Claims (11)
- Schleifscheibemit einem ringförmigen Tragteller (2) mit einer Mittel-Längs-Achse (11),mit einem am Tragteller (2) koaxial zur Mittel-Längs-Achse (11) befestigten Schleifring (1),-- der an seinen Stirnseiten (3, 3') mit Armierungslagen (4, 4'; 4a, 4'a; 4b, 4'b; 4c, 4'c) versehen ist und-- der zwischen den Armierungslagen (4, 4'; 4a, 4'a; 4b, 4'b; 4c, 4'c) eine mit diesen verbundene Schicht aus Schleifmittel (5) aufweist, undmit mindestens einem im radial zur Mittel-Längs-Achse (11) äußeren Bereich des Tragtellers (2) an diesem ausgebildeten Ringflansch (18; 18a; 18b; 18c) mit einer radial zur Mittel-Längs-Achse (11) verlaufenden Außenfläche (21; 21a; 21b; 21c), an der eine Armierungslage (4; 4a; 4b; 4c) radial mit der Außenfläche (21; 21a; 21b; 21c) überlappend mittels einer Klebstoff-Schicht (22; 22a; 22b; 22c) befestigt ist.
- Schleifscheibe nach Anspruch 1,
wobei die Armierungslagen (4, 4'; 4a, 4'a; 4b, 4'b; 4c, 4'c) aus Gewebe gebildet sind. - Schleifscheibe nach Anspruch 2,
wobei die Armierungslagen (4, 4'; 4a, 4'a; 4b, 4'b; 4c, 4'c) aus Glasgewebe gebildet sind. - Schleifscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
wobei der Tragteller (2) mit zwei Ringflanschen (18a, 28) versehen ist, an denen jeweils eine Armierungslage (4a, 4'a) mittels je einer Klebstoff-Schicht (22a, 30) befestigt ist. - Schleifscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
wobei der mindestens eine Ringflansch (18; 18b; 18c) zusammen mit der nicht an ihm befestigten Armierungslage (4'; 4'b; 4'c) einen Raum (23; 32; 32c) begrenzt, der mit Schleifmittel (5) gefüllt ist. - Schleifscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 und 5,
wobei an dem mindestens einen Ringflansch (18) ein freier Schenkel (20) ausgebildet ist, der sich zumindest teilweise in Richtung zu der nicht an dem mindestens einen Ringflansch (18) befestigten Armierungslage (4') erstreckt. - Schleifscheibe nach Anspruch 6,
wobei der freie Schenkel (20) an seiner radial zur Mittel-Längs-Achse (11) außenliegenden Fläche (25) mit einer Klebstoff-Schicht (26) versehen ist, mittels derer das Schleifmittel (5) mit dem Tragteller (2) verbunden ist. - Schleifscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
wobei der mindestens eine Ringflansch (18; 18a; 18b; 18c) mittels eines sich zumindest teilweise in Richtung der Mittel-Längs-Achse (11) erstreckenden Verbindungsschenkels (19; 19a; 19b; 19c) mit dem Tragteller (2) verbunden ist. - Schleifscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
wobei der Tragteller (2) mit Verstärkungsrippen (12) versehen ist. - Schleifscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
wobei der Ringflansch (18c) gegenüber einer durch eine Stirnseite (3) definierten Ebene um einige Zehntel mm zurückversetzt ist. - Schleifscheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
wobei der Ringflansch (18; 18c) an mindestens einer dem Schleifmittel (5) zugewandten Fläche (25; 33, 34) mit einer Klebstoff-Schicht (26; 35, 36) versehen ist.
