Claims (12)
- Führen von Fibrillenbündel (6) durch einen Teil einer Spinnstrecktexturier- oder Strecktexturiermaschine umfassend eine einem Streckrollenpaar (1) nachgeschaltete Texturiereinheit (4) mit einzelnen Texturierdüsen (8) mit je einem Förderteil (9) und je einem Texturierteil (10), in welchen einzelne Fibrillenbündel (6) texturiert werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fibrillenbündel (6) je zwischen einer Rolle (1 a) des Streckrollenpaares (1), von welcher die Fibrillenbündel (6) an die Texturiereinheit (4) abgegeben werden, und den einzelnen Texturierdüsen (8) einen derart vorgegeben gerichteten Falschdrall erfahren, dass der Drall (D, D.1) das entsprechende Fibrillenbündel (6) in derjenigen Richtung auf der Rollenoberfläche abrollen lässt, welche die Fadenspannung zwischen der Rolle und der entsprechenden Texturierdüse (8) erhöhen lässt, wobei unterschiedliche Drehrichtungen der einzelnen Fibrillenbündel (D, D.1) vorgesehen werden, zur Vermeidung der Kollisionssituation benachbarter Bündel.
- Führen von Fibrillenbündel gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Falschdrall im entsprechenden Fibrillenbündel (6) durch die entsprechende Texturierdüse (8) erzeugt wird.
- Führen von Fibrillenbündeln gemäss Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Falschdrall im Einlaufteil (18) der entsprechenden Texturierdüse (8) erzeugt wird.
- Führen von Fibrillenbündeln gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Falschdrall zwischen der entsprechenden Texturierdüse (8) und der genannten Rolle (1 a) erzeugt wird.
- Führen von Fibrillenbündeln gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zu texturierenden Fibrillenbündel (6) zwischen der Rolle (1 a) und der Texturiereinheit (4) fächerförmig in zwei Teile aufgeteilt geführt sind und jeder Teil einen Drall in einer entsprechenden Drehrichtung erteilt bekommt.
- Führen von Fibrillenbündeln gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fibrillenbündel (6) von einer Abgabestelle (15) einer Rolle (1 a) des Streckrollenpaares (1), von welcher die Fibrillenbündel (6) an die Texturiereinheit abgegeben werden, umlenkungsfrei bis an und in den Förderteil (9) geführt werden.
- Führen von Fibrillenbündeln (6) gemäss Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzelnen Texturierdüsen (8) je eine Längsachse (16) in Förderrichtung des entsprechenden Fibrillenbündels (6) aufweisen und dass die einzelnen Texturierdüsen (8) derart angeordnet sind, dass deren Längsachsen im wesentlichen coaxial mit einer Bewegungsgeraden, auch Verbindungslinie (17) genannt, jedes einzelnen Fibrillenbündels (6) verlaufen, welche sich von der Oberfläche der die Fibrillenbündel abgebenden Rolle (1 a) des Rollenpaares (1) bis zum Texturierteil (10) der Texturierdüsen (8) erstreckt..
- Führen von Fibrillenbündeln gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzelnen Texturierdüsen (8) fächerförmig angeordnet sind.
- Spinnstreckmaschine oder Strecktexturiermaschine oder Teil davon zur Durchführung mindestens eines der vorangehenden Ansprüche, umfassend eine einem Rollenpaar (1) nachgeschaltete Texturiereinheit (4) mit mindestens zwei Texturierdüsen (8), wobei die zu texturierenden Fibrillenbündel (6) zwischen der Rolle (1 a) und der Texturiereinheit (4) je von der entsprechenden Texturierdüse (8) einen Drall erteilt bekommen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass pro Fibrillenbündel ein Falschdrallelement, in Fadenlaufrichtung gesehen, vor jeder Texturierdüse vorgesehen ist, oder dass die einzelnen Texturierdüsen Mittel beinhalten, um einen sogenannten Falschdrall im Fibrillenbündel (6) zwischen dem Einlauf der Texturierdüse und der Abgabestelle (15) zu erzeugen, wobei unterschiedliche Drehrichtungen der einzelnen Fibrillenbündel (D, D.1) vorgesehen werden, zur Vermeidung der Kollisionssituation benachbarter Bündel..
- Maschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Texturierdüsen (8) einen Einlaufkanal (20, 20.1) aufweisen, welcher mit Wendelkanälen (25) für die Texturier- und Förderluft versehen sind und zwar derart, dass den Fibrillenbündeln (6) zwischen den Rollen (1) und dem Einlaufkanal (20,20.1) ein vorgenannter Drall erteilt wird, welcher effektiv ein Falschdrall ist, wobei diese Wendelkanäle (25) auswechselbar bzw. verstellbar sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Texturierdüsen (8) zur genannten Drallgebung vorgesehen sind
- Maschine nach den Ansprüchen 9, 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzelnen Texturierdüsen (8) fächerförmig angeordnet sind und zwar derart, dass die Fibrillenbündel je einen gleichen oder ungleichen Winkel mit einer gemeinsamen Mantellinie (15) der Rolle einschliessen.
