Claims (4)

  1. Broche de retordage à double torsion comprenant :
    a) une broche (3) pouvant être soumise à rotation,
    b) un pot de protection (6) monté sur cette broche (3) et à rotation empêchée,
    c) un disque tournant (7) qui est solidaire en rotation de la broche (3), présente un conduit de fil s'étendant radialement (7.1) joint à un axe creux de broche (6.3 ; 6.4) et porte une enveloppe cylindrique (9) qui entoure le pot de protection (6) et présente un organe de guidage de fil (9.1) qui se joint au conduit de fil (7.1) et s'étend de préférence sur toute la hauteur de l'enveloppe cylindrique, caractérisé par
    d) une carcasse intermédiaire (11) entourant le disque tournant (7) et l'enveloppe cyliLdrique (9) et montée avec liberté de rotation, et
    e) une carcasse extérieure fixe (1) recevant la carcasse intermédiaire (11).
  2. Broche de retordage à double torsion selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que l'organe de guidage de fil est un conduit de guidage de fil (9.1).
  3. Broche de retordage à double torsion selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le pot de protection (6) est fait pour recevoir au moins un enroulement d'alimentation (A) comme support d'enroulement.
  4. Broche de retordage à double torsion selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que dans le pot de protection (6) sont montées au moins deux turbines de filature à bouts libres (70, 70) pour la production de filés pouvant être introduits dans l'axe creux de broche.
