  • the manipulator 13 holds one back edge of the panel P1 with its pincers 18.
  • the manipulator 14 moves forward along the guides 16 and it gets hold of the fore edge of panel P1 by its pincers 18; therefore the two manipulators exchange panel P1 between themselves.
  • the manipulator 13 releases panel P1 and moves back along the guides 16, getting back to the position shown in Figure 2. While the manipulator 14 moves the panel P1 in the various positions necessary to carry out machining of the edge or, more in general, of the back half of the same, the manipulator 13 is ready to receive a new panel, and the cycle is thus repeated.

Claims (8)

  1. Stanzvorrichtung für Metallblechteile, welche einen Arbeitstisch (1 ), eine Lagerkonstruktion (2;2',2") für Stanzeinheiten (4',4"), wobei die Lagerkonstruktion (2;2',2") eine Ausnehmung (3) hat, an der der Arbeitstisch (1) durchgeht, zwei Stanzeinheiten (4',4"), die an der Lagerkonstruktion (2;2',2") angebracht und im wesentlichen einander zugewandt sind, und eine Bewegungseinrichtung (13,14;13,60) für ein Blech auf dem Arbeitstisch (1) aufweist, um das Blech in Ausrichtung zu den Stanzeinheiten (4', 4") zu bringen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewegungseinrichtung (13,14;13,60) zwei Verschiebeeinrichtungen (13,14) aufweist, die jeweils einen ersten Schlitten (15) haben, welcher längs einer ersten Richtung (Y) auf dem Arbeitstisch (1)bewegbar ist, die erste Richtung (Y) im wesentlichen orthogonal zu der Lagerkonstruktion (2;2',2") ist und einen zweiten Schlitten (17) haben, welcher mit einer Halteeinrichtung (18) für das längs einer zweiten Richtung (X) auf dem Arbeitstisch(1) bewegbare Blechversehen ist, die zweite Richtung (X) im wesentlichen parallel zu der Lagerkonstruktion (2;2',2") ist, jede der Verschiebeeinrichtungen (13,14) mit dem entsprechenen Ende des Arbeitstisches (1) verbunden und auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Arbeitstisches (1) bezüglich der Lagerkonstruktion (2; 2', 2") angeordnet ist, und daß die zwei Verschiebeeinrichtungen (13,14) längs der ersten Richtung (Y) einen derart ausreichenden Hub haben, daß eine Verschiebeeinrichtung ein zu stanzendes Blech zuführen oder ein bereits gestanztes Blech abführen kann, während die andere Verschiebeeinrichtung bei der Bearbeitung eines weiteren Blechs in Eingriff ist.
  2. Stanzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewegungseinrichtung auch einen Rotor (60) zum Verdrehen des Blechs auf dem Arbeitstisch (1) aufweist.
  3. Stanzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Stanzeinheiten (4', 4") längs der zweiten Richtung (X) im wesentlichen zugewandt liegen.
  4. Stanzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Stanzeinheiten (4',4") Multipressen-Stanzköpfe sind, welche jeweils eine Mehrzahl von Stanzwerkzeugen (7,8) aufweisen, die unabhängig voneinander betreibbar sind.
  5. Stanzvorichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Stanzeinheiten (4',4") Monopressen-Stanzköpfe sind.
  6. Stanzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3, 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Stanzeinheiten (4',,4") einen veränderbaren wechselseitigen Abstand haben.
  7. Stanzvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerkonstruktion (2) eine im wesentlichen geschlossene, ringförmige Konstruktion hat.
  8. Stanzvorrichtung nah einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerkonstruktion (2',2") zwei im wesentlichen einander zugewandte "C"-förmige Halbteile aufweist, welche jeweils eine zugeordnete Stanzeinheit der beiden Stanzeinheiten (4, 4') tragen können.
