Claims (15)
- Verfahren zum Verschieben eines mit zwei mit dem Stickgrund translatorisch im Gatter bewegbaren Seitenspannleisten seitlich gespannten Stickgrundes auf einem Stickmaschinengatter mit einer oberen und einer unteren Stoffwelle, bei welchem Verfahren der auf den Stoffwellen aufgewellte Stickgrund zwischen diesen eben gespannt wird und durch Wellen von einer Stoffwelle auf die andere relativ zum Gatter verschoben wird, während er in Dornen (61) der Seitenspannleisten (35) eingehängt ist, und wenigstens ein Teil des Stickgrunds (21) während der Verschiebung von den translatorisch im Gatter verschiebbaren Seitenspannleisten (35) gespannt bleibt, um nach der Verschiebung in diesem Teil die gleiche Spannung aufzuweisen wie vor der Verschiebung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stickgrund während der Verschiebung mit einer zur Stickgrundebene schräg verlaufenden Fläche (79) einer Löseeinrichtung (71) aus den Dornen (61) gehoben und dadurch von den Seitenspannleisten (35) gelöst wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stickgrund (21) während der Verschiebung über eine der Verschiebung entsprechende Länge von den Seitenspannleisten (35) gelöst wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der von den Seitenspannleisten (35) abgelöste Teil des Stickgrunds nach der Verschiebung entsprechend der Spannung des gespannt gebliebenen Teils an den Seitenspannleisten (35) gespannt wird, z.B. durch Einhängen des Stickgrundes (21) in die Dorne (61) der Seitenspannleisten (35) unter Berücksichtigung des Fadenlaufs.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stickgrund während der Verschiebung des Gatters festgehalten wird, so dass der Stickgrund relativ zu den Nadeln stillsteht.
- Stickmaschinengatter mit einer oberen und unteren Stoffwelle (19,19') zum Aufwellen und ebenen Aufspannen eines Stickgrundes (21), mit einer Vorrichtung zum Verschieben des Stickgrundes (21) relativ zum Gatter durch Rollen von einer Stoffwelle auf die andere und beidseitig je einer Seitenspannleiste (35) mit in den Stickgrund einhängbaren Dornen (61) zum seitlichen Spannen des Stickgrundes, welche Seitenspannleisten (35) im Gatter (11) translatorisch beweglich sind, so dass diese sich beim Verschieben des seitlich gespannten Stickgrundes (21) mitbewegen, gekennzeichnet durch eine Löseeinreichtung (71) für jede Seitenspannleiste (35) mit einer zur Stickgrundebene schräg verlaufenden Fläche (79), um mit dieser Fläche (79) beim Verschieben des seitlich gespannten Stickgrundes (21) diesen aus den Dormen (61) zu heben und dadurch von der Seitenspannleiste (35) zu lösen.
- Stickmaschinengatter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenspannleisten (35) in Segmente (25) unterteilt sind, welche einzeln vom Stickgrund (21) ablösbar bzw. mit dem Stickgrund (21) verbindbar sind.
- Stickmaschinengatter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Segmente (25) der Seitenspannleiste (35) an einem flexiblen Träger (29) befestigt sind.
- Stickmaschinengatter nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der flexible Träger (29) eine geschlossene Schlaufe um zwei Umlenkräder (31) bildet.
- Stickmaschinengatter nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Löseeinrichtung (71) stationär am Gatter (11) angeordnet ist und die Seitenspannleiste (35) relativ zur Löseeinrichtung (71) beweglich ist, so dass beim Verschieben des Stickgrundes (21) im Gatter (11) der Stickgrund (21) und die Seitenspannleiste (35) voneinander gelöst werden.
- Stickmaschinengatter nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der flexible Träger durch eine Kette (29) gebildet ist.
- Stickmaschinengatter nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der flexible Träger (29) der segmentierten Seitenspannleiste (35) auf der Stickgrundseite der Schlaufe in einer Führungsschiene (33) geführt ist.
- Stickmaschinengatter nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenspannleiste (35) und die Lösevorrichtung (71) Bestandteile einer Seitenspanneinrichtung (23) sind, welche am Gatter (11) befestigt ist.
- Stickmaschinengatter nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 12, gekennzeichnet durch eine Spannvorrichtung zum automatischen Spannen des Stickgrundes 21 während des Verschiebens des Stickgrundes 21.
- Stickmaschinengatter nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannvorrichtung zwei den Stickgrund (21) zwischen sich einklemmende Rollen aufweist, deren Achsen parallel und zur Verschiebungsrichtung des Stickgrundes (21) geneigt sind.
- Stickmaschinengatter nach Anspruch 13 in Verbindung mit Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannvorrichtung eine Führungsschiene zur Führung der Segmente (25) bzw. der Kette (29) aufweist, um die Segmente (25) bei der Verschiebung in den Stickgrund (21) einzuhaken und den Stickgrund zu spannen.
