Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Umreifen eines Gegenstandes (12) wie eines Paketes, eines Stapels aus Blättern, Zeitschriften o.dgl., mit einem Umreifungsrahmen (22) für ein Umreifungsband, und mit einer Schweißeinrichtung (20) zum Verschweißen der Enden des Umreifungsbandes nach seiner Anlage am Gegenstand (12), wobei der Umreifungsvorrichtung (10) eine Transporteinrichtung (30) und eine Standfläche (16) für jeweils einen zu umreifenden Gegenstand (12) zugeordnet ist, und wobei der Umreifungsrahmen (22) eine Ebene aufspannt und um eine Schwenkachse (24) zwischen einer ersten und einer zweiten Stellung hin- und herverschwenkbar ist, wobei die Standfläche (16) in der ersten Stellung des Umreifungsrahmens (22) frei zugänglich ist und in der zweiten Stellung zur Standfläche (16) mindestens annähernd senkrecht orientiert in einem mittleren Bereich derselben angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Umreifungsrahmen (22) eine Ebene aufspannt, die zur Transportrichtung (32) der Transporteinrichtung (30) parallel orientiert ist, und daß die Schweißeinrichtung (20) unter der Standfläche (16) in einem mittleren Bereich derselben und die Schwenkachse (24) des Umreifungsrahmens (22) mindestens annähernd lotrecht unter der Schweißeinrichtung (20) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Umreifungsrahmen (22) einen unter der Standfläche (16) befindlichen, die Schweißeinrichtung (20) einschließenden ortsfesten ersten Rahmenabschnitt (34) und einen zweiten Rahmenabschnitt (36) aufweist, der um die zwischen erstem und zweitem Rahmenabschnitt (34, 36) vorgesehene gemeinsame Schwenkachse (24) zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Stellung verschwenkbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schwenkachse (24) von zwei miteinander axial fluchtenden Schwenkachsabschnitten (38) gebildet ist, die den ersten und den zweiten Rahmenabschnitt (34, 36) miteinander verbinden. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der zweite Rahmenabschnitt (36) des Umreifungsrahmens (22) mit einem einseitig offenen Kanal (40) für das Umreifungsband ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Standfläche (16) oberseitig ein Preßstempel (18) zum Zusammenpressen des zu umreifenden Gegenstandes (12) zugeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Preßstempel (18) einen Spalt (42) zum Durchlaß des Umreifungsbandes aufweist.
