Claims (5)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Stulpfensters, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte:aus -im eingebauten Zustand des Stulpfensters - vertikal und horizontal verlaufenden Flügelrahmenprofilen (1,2,3,4) und einem - im eingebauten Zustand des Stulpfensters - vertikal verlaufenden pfostenartigen Hohlkammerprofil (5) wird ein zunächst einteiliger, durch das pfostenartige Hohlkammerprofil (5) - im eingebauten Zustand des Stulpfensters - vertikal geteilter Flügelrahmen geschweißt;der einteilige Flügelrahmen wird durch einen durch die Mitte des pfostenartigen Hohlkammerprofils (5) verlaufenden Schnitt in zwei Flügelrahmenhälften geteilt;im Bereich der Schnittflächen werden die flügelrahmenhalften mit einem inneren bzw. äußeren Stulpprofil (7,6) verbunden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das innere bzw. äußere Stulpprofil (7,6) die Schnittflächen vollständig verdeckt.
- Verfahren einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Verbinden der - im eingebauten Zustand des Stulpfensters - horizontal verlaufenden Flügelrahmenprofile (3,4) mit dem pfostenartigen Hohlkammerprofil (5) in den - im eingebauten Zustand des Stulpfensters - horizontal verlaufenden Flügelrahmenprofilen (3,4) jeweils ein V-förmiger Klinkschnitt (9,9') vorgenommen wird, und daß das pfostenartige Hohlkammerprofil (5) an beiden Enden entsprechend V-förmig zugeschnitten wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das pfostenartige Hohlkammerpfrofil (5) spiegelsymmetrisch bzgl. der späteren Schnittfläche ausgebildet ist und daß das pfostenartige Hohlkammerprofil (5) nach der mittigen Teilung in jeder seiner Hälften (5', 5") Rastnuten (12, 12', 13, 13') aufweist, in die entsprechende Rastmittel (19, 19', 20, 20') des inneren und äußeren Stulpprofils (7,6) rastend einführbar sind.
- Hohlkammerprofil (5) zur Verwendung in einem Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Stulpfensters nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:das Hohlkammerprofil (5) ist achsensymmetrisch bezüglich einer Symmetrieebene (16) ausgebildet;das Hohlkammerprofil (5) weist einen im wesentlichen T-förmigen Querschnitt auf;das Hohlkammerprofil (5) weist im Bereich der Symmetrieebene (16) Rastnasen (17, 17', 18, 18') und Verbindungsstege (14, 15) auf, die so einander zugeordnet sind, daß beim Trennen des Hohlkammerprofils (5) entlang der Symmetrieebene (16) in zwei Hälften (5', 5'') Rastnuten (12, 12', 13, 13') gebildet werden.
