Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum Klassieren von Feinstmaterial aus fortlaufend zugeführten körnigen Feststoffen, mit einer das Material einer Waschmulde zuführenden Aufgaberutsche und Brausen für die Waschflüssigkeit, bestehend aus einem endlosen, an Stützrollen und Führungsrollen abgestützten Förderband, die am Maschinengestell derart gehaltert sind, daß ein Teil des Förderbandes stromabwärts der Aufgaberutsche angeordnet und als Waschmulde vorgesehen ist sowie der andere Teil des Förderbandes unterhalb der Aufgaberutsche gegen die Fließrichtung des aufgegebenen Materials ansteigend angeordnet ist, wobei das Förderband entgegen der Fließrichtung des Materials angetrieben ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (10) der Aufgaberutsche (3) oberhalb der Waschmulde (4) und im Materialaufgabebereich (11) mit einem Blindboden (19) versehen ist, an den sich ein über die gesamte Breite reichender Spalt (20) am Waschmuldenanfang anschließt, während der verbleibende Bereich (21) mit einer Lochung versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Klassieren von Feinstmaterial aus fortlaufend zugeführten körnigen Feststoffen, mit einer das Material einer Waschmulde zuführenden Aufgaberutsche und Brausen für die Waschflüssigkeit, bestehend aus einem endlosen, an Stützrollen und Führungsrollen abgestützten Förderband, die am Maschinengestell derart gehaltert sind, daß ein Teil des Förderbandes stromabwärts der Aufgaberutsche angeordnet und als Waschmulde vorgesehen ist sowie der andere Teil des Förderbandes unterhalb der Aufgaberutsche gegen die Fließrichtung des aufgegebenen Materials ansteigend angeordnet ist, wobei das Förderband entgegen der Fließrichtung des Materials angetrieben ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Ende der Waschmulde (4) ein über die gesamte Breite und Tiefe der Waschmulde (4) reichender flüssigkeitsdurchströmender Trog (15) angeordnet ist, der mit kugeligen Körpern (16) gefüllt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufgaberutsche (3) in der Höhe und Lage zur Waschmulde (4) sowie in der Neigung einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufgaberutsche (3) statisch oder dynamisch, mit einem Rüttelmotor (12) versehen, ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kugeligen Körper (16) unterschiedliche Größe, Gewicht oder Oberfläche aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnt, daß der Trog (15) in der Höhe, der Neigung und der Längsrichtung verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Feinstmaterialaustrag (18) zum Aufteilen der ablaufenden Suspension in zwei Filmströmungen ein verstellbares Trennpaddel (17) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Förderband (2) im Bereich der Waschmulde (4) mit wenigstens einer Klopfrolle (13) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit dem aufgegebenen Material zusammentreffende Förderbandoberfläche (14) einen Rauhigkeitsgrad aufweist.
