Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zum automatischen Verdrahten von Anschlussstellen (27) von Komponenten elektrischer Geräte oder Anlagen, insbesondere von schraubenlosen Anschlussklemmen (10), mit je wenigstens einer in einem Isoliergehäuse (11) vorhandenen Einstecköffnung (15) für ein abisoliertes Leiterende (25), mit einem gesteuerten Leiterverlegekopf (23), der eine wahlfrei einstellbare Länge eines am führenden Ende abisolierten elektrischen Leiters (24) spendet und das abisolierte Leiterende (25) durch die Leitereinstecköffnung (15) in die Anschlussstelle einsteckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur automatischen Verdrahtung von Komponenten, bei denen die jeweilige Anschlussstelle (27) eine im wesentlichen schleifenförmige Klemmkontaktfeder (13) umfasst, die zur Freigabe eines Leiterklemmfensters (16) mittels eines Öffnungswerkzeugs verspannbar ist, das Öffnungswerkzeug von einer vom Leiterverlegekopf (23) mitgeführten Lanze (28) gebildet ist, die mit Bezug zur Anschlussstelle (27) relativ zur Bewegung des Leiterverlegekopfes (23) und/oder relativ zur Leiterzuführung dem Leiter (24) voreilend bewegbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lanze (28) hinsichtlich ihrer Längsachse eigenbeweglich auslenkbar, insbesondere biegeelastisch ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lanze (28) mittels eines eigenen Bewegungsantriebs (29) relativ zum Leiterverlegekopf (23) bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bewegungsantrieb (29) für die Lanze (28) ein lediglich linear wirkender Antrieb ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lanze (28) relativ zur Einsteckbewegung des abisolierten Leiterendes (25) und im wesentlichen parallel zu dessen Einsteckrichtung bewegbar angeordnet ist.
