Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zum automatischen Verdrahten von Anschlußstellen von Komponenten elektrischer Geräte oder Anlagen, insbesondere von schraubenlosen Anschlußklemmen, mit je wenigstens einer in einem Isoliergehäuse vorhandenen Einstecköffnung für ein abisoliertes Leiterende, mit einem gesteuerten Leiterverlegekopf, der eine wahlfrei einstellbare Länge eines am führenden Ende abisiolierten elektrischen Leiters spendet und das abisolierte Leiterende durch die Leitereinstecköffnung in die Anschlußstelle einsteckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur automatischen Verdrahtung von Komponenten, bei denen die jeweilige Anschlußstelle (27) eine im wesentlichen schleifenförmige Klemmkontaktfeder (13) umfaßt, die zur Freigabe eines Leiterklemmfensters (16) mittels eines Öffnungswerkzeugs verspannbar ist, das Öffnungswerkzeug von einer vom Leiterverlegekopf (23) mitgeführten Lanze (28) gebildet ist, die mit Bezug zur Anschlußstelle (27) relativ zur Bewegung des Leiterverlegekopfes (23) und/oder relativ zur Leiterzuführung bewegbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lanze (28) hinsichtlich ihrer Längsachse eigenbeweglich auslenkbar, insbesondere biegeelastisch ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lanze (28) mittels eines eigenen Bewegungsantriebs (29) relativ zum Leiterverlegekopf (23) bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bewegungsantrieb (29) für die Lanze (28) ein lediglich linear wirkender Antrieb ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lanze (28) relativ zur Einsteckbewegung des abisolierten Leiterendes (25) und im wesentlichen parallel zu dessen Einsteckrichtung bewegbar angeordnet ist.
