Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum kontinuierlichen Herstellen pumpfähiger Mörtelmassen in einem Mischer, dem Trockenmörtel und ein dosierter Wasserstrom zugeführt werden und in den kontinuierlich flüssige Farbe eindosiert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die flüssige Farbe an einer Stelle eindosiert wird, an der betriebsmäßig ein niedrigerer als der Atmosphärendruck herrscht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die flüssige Farbe in den Wasserstrom eindosiert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Geschwindigkeit des Wasserstroms an mindestens einer Stelle zur Erzeugung eines statischen Unterdrucks erhöht und an dieser Stelle die flüssige Farbe zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die flüssige Farbe in die Schneckenpumpe des Mischers eindosiert wird.
- Mischer zur Herstellung pumpfähiger Mörtelmassen aus Trockenmörtel und Wasser, mit einem Mischrohr (1), das eine Mischwelle (2) mit Mischflügeln enthält und dem im Bereich seines einen Endes (1.1) der Trockenmörtel und in seinem weiteren Verlauf über eine Wasserzuleitung (8) Wasser zugeführt wird und mit einer dem Mischrohr (1) nachgeordneten Schneckenpumpe(4), insbesondere zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Wasserzuleitung (8) eine flüssige Farbe ansaugende Dosiervorrichtung (7, 14) zum Eindosieren der flüssigen Farbe angeordnet ist.
- Mischer nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dosiervorrichtung eine die flüssige Farbe ansaugende Venturidüse (7) ist.
- Mischer nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dosiervorrichtung eine die flüssige Farbe ansaugende Wasserstrahlpumpe (14) ist.
- Mischer nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dosiervorrichtung eine die flüssige Farbe ansaugende, elektrisch angetriebene Pumpe ist.
- Mischer nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dosiervorrichtung als auswechselbare Einheit ausgebildet ist.
- Mischer zur Herstellung pumpfähiger Mörtelmassen aus Trockenmörtel und Wasser, mit einem Mischrohr (1), das eine Mischwelle (2) mit Mischflügeln enthält und dem im Bereich seines einen Endes (1.1) der Trockenmörtel und in seinem weiteren Verlauf über eine Wasserzuleitung (8) Wasser zugeführt wird, und mit einer dem Mischrohr (1) nachgeordneten Schneckenpumpe (4), insbesondere zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mantel (4.1) der Schneckenpumpe (4) eine Bohrung (4.2) hat, an die eine Zuleitung (9) für flüssige Farbe angeschlossen ist und die in den Schneckenraum mündet, und daß die Bohrung (4.2) an einer Stelle in den Schneckenraum mündet, an der betriebsmäßig ein niedrigerer als der Atmosphärendruck herrscht.
- Mischer nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der die flüssige Farbe führende Zuleitung (9) ein Ventil (10) zur Einstellung des Durchflusses angeordnet ist.
- Mischer nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die flüssige Farbe führende Zuleitung (9) im Bereich ihrer Ansaugöffnung mit einem Rückschlagventil (13) versehen ist.
