Claims (57)
- Papiermaschine zur Herstellung einer Materialbahn (10) wie insbesondere einer Papier- oder Kartonbahn, in der die herzustellende Materialbahn (10) auf der Oberfläche eines Transfermittels (24, 60) zu einer Abnahmestelle (30) überführt wird, in deren Bereich ein eine zumindest im wesentlichen offene Oberfläche aufweisendes, vorzugsweise luftdurchlässiges Band (32) über eine Abnahmewalze (34) oder dergleichen geführt ist und die Materialbahn (10) von der Oberfläche des Transfermittels (24, 60) abnimmt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an der Abnahmestelle (30) ein in Bahnlaufrichtung (L) verlängerter Preßspalt (36) gebildet ist, in dessen Bereich die der Materialbahn (10) zugewandte Oberfläche des Transfermittels (24, 60) sowohl unter Ausbildung einer zumindest im wesentlichen konkaven Mulde (38) umgelenkt als auch durch eine gezielt im Bereich dieser Umlenkung erzeugte Preßkraft gegen die Abnahmewalze (34) gepreßt ist, um dadurch die Abnahme der Materialbahn (10) von der Transfermitteloberfläche zu unterstützen. - Papiermaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Transfermittel durch ein zumindest im wesentlichen wasserundurchlässiges Transferband (24, 60) gebildet ist. - Papiermaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Oberfläche des Transfermittels (24, 60) zumindest im wesentlichen glatt ist. - Papiermaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Oberfläche des Transfermittels (24, 60) eine funktionale Rauhigkeit besitzt. - Papiermaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,

daß die Anpreßmittel (44, 54, 64) eine der Materialbahn (10) zugewandte Anpreßfläche besitzen, die zumindest nach Erreichen eines bestimmten Preßdrucks konkav gekrümmt ist. - Papiermaschine nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die konkave Krümmung der Anpreßfläche zumindest im wesentlichen komplementär zur zylindrischen Oberfläche der Abnahmewalze (34) ist. - Papiermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anpreßmittel eine aus elastischem Material bestehende Preßwalze (44) umfassen, deren Oberfläche sich durch die Anpressung an die Abnahmewalze (34) konkav verformt. - Papiermaschine nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Preßwalze (44) eine aus elastischem Material bestehende Vollwalze ist. - Papiermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anpreßmittel wenigstens einen Preßschuh (54, 64) mit einer der Materialbahn (10) zugewandten konkaven Anpreßfläche umfassen. - Papiermaschine nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Preßschuh (54, 64) durch mehrere über die Maschinenbreite verteilte Anpreßelemente gegen die Abnahmewalze (34) gepreßt ist. - Papiermaschine nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anpreßelemente zumindest teilweise unabhängig voneinander beaufschlagbar sind. - Papiermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anpreßfläche des Preßschuhes (54, 64) hydrodynamisch und/oder hydrostatisch geschmiert ist. - Papiermaschine nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß innerhalb der Schleife des Transferbandes (24, 60) ein sich zumindest im wesentlichen über die Maschinenbreite erstreckendes Spritzrohr (58) vorgesehen ist. - Papiermaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Transferband (24, 60) auf seiner Innenseite mit einer verschleißfesten und/oder reibungsmindernden Schicht versehen ist. - Papiermaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Transferband durch ein Preßband (24, 60) gebildet ist. - Papiermaschine nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Preßband (24, 60) in Bahnlaufrichtung (L) vor dem an der Abnahmestelle (30) vorgesehenen Preßspalt (36) zusammen mit der Materialbahn (10) durch wenigstens einen der Behandlung der Materialbahn (10) dienenden weiteren Preßspalt (S2, S3) einer Pressenpartie geführt ist. - Papiermaschine nach Anspruch 17 oder 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Preßband durch den Preßmantel (60) einer Schuhpreßwalze (62) gebildet ist, wobei die im Bereich der Abnahmestelle (30) vorgesehenen, innerhalb des Preßmantels (60) angeordneten Anpreßmittel wenigstens einen Preßschuh (64) mit einer der Materialbahn (10) zugewandten konkaven Anpreßfläche umfassen. - Papiermaschine nach Anspruch 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Preßschuh (64) durch mehrere über die Maschinenbreite verteilte Anpreßelemente gegen die Abnahmewalze (34) gepreßt ist. - Papiermaschine nach Anspruch 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anpreßelemente zumindest teilweise unabhängig voneinander beaufschlagbar sind. - Papiermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anpreßfläche des Preßschuhes (64) hydrodynamisch und/oder hydrostatisch geschmiert ist. - Papiermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die einer Pressenpartie zugeordnete Schuhpreßwalze (62) in Bahnlaufrichtung (L) vor dem an der Abnahmestelle (30) vorgesehenen Preßspalt (36) zusammen mit einer jeweiligen Gegenfläche wenigstens einen der Behandlung der Materialbahn (10) dienenden weiteren Preßspalt (S2, S3) bildet. - Papiermaschine nach Anspruch 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens ein der Pressenpartie zugeordneter weiterer Preßspalt (S2, S3) befilzt und die betreffende Gegenfläche durch eine Gegenwalze (18, 66) gebildet ist, gegen die der Preßmantel (60) der Schuhpreßwalze (62) durch wenigstens einen Preßschuh (70, 68) preßbar bzw. abgestützt ist. - Papiermaschine nach Anspruch 24,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens eine Gegenwalze (66) durch eine Schuhpreßwalze mit wenigstens einem im Bereich des betreffenden Preßspaltes (S3) vorgesehenen, innerhalb des Preßmantels angeordneten Preßschuh (74) gebildet ist. - Papiermaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Abnahmewalze (34) durch eine Saugwalze gebildet ist. - Papiermaschine nach Anspruch 26,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich die Saugzone (40) der Abnahmewalze (34) in Bahnlaufrichtung (L) über den an der Abnahmestelle (30) gebildeten Preßspalt (36) hinaus erstreckt. - Papiermaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das über die Abnahmewalze (34) geführte, eine zumindest im wesentlichen offene Oberfläche aufweisende Band durch ein Trockensieb, (32) einer Trockenpartie gebildet ist. - Papiermaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Abnahmewalze (34) bombiert ist. - Papiermaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in Bahnlaufrichtung (L) hinter der Abnahmesteile (30) Mittel (42 - 50) für eine berührungsfreie und/oder nicht schleifende Reinigung der Außenseite des Transferbandes (24, 60) vorgesehen sind. - Papiermaschine nach Anspruch 30,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Reinigungsmittel (42 - 50) wenigstens eine Strahlreinigungseinrichtung (42) umfassen. - Papiermaschine nach Anspruch 31,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens eine Strahlreinigungseinrichtung (42) vorgesehen ist, bei der die Reinigung durch einen rotierenden Wasserstrahl erfolgt. - Papiermaschine nach Anspruch 31 oder 32,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens eine Strahlreinigungseinrichtung (42) als traversierende Reinigungseinrichtung ausgebildet ist. - Papiermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 30 bis 33,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in Bahnlaufrichtung (L) hinter der Strahlreinigungseinrichtung (42) zusätzlich ein sich zumindest im wesentlichen über die Maschinenbreite erstreckendes, vorzugsweise einen geringeren Strahldruck lieferndes Spritzrohr (46) vorgesehen ist. - Papiermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 34,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in Bahnlaufrichtung (L) nach dem zusätzlichen Spritzrohr (46) wenigstens eine Reinigungswalze (48) mit zugeordnetem Schaber (50) und/oder wenigstens ein eine berührungslose Reinigung bewirkendes Foil (72) vorgesehen ist. - Papiermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 30 bis 36,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Transferband (24) in Bahnlaufrichtung (L) hinter der Abnahmestelle (30) über eine Umlenkwalze (45, 56) geführt ist und daß die Strahlreinigungseinrichtung (42) vor und das zusätzliche Spritzrohr Spritzrohr (46) mit nachgeordneter Reinigungswalze (48) und Schaber (50) und/oder nachgeordnetem Foil (72) hinter der Umlenkwalze (45, 56) angeordnet ist. - Papiermaschine nach Anspruch 36,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Umlenkwalze (45) ein Schaber (52) zugeordnet ist. - Papiermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 30 bis 37,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zumindest der Strahlreinigungseinrichtung (42) und/oder dem zusätzlichen Spritzrohr (46) eine Heizeinrichtung zugeordnet ist. - Papiermaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als Transfermittel ein endloses Transferband (60) vorgesehen ist, daß der an der Abnahmestelle (30) vorgesehene Preßspalt (36) zwischen der Abnahmewalze (34) und wenigstens einem Gegenelement (76) gebildet ist und daß die zumindest im wesentlichen konkave Mulde (38) in der der Materialbahn (10) zugewandten Oberfläche (78) des Transferbandes (60) durch eine sich mit einem Eindrücken der Abnahmewalze (34) in das Transferbandmaterial ergebende einseitige Deformation des eine entsprechende Dicke (d) und Flexibilität aufweisenden Transferbandes (60) erzeugt ist. - Papiermaschine nach Anspruch 39,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Transferband durch ein Preßband (60) gebildet ist. - Papiermaschine nach Anspruch 40,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Transferband durch einen Preßmantel (60) gebildet ist. - Papiermaschine nach Anspruch 41,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Gegenelement (76) eine dem Preßmantel (60) zugewandte Stützfläche (80) besitzt, deren Krümmungsradius (r) zumindest im wesentlichen gleich dem Innenradius (R) des Preßmantel (60) ist. - Papiermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 39 bis 42,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Transferband (60) aus einem Material mit einer Härte im Bereich von etwa 90 Shore A besteht. - Papiermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 39 bis 43,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Transferband (60) eine Dicke (d) besitzt, die größer oder gleich etwa 3 mm ist und vorzugsweise in einem Bereich von etwa 4 mm bis etwa 5 mm liegt. - Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Materialbahn (10) wie insbesondere einer Papier- oder Kartonbahn, bei dem die herzustellende Materialbahn (10) auf der Oberfläche eines Transfermittels (24, 60) zu einer Abnahmestelle (30) überführt und im Bereich dieser Abnahmestelle (30) durch ein eine zumindest im wesentlichen offene Oberfläche aufweisendes, vorzugsweise luftdurchlässiges Band (32) von der Oberfläche des Transfermittels (24, 60) abgenommen wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Bereich der Abnahmestelle (30) die der Materialbahn (10) zugewandte Oberfläche des Transfermittels (24, 60) unter Ausbildung einer zumindest im wesentlichen konkaven Mulde (38) umgelenkt wird und daß im Bereich dieser Umlenkung die Materialbahn (10) und das abnehmende Band (32) gegeneinander gepreßt werden, um dadurch die Abnahme der Materialbahn (10) von der Transfermitteloberfläche zu unterstützen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 45,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als Transfermittel ein zumindest im wesentlichen wasserundurchlässiges Transferband verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 45 oder 46,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Transfermittels (24, 60) mit einer zumindest im wesentlichen glatten Oberfläche verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Transfermittels (24, 60) verwendet wird, dessen Oberfläche eine funktionale Rauhigkeit besitzt. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Transfermittels (24, 60) mit einer zumindest im wesentlichen geschlossen Oberfläche verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das abnehmende Band (32) im Bereich der Abnahmestelle (30) über eine Abnahmewalze (34) oder dergleichen geführt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als Transfermittel ein endloses Transferband (24, 60) verwendet wird und daß das Transferband (24, 60) im Bereich der Abnahmestelle (30) unter Ausbildung der konkaven Mulde (38) in das Innere der Bandschlaufe umgelenkt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Transferband (24, 60) durch eine aus elastischem Material bestehende Preßwalze (44) so an die Abnahmewalze (34) angepreßt wird, daß die Oberfläche der Preßwalze (44) konkav verformt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 45 bis 51,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Transferband (24, 60) durch wenigstens einen Preßschuh (54, 64) mit einer der Materialbahn (10) zugewandten konkaven Anpreßfläche an die Abnahmewalze (34) angepreßt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 53,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als Transferband der Preßmantel (60) einer Schuhpreßwalze (62) verwendet wird und die Anpressung an die Abnahmewalze (34) durch einen Preßschuh (64) der Schuhpreßwalze (62) erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als Transfermittel ein endloses Transferband (60) verwendet wird, daß die Materialbahn (10) und das Band (32) zwischen der Abnahmewalze (34) und wenigstens einem Gegenelement (76) gegeneinander gepreßt werden und daß die zumindest im wesentlichen konkave Mulde (38) in der der Materialbahn (10) zugewandten Oberfläche (78) des Transferbandes (60) durch eine sich mit einem Eindrücken der Abnahmewalze (34) in das Transferbandmaterial ergebende einseitige Deformation des eine entsprechende Dicke (d) und Flexibilität aufweisenden Transferbandes (60) erzeugt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine entsprechende Bahnabnahme im Bereich oder im Anschluß an den letzten Preßspalt (S3) einer Pressenpartie erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine entsprechende Bahnabnahme durch ein Trockensieb (32) einer Trockenpartie erfolgt.
