Definitions

  • Such bags are known for example from DE 196 00 530.2.
  • the generic Bags are especially used for the storage and administration of industrially manufactured Nutrient solutions used.
  • the nutrient solutions are applied, for example, via probe systems Patients who are given the usual food intake after an operation Intervention is not possible.
  • a bag with a free flood area between the outer and inner Pouch in the longitudinal direction of the pouch is known from US-A-4381776.
  • the nutrient solutions typically contain substances necessary for the maintenance of life proteins, fats, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins and Trace elements.
  • a plastic or foil bag offers a nutrient solution compared to the conventional one Glass containers provide much better protection. When emptying the container there is no need to fill up the remaining volume with air, rather it shrinks the bag with its emptying
  • the object of the present invention is based on the state mentioned at the beginning the technique in creating a double bag in which the flow of the fluid substance is improved through the double bag.
  • a key concept of the present invention is that the outside dimension of the inside Bag is shortened in length and width compared to the inner dimension of the outer bag, wherein two converging pouch edges of the outer pouch from the inner pouch so free that a free flooding area along the bag edges between the inner and outer bag is defined.
  • the free flooding area causes the Double component that the fluid substance in the free when opening the inner bag Flooding area and thereby creates a kind of gush, which a rapid rise of the Liquid level in the outer bag along the outer walls of the inner bag guaranteed.
  • the free flooding area therefore creates a kind of "initial surge" that below the lower area of the outer bag from the outer wall of the inner bag keeps away and thus a largely unimpeded rise in the liquid level in the outer bag ensures.
  • At least the one bag edge is the outer Bag formed as a rounded edge, so that the free flood area along this Bag edge enlarged due to the rounded design.
  • the converging ones Bag edges therefore do not have to be sharp-edged, but can be as rounded edges still the free flooding area between inner and outer bag enlarge and favor the formation of the "initial surge".
  • the rounded bag edge is also a sight glass with scale, in order to be able to control the nature and level of the fluid substance.
  • the inner bag expediently becomes eccentric in the outer bag fixed.
  • the eccentric fixation happens so that the inner bag is related to the Position of use of the double bag is arranged in the outer bag shifted upwards.
  • the double bag is attachable.
  • the double bag according to the invention is preferably emptied at a corner where residual amounts of the fluid substance are located can collect so that with appropriate suspension or storage of the bag a independent, essentially complete emptying is guaranteed.
  • the outlet device is accordingly with a practical, smallest possible distance to the corner of the bag mountable. Only glue or weld seams between the wall of the outer bag and the outlet device.
  • the inner bag expediently also has a bag corner on or in the corner thereof immediate proximity it can be opened in the application. With appropriate suspension of the In this corner of the bag, the double substance converges and the fluid substance can be practical be completely emptied.
  • the bag corners of the inner bag provided for emptying have an advantageous effect and the emptying area of the outer bag together, so that neither in the inner bag in the outer bag when emptying the double bag, significant residual amounts remain behind and the emptying takes place completely independently.
  • the Bag corner of the inner bag facing the emptying area of the outer bag.
  • the opening device comprises in a concrete embodiment, an impressionable tapping dome that has at least one Pouch wall of the inner bag pierces and for a sufficient opening for emptying of the inner bag.
  • the inner bag could also be done in a different way be opened.
  • the inner bag preferably in the area of A predetermined breaking point can be provided in the corner of the bag, which tears to sufficient pressure and causes the inner bag to open.
  • the opening device would also be conceivable modify it to separate the corner of the bag as a whole, making it even more complete would ensure leakage of the fluid substance.
  • the opening device for the inner bag and the outlet device for the outer bag spaced apart, so that in the position of use, the outlet device of the outer bag below the Opening device or the opening point of the inner bag is located.
  • the Opening device and / or the outlet device is independent of the bag as independently considered inventive aspect.
  • the inner bag 11 is a preferred embodiment for an inner bag 11 and one outer bag 12 comprising double bag shown. Both the inner bag 11 and the outer bag 12 is also rectangular in the illustration shown.
  • the inner bag 11 here consists of a plastic-metal laminate and is both light and designed to be gas-impermeable.
  • the inner bag has an unsealed bag edge 38. All other edges of the inner bag 11 are assigned sealing seams 26, 27, 28, the one of which is not sealed Bag edge 38 opposite sealing seam 27 at the same time one on the inner bag 11 provided fin 32 limits that for fastening the inner bag 11 in the outer Bag 12 is provided.
  • the fin 32 can be welded to 33, 34, 35 on the outside Secure bag 12 so that inner bag 11 is in a fixed position in outer bag 12 is held. This procedure allows a safe and perfect fluid tightness Sealing the outer pouch 12. Beyond that, the nutrient solution becomes no more exposed to thermal stress. Would both fix and seal the outer bag 12 on the sealed seam of the inner bag 11 could occur Leaks result because two or four sheets of foil sometimes close during the welding process would be sealed. Because of these different thicknesses, the transition from two to four sheets of film leakage occur.
  • the outer bag 12 also has an unsealed bag edge 13. All further Bag edges are also provided on the outer bag 12 with sealing seams, which with the Reference numerals 29, 30, 31 are designated. That of the unsealed bag edge 13 opposite sealing seam 30 is outside the inner bag 11, next to the fin 32 of the inner bag 11 arranged.
  • the top sealing seam in the use position of the double bag 29 is a particularly wide sealing seam with a width of 8 to 20 mm, preferably with a width of about 14 mm.
  • In the upper sealing seam 29 in the position of use outer bag 12 is a preferably circular or omega-shaped suspension opening 37 punched out.
  • the outer bag 12 is preferably at least over areas of one of its side walls 62 also transparent over areas of two side walls, so that the fill level and nature of the Checked fluid substance transferred from the inner bag 11 into the outer bag 12 can be.
