Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Einstellen und Einhalten des Abstandes zwischen der zu bedruckenden Oberfläche eines Druckträgers (14), der an einem Druckwiderlager (10) anliegt, und einem parallel zu diesem bewegbaren Druckkopf (24), der mit einem zur Anlage an dem Druckwiderlager (10) oder der Druckträgeroberfläche bestimmten Tastelement (26) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während eines Leerdurchganges des Druckkopfes (24) parallel zum Druckwiderlager (10) über den eingelegten Druckträger (14) hinweg Änderungen des Abstandes (a) der Druckträgeroberfläche von dem Druckwiderlager (10) nach ihrer Lage innerhalb des Stellweges des Druckkopfes (24) und nach ihrer Größe bestimmt werden und daß die Stellgeschwindigkeit des Druckkopfes (24) für einen Druckdurchgang in Abhängigkeit von Lage und Größe der ermittelten Abstandsänderungen so gesteuert wird, daß bei im wesentlichen störungsfreiem Druckbild eine maximale Stellgeschwindigkeit erreicht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die infolge einer erfaßten Abstandsänderung erforderliche Änderung der aktuellen Druckkopfgeschwindigkeit an Hand eines vorgegebenen funktionellen Zusammenhangs zwischen der Größe einer Abstandsänderung einerseits und der Druckkopfgeschwindigkeit andererseits ermittelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das nach dem Leerdurchgang ermittelte Geschwindigkeitsprofil des Druckkopfes 24 über den Stellweg gespeichert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand der Druckträgeroberfläche vom Druckwiderlager (10) durch eine berührungsfrei arbeitende Sensoranordnung (40) ermittelt wird.
- Druckvorrichtung mit einem Druckwiderlager (10) und einem Druckkopf (24), der mittels eines Druckkopfantriebes (34) entlang einem Stellweg parallel zum Druckwiderlager (10) verstellbar und mit einem Tastelement (26) fest verbunden ist, das zur Anlage an dem Druckwiderlager (10) oder der Oberfläche eines an diesem anliegenden Druckträgers (14) bestimmt ist, wobei der Druckkopf (24) und/oder das Druckwiderlager (10) in Richtung auf das jeweils andere Teil vorgespannt ist, gekennzeichnet durch eine Sensoranordnung (40) zum Erfassen des Abstandes der Druckträgeroberfläche von dem Druckwiderlager (10) entlang dem Stellweg des Druckkopfes (24) und eine Steuervorrichtung (42) zur Steuerung des Druckkopfantriebes (34) derart, daß die Druckkopfgeschwindigkeit in Abhängigkeit der Lage und Größe von Abstandsänderungen ohne wesentliche Störungen des Druckbildes maximal wird.
- Druckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuervorrichtung (42) eine Recheneinrichtung (44) hat, die unter Berücksichtigung eines vorgegebenen funktionellen Zusammenhangs zwischen der Größe einer Abstandsänderung einerseits und der Druckkopfgeschwindigkeit andererseits und in Abhängigkeit der Größe und Lage von Abstandsänderungen entlang dem Stellweg des Druckkopfes (24) ein Geschwindigkeitsprofil für die Druckkopfbewegung ermittelt.
- Druckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuervorrichtung (42) einen Speicher (46) zur Speicherung des vorgegebenen funktionellen Zusammenhangs zwischen der Abstandsänderung und der Druckkopfgeschwindigkeit hat.
- Druckvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß außerhalb des zur Anlage des Druckträgers (14) bestimmten Bereichs (12) an dem Druckwiderlager (10) im Tastweg des Tastelementes (26) mindestens eine Eichschwelle (48) zum Eichen der Sensoranordnung (40) vorgesehen ist.
