Abstract

Ein Kessel für feste Brennstoffe weist einen Füllraum (10) auf, der oberhalb eines in einem ersten Entgasungsraum (16) angeordneten Abbrandrostes (14) angeordnet ist. Eine automatische Beschickungseinrichtung (26) mündet im Bereich eines weiteren Entgasungsraumes (30), der von dem ersten Entgasungsraum räumlich getrennt ist und in dem ein weiterer Abbrandrost (28) angeordnet ist. Beide Entgasungsräume münden zusammen mit dem Sekundärluftkanal in der Mischkammer (20). Dieser Mischkammer schließt sich der Ausbrandraum (18) an.
