- a base for attachment a profile bar according to the genus of the main claim.
- Such sockets are used when attaching as Supporting profile bars for protective fences or Partitions around industrial production plants, such as Example robots.
- It is a base consisting of one Base plate and two serving as reinforcing elements Mounting brackets known.
- the footplate is with one Surface, for example a floor of a factory, and the angles with both the footplate and the profile bar screwed.
- the profile bar is in the middle of the footplate attached. As a result, the footplate protrudes from one Protective fence formed limit and thus represents a Stumbling block.
- German patent 160 327 describes a method for Setting up beams or the like is known.
- the attachment of the Beams on the floor are made using two angle irons.
- With help of a Articulated bolt can the beam rotatably mounted on the angle iron be erected and lowered to the ground. Due to the Assembly of many of the required parts is complex. Moreover cannot swing the beam through the angle iron be prevented.
- the base known from US Pat. No. 1,386,947 comprises one Base plate with molded side parts that the actual Form a support for a strut.
- the recording has one Slit on, so that the side parts at high loads can bend open.
- a base plate is known on which a profile bar can be attached in several positions. Consequently can be avoided that the base plate over that of the Protective fence formed protrudes.
- the Profile bar is not yet Only small forces can be supported laterally be included.
- the base according to the invention with the characteristic features the main claim has the advantage that the assembly is simplified due to the few parts and yet high forces can be transferred.
- the mechanical rigidity is due to the Ribs formed in the extension of each wall section are significantly increased. Further advantages and advantageous further training of the base according to the invention result from the rest Subclaims and the description.
- the profile bar can be over standard Anchor fasteners. Are these through holes designed as elongated holes, there is greater scope when balancing tolerances.
- the base leaves yourself particularly easily by means of two markings formed on opposite side edges align. By training increased Result in surface sections on the underside of the base defined support points for the base.
- the base can be particularly inexpensive in the die casting process produce.
