Claims (4)
- Sicherheitsschalter mit einem in einem Schaltergehäuse axial verschiebbar gelagerten und mit einer Schaltbrücke versehenen, federbelasteten Stößel, der an einem seiner Enden eine Betätigungsvorrichtung in Form einer Schaltklinke aufweist, die im Bereich einer Einführöffnung für einen bügelartigen Betätiger liegt und derart mit dem Betätiger zusammenwirkt, daß der Stößel - und damit auch die Schaltbrücke - bei eingefahrenem Betätiger in Einschaltstellung und bei herausgezogenem Betätiger in Ausschaltstellung verschoben ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaltklinke (8) aus einem im wesentlichen U-förmigen Bügel besteht, der im Bereich seines Mittelsteges (9) schwenkbar im Gehäuse (2) gelagert ist und mit einem seiner Seitenschenkel (11) in eine Ausnehmung (12) des Stößels (3) eingreift und dessen anderer Seitenschenkel (13) oberhalb des Stößels (3) liegt, wobei der letztgenannte Seitenschenkel (13) bei eingefahrenem Betätiger (6) diesen hintergreift und ein vollständiges Herausziehen des Betätigers (6) aus dem Gehäuse (2) erst in der Ausschaltstellung gestattet.
- Sicherheitsschalter mit einem in einem Schaltergehäuse axial verschiebbar gelagerten und mit einer Schaltbrücke versehenen, federbelasteten Stößel, der an einem seiner Enden eine Betätigungsvorrichtung in Form einer Schaltklinke aufweist, die im Bereich einer Einführöffnung für einen bügelartigen Betätiger liegt und derart mit dem Betätiger zusammenwirkt, daß der Stößel - und damit auch die Schaltbrücke - bei eingefahrenem Betätiger in Einschaltstellung und bei herausgezogenem Betätiger in Ausschaltstellung verschoben ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaltklinke (8) aus einem im wesentlichen U-förmigen Bügel bestseht, der im Bereich eines seiner Seitenschenkel (11a) gelenkig am Stößel (3) angeschlossen ist, im Bereich seines Mittelsteges (9a) ein von einem gehäuseseitigen Stift (16) durchtretenes Langloch (15) aufweist und mit seinem zweiten Seitenschenkel (13a) bei eingefahrenem Betätiger (6) diesen hintergreift und ein vollständiges Herausziehen des Betätigers (6) aus dem Gehäuse (2) erst in der Ausschaltstellung gestattet.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß innerhalb des Gehäuses (2) ein Kugelgesperre (14) vorgesehen ist, mittels dessen die Ausschaltstellung des Stößels (3) mechanisch fixierbar ist.
- Sicherheitsschalter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der am Stößel (3) gelenkig angeschlossene Seitenschenkel (11a) mit einer Rastausnehmung (17) versehen ist, in die ein federbelasteter Rastbolzen (18) eingreift, sobald der Stößel (3) in Ausschaltstellung bewegt ist.
