Claims (7)
- Tragelement (1) für die Unterkonstruktion einer hinterlüfteten Fassade mit an einem Tragwerk (9) angebrachter Dämmschicht (8) und über die Unterkonstruktion abgestützter Aussenwandbekleidung (25), gekennzeichnet durch einen zum Durchdringen der Dämmschicht (8) bestimmten, in der Durchdringungsrichtung knickfesten Abstandshalterteil (3), der einerends zur Abstützung am Tragwerk eine ebene Stirnseite (26) definiert, sowie andernends einen mit dem Abstandshalterteil (3) starr verbundenen Befestigungsteil (2) aufweist, welcher Mittel (6) zum Eingriff eines am Tragwerk angebrachten Verankerungsorganes (12) besitzt.
- Tragelement (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstandshalterteil (3) durch eine Mehrzahl von versteiften, vorzugsweise parallelen Stegen (3) und der Befestigungsteil durch eine Tragplatte (2) gebildet ist, dass die Tragplatte (2) eine ebene, parallel zur Stirnseite (26) verlaufende Befestigungsfläche (2a) mit einer die Mittel zum Eingriff bildenden Öffnung (6) aufweist und dass die Stege (3) mit der Tragplatte (2) vorzugsweise einstückig und aus einem korrosionsfesten Material gefertig sind.
- Tragelement (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stege (3) einen länglichen, schmalen Querschnitt aufweisen und mit einer in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Versteifung (7), vorzugsweise einer Sicke in dem aus Metallblech bestehenden Material, ausgestattet sind.
- Tragelement (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tragelement (1) aus Aluminium, einer Aluminium-Legierung oder auch Chromnickelstahl besteht.
- Verwendung von Tragelementen (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zur Herstellung einer hinterlüfteten Fassade an einem Tragwerk (9) mit Tragelementen (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Tragwerk (9) eine Dämmschicht (8) aufgebracht wird, danach die Tragelemente (1) mit ihren Stegen (3) als Abstandshalterteil durch die Dämmschicht (8) hindurchgestossen werden und die Dämmschicht (8) und das Tragwerk (9) an vorbestimmten Stellen mit jeweils einer Bohrung (10) versehen werden, und die Tragelemente (1) mittels in die Bohrungen (10) eingesetzten Ankerbolzen (12) am Tragwerk (9) mit an diesem angepresster Stirnseite (5) befestigt werden.
- Verwendung von Tragelementen (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragelemente (1) beim Durchstossen der Dämmschicht (8) mit Hilfe der Ankerbolzen (12) vorzugsweise mit auf diese aufgeschobenen Führungshülsen (17) geführt werden.
- Hinterlüfteten Fassade eines Tragwerkes (9), mit einer an diesem aufgebrachten Dämmschicht (8) aufweisend Tragelemente (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4.
