Claims (5)
- Elektrischer Schalter, insbesondere für Kraftfahrzeuge mit einem Gehäuse (1), mit einem zwischen zwei Endstellungen bewegbaren Kontakthebel (6), der im Gehäuse (1) schwenkbar gelagert ist und mit einem beweglich gelagerten Schaltstück (10) und mindestens einem Festkontakt (2,3), der starr im Gehäuse (1) angeordnet ist und in einer Endstellung des Kontakthebels (6) von diesem beaufschlagt wird, wobei der Kontakthebel (6) bzw. das Schaltstück (10) ein Keilprofil (11) aus zwei spitz aufeinander zulaufenden Keilflächen (15, 16) trägt und das Schaltstück (10) bzw. der Kontakthebel (6) ein am Keilprofil (11) anliegendes Schaltelement (7) aufweist und wobei das Schaltstück (10) im Gehäuse (1) auf einer im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Längsrichtung des Kontakthebels (6) erstreckenden geraden Bahn (S) geführt ist, und wobei das Schaltelement (7) und das Keilprofil (11) in im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Bewegungsrichtung (S) des Schaltstücks (10) verlaufende Richtung gegeneinander vorgespannt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von dem Schaltelement (7) abgetastete Kontur (a1,a2,c) mindestens einer der beiden Keilflächen (15,16) gekrümmt ist (Fig. 2, Fig. 3).
- Schalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Krümmung der vom Beginn der Schalterbetätigung (A1) bis zum Durchschaltpunkt (A0) abgetastete Kontur derart gewählt ist, daß die auf das Schaltstück (10) ausgeübte Kraft gegenüber dem von diesen zurückgelegten Weg überproportional ansteigt.
- Schalter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Keil (8) in dem Schaltstück (10) in Vorspannrichtung vorgespannt ist.
- Schalter nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die nach dem Durchlaufen des Umschaltpunktes (A0) abgetastete Keilfläche (b1 bzw. c) konvex ist.
- Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die nach dem Durchlaufen des auf der Keilspitze liegenden Umschaltpunktes (A0) von dem Schaltelement (7) abgetastete Fläche konkav ist.
