In dieser ist auch eine Schalteinrichtung angeordnet, durch die die Führungseinheit 6 so geschaltet wird, daß die jeweiligen Arbeitspositionen in gewünschten Abständen eingenommen werden. Auf diese Weise erfolgt ein automatischer Ablauf des gesamten Prozesses zum Anbringen der Haften 34 zur Herstellung eines Metalldaches. Natürlich kann zusätzlich ein Endschalter vorgesehen sein, der das Gerät am Ende des Falzes 4 ausschaltet oder auf kontinuierlichen Rücklauf umschaltet, so daß die Vorrichtung wieder in ihre Ausgangsstellung zurückkehrt.
Claims (18)
- Vorrichtung zum Anbringen von Haften (34) am Winkelfalz eines holzunterbauten, aus Scharen (5) zusammengesetzten und als Stehfalzabdeckung ausgebildeten Metalldaches in Klempnertechnik, wobei die Haften (34) ein den Falz (4) der Scharen (5) übergreifendes und mit dem Falz (4) verbindbares Kopfteil aufweisen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein auf einem Unterbau (3) abrollendes und einen Falz (4) überbrückendes Fahrgestell (1,2) vorgesehen ist und daß auf dem Fahrgestell (1,2)eine Führungseinheit (6) zum Führen längs des Falzes (4),eine Setzeinheit (7) zum Setzen der Haften (34) auf den Falz (4) und Verbinden mit dem Falz (4)
sowieeine Befestigungseinheit (8) zum Befestigen der Haften (34) auf dem Unterbau (3) - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Setzeinheit (7) eine die Haften (34) auf den Falz (4) aufsetzende Setzvorrichtung (24,31) und zum Verbinden mit dem Falz (4) eine das übergreifende Kopfteil der Haft (34) mit der Abkantung des Falzes (4) verbindende Verbindungsvorrichtung (26,27) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Setzvorrichtung (24,31) zum Speichern der Haften (34) ein Haftenmagazin (33) mit einer Vereinzelungsvorrichtung (35,36,37) vorgeschaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Setzvorrichtung (24,31) ein die Haft (34) seitlich anklemmendes und aus dem Haftenmagazin (33) in die Setzposition über dem Falz (4) schwenkbares Klemmhebelpaar (31) aufweist und daß das Klemmhebelpaar (31) mit der Haft (34) in die Verbindungsposition am Falz (4) absenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsvorrichtung (26,27) der Setzvorrichtung (24,31) als in der Verbindungsposition die Klemmlasche des Kopfteiles der Haft (34) in eine den Falz (4) umfassende Klemmlage biegende Biegevorrichtung ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Biegevorrichtung als durch einen Druckmittelzylinder (26) betätigter Schieber (27) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungseinheit (6) zwei gegeneinander an den Falz (4) drückende Druckrollen (9) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der Druckrollen (9) radial gegen die Kraft einer Druckfeder (10) ausschwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckrollen (9) mit einem Fahrantrieb (16) verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1,7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einer Grundplatte des Fahrgestells (1) ein zweites, den Druckrollen (9) nachgeordnetes Folgerollenpaar (47) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungseinheit (6) aus zwei am Falz (4) anklemmbaren Greiferpaaren besteht, die zum Vorschub des Fahrgestells (1,2) längs des Falzes (4) bewegbar und an diesen anklemmar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Bewegen der Greiferpaare im Hub einstellbare Druckmittelzylinder vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungseinheit (8) einen Sammelbehälter (40) für die Befestigungsmittel mit einer Vereinzelungsvorrichtung (41) sowie eine nachgeschaltete Treibeinrichtung (43) zum Eintreiben der Befestigungsmittel (42) durch den Fuß der Haft (34) in den Unterbau (3) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Treibeinrichtung (43) als Nagler ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Treibeinrichtung (43) als Schrauber ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Steuereinrichtung zum automatischen Schalten der Setzeinheit (7) und der Befestigungseinheit (8) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinrichtung eine Schalteinrichtung zum Schalten der Führungseinheit (6) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Längen der Vorschubwege des Fahrgestells (1,2) einstellbar sind.
