Definitions
- the invention relates to an arbitrarily closable and releasable connecting device for connecting a sports device with a preferably with a Sports shoe shoeed a user's foot that directly or to the sports equipment is assigned indirectly via a base plate and which is preferably a belt-shaped one Instep element and a heel element pivotable about a transverse axis, which elements are coupled with each other in such a way that they are Moving from a position releasing the foot to a holding position for the Get foot and vice versa.
- connection devices are e.g. known from DE 196 42 887 A1. You can use a variety of sports equipment such as roller skates, ice skates, Snowboards, alpine and water skis are used. Most of them of these connecting devices, the heel element is beyond its pivot point extended downwards, the instep element adjoining this extension.
- connection devices are also from the publication mentioned known in which the instep and heel element are coupled by a rope, that is guided over at least one deflection roller.
- these designs have found no entry into practice because it is the compulsory simultaneous Allow the two elements to move in opposite directions only in the closed position; because no compressive forces can be transmitted via a rope.
- a lock is provided.
- the Lower legs of the user to carry buckles.
- Another one A rocker arm is implemented between the sports equipment and the heel element Use that after stretching and passing the dead center only by the Tension of the heel element secures the closed position.
- the main purpose of the present invention is therefore a generic one Train and design connecting device so that the closing and releasing the connection of a foot with sports equipment is quick and easy to use and that there is a risk of unwanted loosening during use Security is avoided.
- this is achieved in that at least one connection end of the Instep element with the interposition of a tensioning lever on the sports equipment or on the Base plate is held that on the clamping lever this with the heel element connecting coupling is articulated that this articulation point is the knee joint Rocker arm forms, on the one hand from the tensioning lever and on the other hand from the coupling and the heel element, and that a spring engages the rocker arm, which Instep and heel element in their respective limit position and secure one Counteracts change of position until the rocker arm reaches the extended position.
- connection is closed and released simply by appropriate Swiveling the heel element to the lower leg or away from it.
- a Unintentional swiveling is practically not possible due to the resistance of the spring possible.
- At least one coupling is preferably above its articulation point on the heel element extended, then the spring acts on this extension.
- a first embodiment of the invention it is provided that the Knee joint of the rocker arm in its extended position in front of its other two joints is located, while a second embodiment provides that the knee joint in the Stretch position between the two other joints.
- Another purpose of the invention is to facilitate application the sports device an automatic closing of the connection device with the To achieve insertion of the foot or shoe.
- the heel element is included a kick bar, which, starting from the closed position, below the linkage is the coupling.
- the kick bar can be kept movable relative to the heel element. This allows in particular a larger area of the kick bar.
- either of the first embodiment mentioned can either Clamping lever or the coupling beyond the joint connecting them to the front be extended and this extension form the connecting link for a handle.
- a lanyard or the like can serve as a handle. Pulling on it leads overcoming the force of the spring to stretch the rocker arm and to a change in position of the connecting device from the holding in the Release position.
- the advantage of avoiding a tensioning buckle comes fully to carry.
- the two couplers are combined to form a U or an open O which surrounds the heel element on the outside.
- the web part of the coupling can serve as a point of application for the spring.
- the spring can preferably be a tension spring in this case, which is suspended above the web part of the coupling on the heel element.
- the web part of the coupling can still be on the outside have a nose, by means of which a pivoting of the paddock against the force of the spring and thus an intentional opening of the connecting device is achieved.
- This opening possibility is particularly in a forced position advantageous.
- the spring can also be a Tension spring when it loads the extension of the paddle downwards.
- the tension spring is expediently to the side of the heel element on its axis hung up.
- a rope or strap is passed around the web part of the paddock, one end of which is attached to the upper outer region of the heel element and its other free end through an eyelet on the heel element extends at the top. This results in a desired low opening force.
- a finger loop can be provided at the free end of the handle or the free end be designed as a lanyard.
- the connecting devices according to the invention serve in the example shown versions for connecting a relatively soft snowboard boot, which is shown in broken lines, with a snowboard, not shown, namely indirectly via a to be attached to the snowboard in a known manner
- a heel element 3 is by means of Axle journal 4 is pivotally mounted on the flanges 2 of the base plate 1.
- the Heel element is in a known and therefore not further described manner for Capture and hold the shoe end correspondingly concave.
- Means one axle pin 5 are two coaxial on the flanges 2 two clamping levers 6 pivotally mounted to each other, each with a coupling 7 articulated with the Heel element are connected.
- the articulation point is the coupling on the clamping lever referred to, while the articulation point of the coupling to the heel element Reference number 9 carries.
- a belt-shaped instep element 10 is at both ends over one Axle journal 11 is pivotally connected to the tensioning levers 6.
- By appropriate Arrangement of the journal is achieved that a movement of the heel element 3rd causes an opposite movement of the instep element 10.
- the two couplers 7 are extended beyond their articulation points 9 and become one Horseshoe-shaped part 12 summarized the heel element 3 on the outside includes. At the end of part 12 engages one end of a tension spring 13, the other end is suspended from the heel element near its free end. Finally, there is a part 12 below the tension spring attachment Opening nose 14.
- a kick bar 15 is provided between the two front lower edges of the heel element 3 is still after an essential feature of the invention. He is over two journals 16 hinged to the heel element.
- the tensioning lever 6 lying in the plane of the drawing in relation to FIG. 1 is above the Articulation point 8 of the coupling 7 extended.
- This extension serves as Connector for a handle.
- it is provided with an elongated hole 17, through which, for example, a lanyard, not shown, can be guided.
- Fig. 1 the connecting device is shown in the open state in which a Getting in and out is possible.
- the front end of the sole of the dash-dotted line drawn shoe rests on the base plate 1, while the heel area of the Sole rests on the stirrup 15.
- the instep element 10 is pulled towards the shoe via the tensioning lever 6.
- the tension spring 13 is tensioned until the position shown in FIG. 2 is reached.
- the instep element 10 is not for a better representation of the underlying parts drawn continuously.
- connection device can be opened in two ways. once can be done with the help of a handle, not shown, e.g. a lanyard, take place, which is guided through the slot 17 and thus connected to the tensioning lever 6 becomes. Pulling the lanyard moves unit 3, 6, 7, 10 out of position 3 in that of FIG. 1. The first part of the movement into the position after Fig. 2 is again against the force of the tension spring 13, during the subsequent part of the movement is supported by the force of the tension spring.
- a handle not shown, e.g. a lanyard
- the second way of opening the connection device is by pressing given the opening nose 14 at the end of the horseshoe-shaped part 12.
- the opening process itself corresponds to that previously described.
- connection device has as a base like that previously Descriptions described a base plate, which is designated 21 and lateral Flanges 22 has.
- a heel element 23 around the journal 24 on these pivotably mounted and a tensioning lever 26 each around a journal 25. Coupling 27 in turn takes place at articulation points 28 and 29 Connection of the tension levers to the heel element.
- an instep element 30 with its ends via an axle pin 31 with the tensioning levers 26 pivotally connected.
- the coupling 27 are beyond their articulation points 29 extended and combined into a horseshoe-shaped part 32.
- a spring 33 is attached to each of the two extensions, the other with its other End is suspended on the journal 24.
- a belt 38 is guided around, the inner end of which is at a sufficient distance is attached to the heel element 23 above the web.
- the free end of the belt is passed up through an eyelet 39 on the heel element and as a finger loop 40 designed (see Fig. 7 and 8).
- the belt 38 is simply closed upwards pull, against the force of the tension spring 33 to the position shown in FIG. 7. After the dead center is exceeded, the tension spring 33 pulls the movable unit in 6 in which the shoe is lifted off the snowboard can. The connection device is ready for entry again.
