Claims (8)
- Betriebsverfahren für eine Bundumsetzanlage mit einer Aufwickelstation (1) mit je einer einlauf- und auslaufseitigen Aufwickelrolle (3,4) und einer Abwickelstation (2) mit je einer einlauf- und auslaufseitigen Abwickelrolle (5,6),wobei ein Band (7) in der Aufwickelstation (1) zu einem Bund (10) aufgewickelt wird oder ein Bund (10) auf die Aufwickelrollen (3,4) aufgesetzt wird,wobei der Bund (10) beim Aufwickeln bzw. nach dem Aufsetzen von den Aufwickelrollen (3,4) getragen wird,wobei der Bund (10) zum Abwickeln zu der Abwickelstation (2) transferiert wird und nach dem Transferieren beim Abwickeln von den Abwickelrollen (5,6) getragen wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zum Transferieren des Bundes (10) die Wickelstationen (1,2) aufeinander zu bewegt werden und daß die einlaufseitige Aufwickelrolle (3) angehoben wird. - Betriebsverfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß vor dem oder beim Transferieren die einlaufseitige Abwickelrolle (5) abgesenkt oder angehoben wird. - Betriebsverfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß nach dem Transferieren zur Vervollständigung des Transfers die auslaufseitige Aufwickelrolle (4) angehoben wird. - Bundumsetzanlage mit einer Aufwickelstation (1) mit je einer einlauf- und auslaufseitigen Aufwickelrolle (3,4) und einer Abwickelstation (2) mit je einer einlauf- und auslaufseitigen Abwickelrolle (5,6),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Wickelstationen (1,2) aufeinander zu bewegbar sind und daß die einlaufseitige Aufwickelrolle (3) anhebbar ist. - Bundumsetzanlage nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Aufwickelstation (1) horizontal starr und die Abwickelstation (2) horizontal beweglich ist. - Bundumsetzanlage nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß auch die einlaufseitige Abwickelrolle (5) absenkbar oder anhebbar ist. - Bundumsetzanlage nach Anspruch 4, 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß auch die auslaufseitige Aufwickelrolle (4) anhebbar ist. - Bundumsetzanlage nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufwickelrollen (3,4) in Rahmen (12) mit einem einlauf- und einem auslaufseitigen Ende (13,14) gelagert sind und daß einer der Rahmen (12) bezüglich der Aufwickelstation (1) um das auslaufseitige Ende (14) des Rahmens (12) kippbar ist.
