt parts, such as paint residues, mortar or plaster are usually located below the tank, not in the Transport roller ball bearings can get free mobility of the transport roller board. So will the lifespan of the transport roller board increases.
- the support plates are with a side handle provided so that it can easily be under the transport roller board can be pushed.
- the film is laminated on the back with a fleece is.
- a fleece is provided on the film.
- Such a configuration ensures that on the the side facing the floor an elastic layer for Alignment to roughness and unevenness. This also reduces the risk of sharp objects, for example stones or the like that are on the Lie on the floor, pierce the film.
- the invention also includes a method of sealing Areas or spaces with tanks, as mentioned above, and proposes the sequence of the following steps:
- the tank is lifted on at least one tank foot, wherein advantageously the lifting device, for example in Form of a compressed air cushion, is used.
- the compressed air cushion is placed under the tank and from the outside as long inflated until the tank foot comes off the floor.
- a lifting device other known means can also be used, for example a jack, a pulley block or a crane.
- the tank may be sufficient Lift the tank with one or more compressed air cushions.
- the use of several pillows avoids the risk of that the tank is knocked over when it is lifted.
- the tank is approximately every 60 cm has a foot or a support.
- the lifting bags are designed so that they remain in the free space be inserted.
- the next step is conveniently the film under the raised tank base spread out, which now also a reliable sealing is achieved below the tank foot.
- the next step is now advantageously Parking the tank or the tank foot on the transport roller board, previously the platen under the transport roller board is relocated.
- the flanging of the platen need not be particularly high, so that it too does not bother when pushed in.
- the pieces of film are advantageously pre-assembled and then laid and welded to the floor or wall.
- the pieces of film are pre-assembled after measurement of the tank room and can already be done in the workshop become what makes the work much easier.
- the transport roller board is laid on the floor or wall with the platen for use, so that even in one tight space between tank and tank room wall working is possible.
- the film pieces for the wall with special dowels and screws.
- the tank is conveniently using a compressed air cushion raised, for example on one side, so that each Transport roller boards pushed under two lifted tank feet which then rest on the support plates.
- the Lifting the tank which has preferably been emptied beforehand and has been decoupled from its supply and discharge lines, then on repeated on the other side and here also transport roller boards and support plates pushed in. Now the whole is The tank can be moved on the transport roller boards in the tank room.
- the dimensions of the support plates are advantageously so chosen that the tank in the tank room is optimally displaceable, the means that it should slide from one wall to the other wall leave, so that as a workspace, between the tank room wall and the tank, a maximum gap is created.
- the invention further advantageously includes use a transport roller board for moving a tank, especially for mounting a seal in a narrow space Room.
- the use of the transport roller board in is optimal the combination with the rest of the system, consisting of the pre-assembled Foil, the lifting device and the flanged Plates.
- the invention also includes a film for sealing a tank room, it being proposed that this film be formed at least partially from polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
- PVC polyvinyl chloride
- the properties of the proposed (PVC) film correspond to the material standard DIN 16937.
- the material has, for example, a density of approx. 1.32 g / cm 3 , a tensile strength of approx. 17 N / mm 2 , and an elongation at break of approx . 350% on.
- the scope of protection also extends to films with a proportion of PVC added, for example as a layer in a multi-layer film or as a single-product (for example as granules) in composite or multi-component films.
- PVC Compared to the material known from the prior art, PVC has the advantage that it is very supple and easy to roll up and thus also easier to roll off and easy to lay under the even slightly raised tank.
- the soft PVC material therefore makes a great contribution to securely sealing the rooms, since the effort for preparing the room can be reduced, since no such expensive lifting means are required for the tank.
- the material does not break when laid out compared to the known brittle materials or suffers during installation.
- the plastic polyvinyl chloride offers advantages when processing, i.e. when welding or gluing, because of the simple tools that are used to connect them.
- Amorphous plastics such as soft PVC or PVC
- a solvent for example tetrahydrofuran
- a tight weld is created that is sufficiently tight.
- Such a process avoids the need for expensive heat sealing, such as is to be used, for example, in polyethylene films. This results in an enormous advantage when processing the polyvinyl chloride films, particularly in tank rooms, where there is always a certain risk of fire, since the use of a large heat source for joining the films is not necessary.
- films made of polyvinyl chloride are closely opposed a variety of liquid substances such as petrol, kerosene, heating oil, Diesel oil, aliphatic aldehydes, aqueous solutions of organic Acids (carboxylic acids) up to 10 or 20%, mineral acids up to 20% as well as acid hydrolyzing salts in aqueous solution (pH ⁇ 6) and solutions of inorganic non-oxidizing salts with a pH value between 6 and 8.
- polyvinyl chloride as a film material for example in connection with Motor gear and hydraulic oils, can be used and offers one reliable protection even for these liquids. It follows a wide field of application for this material.
- film is synonymous with the term sealing membrane is.
- the film becomes a flat one Body described, which has a thickness of up to 0.8 mm.
- the Sealing membrane has a thickness of 1.0 mm to 2.0 mm or is even thicker. Regardless of the strength of the used The terms film and waterproofing membrane should be considered as materials be considered equivalent.
- the sealing membrane or the PVC film is on the back with coated textile material so that impurities and Roughness does not damage the film. Despite this There is, however, a risk of lamination with one Direct action of the ball bearing rollers on the film is injured and the seal is no longer fully provided is.
- foils or sealing sheets made of polyvinyl chloride is not only based on the use of the system described above, but can very well can also be used independently to achieve the object of the invention to solve.
- the invention also includes the use of a Compressed air cushion for lifting a tank in a tank room.
- a Compressed air cushion for lifting the tank in a tank room offers the advantage that the pillow itself has a very large printing area provides and therefore the pressures and hence the pressures on the floor, especially on the Foil, remain relatively low.
- the compressed air cushion itself made of flexible material, which is natural there is less risk of injury to the film material.
- the use of a compressed air cushion is an inexpensive one and also easy to install and therefore effective usable tool for lifting the tank, which a can have considerable weight.
- the compressed air cushion also able in the gap below the tank that is only a few centimeters to be installed and that Lifting tank.
- a system according to the invention consists of the film 2, preferably a PVC film, the lifting device 3, the transport roller board 5 and the platen 6.
- the film 2 or the sealing membrane can also be made from other materials Material. It is crucial for this material that the film material is sufficiently resistant to heating oil, which means, due to the heating oil that can leak is decomposed. Since the invention is not for application in Tank rooms is limited alone, but also for example it is necessary to seal rooms with chemicals of course the film composition is accordingly resistant against the stored chemicals to be safe To achieve sealing. Furthermore, the film has one sufficient resistance to UV rays to match to be weatherproof.
- Tank space 1 For an optimal seal in tank room 1 for floor 10 and wall To achieve 11, individual pieces of film 20, 21 are already assembled before laying. Accordingly, the Tank space 1 are measured. To work in tank room 1 too can, it is necessary to the tank 4, as far as it is cramped Tank room 1 is possible to move. In the tank room 1 is both the space 12 between tank 4 and wall 11, as well as the Space 13 between floor 10 and tank 4 and space 14 between Tank 4 and ceiling 15, cramped. It is only about a few centimeters.
- a lifting device 3 for example a compressed air cushion 30, in the vicinity of a pair of tank feet 40 slid under the tank 4.
- the transport roller board 5 can be pushed under become.
- the transport roller board 5 Since the tank 4 can only be moved a few centimeters can, the transport roller board 5 has only a small thickness on.
- the transport roller board 5 has a substantially square shape on and has a side handle 52, which Fiddling made easier.
- the surface 53 is essentially designed flat so that the tank feet 40 can rest on it.
- On The underside 51 preferably has the transport roller board 5 four ball rollers 50 on.
- Ball roller bearings are special easy to move and compared to the running edges Small forces of rotation are applied to the tank too move. They can also be moved as desired. This is especially advantageous because the tank is also in emptied has a high weight.
- Transport roller board preferably made of metal and runs with its ball rollers 50 on the support plate 6.
- the platen 6 in turn is also in another Step pushed under the transport roller board 5, also here the handling by a handle arranged on the side 62 is facilitated.
- the support surface 60 of the support plate 6 is essentially rectangular and its dimensions larger than the transport roller board 5.
- the size of the support surface 60 is dimensioned so that an optimal mobility of the Tank 4 in tank room 1 is possible.
- the ball rollers 50 come close to the edge 61, they are braked by the flanging 63.
- the flanging thus acts as a gang.
- the support plate 6 is preferably made of metal and causes a larger contact surface of the ball rollers 50. This will PVC film 2 in the area of the tank feet protected from injury.
- Additional protection against injuries to the PVC film 2 consists of a textile lamination on the underside of the Slide 2, the unevenness of the tank floor 10, small stones, Compensates dirt and the like.
- the platen 6 has the further advantage that the Ball roller bearings 50 are protected from contamination and so their lifespan is increased.
- the height of the transport roller board 5 as well as that of the support plate 6 is kept so low that even in narrow Tank space dimensions are pushed under the tank feet 40 can.
- Each tank foot 40 preferably has a transport roller board 5 with a platen 6.
- the seal is attached to the wall, for example with conventional screws and dowels. It is also possible to use special screws that tighten their threads cut yourself in the wall and thus accelerate the Assembly result. General are any type of fasteners applicable.
