In diese Kulissenbahn 42 greift ein am Andruckbolzen 4 befestigter Mitnehmer 43 ein. Eine Drehbewegung des Schwenkkörpers 40 führt somit zu einer axialen Verschiebung des Andruckbolzens 4.
Claims (9)
- Zonenschraubeneinheit (1) für ein Farbmesser (22) eines Farbkastens (2) an einer Druckmaschine, mit einem die Gewindebohrungen (21) eines Gehäuses (20) eines Farbkastens durchsetzenden, auf das Farbmesser (22) wirkenden Andruckbolzen (4) und einer die Stellung der Zonenschraube anzeigenden Vorrichtung (50) mit einem Betätigungshebel (51), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einheit (1) eine einstückige zylindrische Hülse als Adapterelement aufweist, wobei die Hülse einen an die vorhandene Gewindebohrung (21) für die Zonenschraube angepassten Schraubteil (11) mit Aussengewinde (16) und einen standardisierten Steckteil (12) zur Verbindung mit der restlichen Zonenschraubeneinheit hat, so dass die übrigen Elemente der Zonenschraubeneinheit (1) maschinentypunabhängig verwendbar sind.
- Zonenschraubeneinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die restliche, standardisierte Zonenschraubeneinheit (1) aus dem, das Adapterelement durchsetzenden, gleitend darin gelagerten Andruckbolzen (4), einem Stellblock (13), in dem das Adapterelement mit seinem standardisierten Steckteil (12) axial gesichert (17,17') gehalten ist und einem Betätigungsmechanismus (40 bis 50) zur axialen Verschiebung des Andruckbolzens (4) relativ zum Farbmesser (22) besteht.
- Zonenschraubeneinheit nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Stellblock (13) ein der Anzeige dienender Skala-Teil angeschraubt ist.
- Zonenschraubeneinheit nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stellblock (13) eine Längsbohrung (14) aufweist, in der der Andruckbolzen (4) lagert und der zum Adapterelement hin eine konzentrisch erweiterte Bohrung (19) zur Aufnahme dessen Steckteiles (12) aufweist, und dass eine zweite, senkrecht zur Längsbohrung (14) verlaufende Lagerbohrung (40) in der Gestalt einer Sacklochbohrung vorhanden ist, in der ein zylindrischer, axial gesicherter Schwenkkörper (41) drehbar lagert, wobei dieser eine exzentrische Kulissenbahn (42) aufweist, in die ein Mitnehmer (43) eingreift, der am Andruckbolzen (4) befestigt ist.
- Zonenschraubeneinheit nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem aus dem Stellblock (13) ragenden Teil des zylindrischen Schwenkkörpers (41) ein Betätigungshebel (51) angreift.
- Zonenschraubeneinheit nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steckteil (12) des Adapterelementes im Stellblock (13) mittels eines Segerringes (17') gegen axiale Verschiebung gesichert ist.
- Zonenschraubeneinheit nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Stellblock (13) ein auswechselbares Skalaelement (53) angeschraubt ist.
- Zonenschraubeneinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Schraubteil (11) und dem Steckteil (12) des einstückigen Adapterelementes ein Anziehbereich (45) vorhanden ist, um das Adapterelement mittels eines Werkzeuges, beispielsweise einem Gabelschlüssel, einzuschrauben und einzustellen.
- Zonenschraubeneinheit nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Andruckbolzen (4) im Berührungsbereich mit dem Schwenkkörper (41) eine plan geschliffene Gleitfläche (44) aufweist, wobei der Mitnehmer (43) senkrecht zu dieser Gleitfläche (44) auf dieser angeordnet ist.
