Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Einsteckdeckels (1) aus Karton, Halbkarton oder festem Papier, für eine Dose (2) aus Karton, Halbkarton oder festem Papier, wobei der Einsteckdeckel (1) mit einer Abschlussfläche (3) versehen ist, die an ihrem Rand in einen zylinderförmigen Kontaktbereich (5) übergeht, und einen Abschnitt (6) aufweist, der das freie, bzw. offene Ende des Kontaktbereiches (5) umgreift und mit seiner aussenliegenden Berandung (6a) einen an den Dosenöffnungsrand anlegbaren Anschlagsbereich bildet, und wobei der Einsteckdeckel (1) getrennt von der Dose (2) hergestellt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschnitt (6) aus dem gleichen Rohr geschnitten wird wie der Mantel der Dose (2), in an sich bekannter Weise nach innen umgelegt - vorzugsweise gerollt - wird und mit dem derart gebildeten innenliegenden Bereich (6b) eine Griffrippe formt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschlussfläche (3) mit einer von einer ebenen Fläche abweichenden Form ausgebildet wird und dadurch für den an die Abschlussfläche (3) anschliessenden Kontaktbereich (5) als Federelement wirkt, das diesen an eine Innenfläche eines Dosenmantels pressbar macht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontaktbereich (5) kreiszylinderförmig und die Abschlussfläche (3) rotationssymmetrisch ausgebildet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Abschlussfläche (3) eine domförmige Wölbung (8), vorzugsweise gegen das Doseninnere hin, ausgebildet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschlussfläche (3) mindestens eine - im wesentlichen mit konstantem Abstand zum Kontaktbereich (5) verlaufende - Welle (7) umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand der äussersten Welle (7) vom Kontaktbereich (5) im wesentlichen der Wellenbreite entsprechend gewählt wird und vorzugsweise wenigstens eine weitere Welle (7) innerhalb der ersten, vorzugsweise konzentrisch zu dieser, angeordnet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontaktbereich (5) direkt nach dem Übergang von der Abschlussfläche (3) über die Öffnungsberandung (4) der Dose (2) vorsteht.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschlussfläche (3) und der Kontaktbereich (5) mit einer Schutzschicht, vorzugsweise mit Aluminium oder Kunststoff, beschichtet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Kartonzylinderabschnitt (6) an seiner Oberkante eine Stapelsicke (6c) angeordnet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem Stanz- und Pressvorgang die Abschlussfläche (3) mit einem nach aussen stehenden Randbereich ausgeschnitten, sowie der Randbereich zur Bildung des Kontaktbereiches (5) kegelförmig oder gegebenenfalls zylindrisch umgeformt wird, wobei die Abschlussfläche (3), z.B. durch Pressen oder Prägen, in eine von einer ebenen Fläche abweichende Form, insbesondere mit einem Dom (8) und/oder mit mindestens einer, vorzugsweise aber mit wenigstens zwei Wellen (7), geformt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschlussfläche (3) durch einen Kartonzylinderabschnitt (6) geführt wird, bis lediglich ein Teilbereich des Kontaktbereiches (5) von innen an dem Kartonzylinderabschnitt (6) anliegt und mit diesem in Verbindung gebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Verbinden eines Teiles des Kontaktbereiches (5) mit dem entsprechenden Bereich des Kartonzylinderabschnittes (6) eine Pressvorrichtung mit nach aussen pressbaren Elementen eingesetzt wird, die vorzugsweise Wärme abgibt, um eine Heissversiegelung zu ermöglichen.
