Claims (17)
- Sicherheitseinrichtung für vorzugsweise vertikal bewegte, fremdangetriebene Tore, wie z. B. Segment- oder Rolltore, deren Torblatt (15) geführt bewegbar ist, mit einem die Bewegungsbahn einer vorlaufenden Torkante überwachenden vorzugsweise optischen Strahlenschutz (17, 18), vorzugsweise auf der Basis von Infrarotstrahlen, der zumindest zwei, vorzugsweise zumindest drei bzw. eine Vielzahl von in Bewegungsrichtung des Tores gestaffelt angeordnete, vorzugsweise parallele Strahlen (19) aufweist, die auf einer Seite des Tores ausgesendet und auf der anderen Seite des Tores empfangen oder reflektiert werden, und mit einer Sicherheitsschaltung, mit der die Schließbewegung des Tores reversiert oder gestoppt wird, wenn ein Hindernis in der Bewegungsbahn des Tores erfaßt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Strahlenschutz derart angeordnet ist, daß die von den Strahlen definierte Strahlenfläche (20; 120) mit der von der vorlaufenden Torkante (21) überstrichenen Bewegungsfläche zumindest eine Linie (123) gemeinsam hat, und daß die autark arbeitende Sicherheitseinrichtung eine Strahlenzustands-Steuereinrichtung (40) hat, die den Strahlen in Abhängigkeit von der Position und der Bewegung des Tores verschiedene Aktivierungszustände (X, NULL, 1) zuordnet.
- Sicherheitseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strahlenfläche (20; 120) eine Ebene ist.
- Sicherheitseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strahlenfläche (20) mit der Bewegungsfläche zusammenfällt.
- Sicherheitseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Strahlenschutz von einem Strahlenschutzgitter gebildet ist.
- Sicherheitseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Einrichtung zur Bestimmung der Position der Schließkante (21) des Tores vorgesehen ist, und daß die Strahlenzustands-Steuereinrichtung (40) derart aufgebaut ist, daß sie zumindest dem der Schließkante (21) am nächsten liegenden, vom Tor (15) nicht abgedeckten Strahl (19-0) einen inaktiven Übergangszustand (NULL) zwischen einem Aktivzustand (1) und einem Passivzustand (X) zuordnet.
- Sicherheitseinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Schaltung vorgesehen ist, die während der Schließbewegung des Tores beim Überfahren des zumindest einen im Übergangszustand befindlichen Strahls (19-0) den in Schließbewegungsrichtung nächstliegenden Strahl (19-1) aus dem Aktivzustand (1) in den Übergangszustand (NULL) bringt.
- Sicherheitseinrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzahl der auf den Übergangszustand (NULL) gesetzten Strahlen (19-0) mit der Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit des Tores veränderbar ist.
- Sicherheitseinrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der von der Schließkante (21) unterbrochene und sich im Übergangszustand (NULL) befindliche Strahl (19-0) den in Schließbewegungsrichtung des Tores (15) nächstliegenden und sich im Aktivzustand (1) befindlichen Strahl (19-1) in den Übergangszustand (NULL) setzt.
- Sicherheitseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die sich im Passivzustand (X) befindlichen Strahlen beim Öffnen des Tors sequentiell in den Aktivierungszustand (l) geschaltet werden.
- Sicherheitseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Speichereinrichtung vorgesehen ist, in der die Aktivierungszustände zumindest zweier benachbarter Strahlen laufend zwischengespeichert werden, um aus der Änderung der Aktivierungszustände die Bewegungsrichtung des Tores zu bestimmen.
- Sicherheitseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Strahlenschutzgitter einen Startstrahl (19-*) hat, der in der Öffnungsstellung des Tores (15), in der sich die Schließkante (21) außerhalb des Strahlen-Schutzgitters (17, 18) befindet, den Übergangszustand (NULL) einnimmt, wobei vorzugsweise der Startstrahl für den Fall, daß sich das Torblatt beim Einschalten der Sicherheitseinrichtung innerhalb des Strahlen-Schutzgitters befindet, selbständig ermittelt und festgelegt wird.
- Sicherheitseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand (SA) der Strahlen voneinander in Schließbewegungsrichtung des Tores (15) abnimmt.
- Sicherheitseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Strahlen-Schutzgitter zumindest bereichsweise derart angesteuert wird, daß ein Senderstrahl von zumindest zwei Empfängern ausgewertet wird (Kreuzstrahl-Technologie)
- Sicherheitseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorlaufende Torkante bzw. das Tor (15) vertikal bewegbar ist.
- Sicherheitseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorlaufende Torkante (21) horizontal bewegbar ist.
- Sicherheitseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15 für die Überwachung eines Roll- oder Falttors, bei dem zumindest der vorlaufende Abschnitt des Torblatts in seitlichen Führungen (12, 13) geführt ist, die an Zargen sitzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Komponenten des optischen Strahlenschutzes an den Zargen, vorzugsweise an den Führungen (12, 13) angeordnet sind.
- Sicherheitseinrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leisten (17, 18) des als Strahlen-Schutzgitter ausgebildeten Strahlenschutzes in die Führungsprofile (12, 13) integriert sind.
