Definitions
- the invention relates to a rectangular container with a Bottom wall and from this standing two longitudinal walls and two End walls.
- Such containers can serve a wide variety of purposes, so especially for transporting, storing or storing anything - what items.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object to create a container of the type mentioned, which at Not used for example for transport and storage purposes a small and handy volume can be brought.
- This object is achieved in that the container from a coherent, extendable and to a winding body windable structure of inguinal bodies with the help of Wall connection devices can be assembled.
- the container according to the invention essentially consists only from relatively narrow inguinal bodies that form a coherent Structure result, the groin body so together connected and aligned to each other that the Ledge body structure with detached wall connection devices can be wound up.
- the container can be wound up in this Condition sold and comfortably worn by the customer depending on the size become. Even after use, the container can be returned to its Convey wound state so that it is set aside to save space can be put.
- the container structure according to the invention is in principle for containers suitable for any size and use. So it can be, for example around a shopping basket, a transport box, a storage basket, an empty container, a container to be placed outdoors act for garden waste, etc. Larger containers too are conceivable, such as carports or garden sheds. Another application is in the furniture area, where the container can be a shelf part, for example.
- the bottom wall and the two longitudinal walls resulting areas of the Inguinal structure of containers running in the longitudinal direction of the container at their longitudinal edges can be connected to one another in an articulated manner Groin bodies are formed and in the transverse direction are arranged successively to the longitudinal direction, the adjacent edge bar bodies of these areas can be wound up articulated together and in a right - angular to each other position can be brought, and that the areas of the inguinal body structure which result in both end walls each at one longitudinal end of one of the longitudinal walls or the bottom wall resulting areas are set by the forming them Inguinal bodies with their longitudinal ends at the longitudinal ends of the Last body articulated the relevant longitudinal wall or bottom wall are so that they can be used to assemble the container into one Ledge bodies of the longitudinal wall or bottom wall rectangular position and for winding the winding body onto the last body relevant longitudinal wall or floor wall can be placed.
- a cuboid container 1 can be seen, the two parallel walls forming the container sides, parallel to each other 2,3 and two at right angles to these, in the container length appropriate distance from each other arranged end walls 4.5 has.
- the longitudinal walls 2,3 and the end walls 4,5 result in a rectangular arrangement in plan view.
- the bottom of the container is formed by a bottom wall 6, of which the longitudinal walls 2,3 and the end walls 4,5 stand up.
- This container is made from a coherent inguinal structure assembled, that in the unassembled state can be laid out and wound into a winding body 7.
- the winding body 7 is thus processed, after which one forms the container walls 2 to 5 Brings areas of the last structure into the respective wall position and not yet within the groin structure connected wall sides with the help of wall connection devices connects with each other.
- the areas of the inguinal body structure forming the container walls 2 to 6 are also included for the sake of clarity designated by the reference numerals 2 to 5.
- All walls of the container 1 are thus formed by ledge bodies. In the non-assembled state, this results in a roller shutter-like, arrangement for winding body 7.
- the Last body of the longitudinal wall 2 are 2a, that of the longitudinal wall 3rd with 3a, the front wall 4 with 4a, the front wall 5 with 5a and that of the bottom wall 6 with 6a.
- the bottom wall 6 and the two longitudinal walls 2, 3 resulting Areas of the last body structure are thus in the longitudinal direction of the container 8 extending strip bodies 6a and 2a and 3a formed, the hinged together at their longitudinal edges are connected so that the winding to the winding body 7 is possible is.
- the strip bodies are like the edges of a roller shutter Longitudinal edge next to each other and thus in the direction transverse to the longitudinal direction 8 arranged in a row.
- the Fillet body not only within the respective container wall 2, 3, 6 articulated together. Rather, there is one windable articulated connection also between the one another adjacent edge strip body of the wall areas 2,3,6.
- the arrangement is still such that the articulated connection between the neighboring ones Edge molding bodies 2a, 6a of the wall areas 2 and 6 and between the adjacent edge strip bodies 3a, 6a of the wall areas 3 and 6 enables the two longitudinal edge regions 2, 3 to bring them into a position perpendicular to the bottom wall 6, as required to build the container.
- the bottom wall area 6 is, as shown in particular in FIGS. 1 and 2 can be seen, arranged between the two longitudinal wall regions 2, 3.
- the areas of the inguinal body structure that result in the two end walls 4, 5 are each in the embodiment on one of the two longitudinal ends of the same longitudinal wall area 3.
- the inguinal bodies forming them are in each end wall 4 or 5 4a and 5a with their longitudinal ends at the longitudinal ends of the Last body 3a of the relevant longitudinal wall 3 articulated.
- Fig. 3 are each a strip body 3a with a strip body 5a connecting joints indicated and with the reference number 9 designated.
- the axis line of the joints 9 (the same applies to the articulated connection between the strip bodies 3a and Ledge bodies 4a) extend when the container is assembled along the relevant container edge between the walls 3 and 5 or the walls 3 and 4.
- the strip body 4a and 5a are thus aligned the same as the last body 3a and run, looks one from the assumed angular position, in extension the inguinal body 3a.
- the groin body the end wall areas 4, 5 for winding the winding body 7 in a position lying on the strip body 3a of the longitudinal wall 3 (This is the case in Fig. 2 for the last body 4a) become.
- the end wall area 5 takes one swivel position in between.
- the two end wall areas 4, 5 can also be fully extended be so that they are a plane-parallel position to the longitudinal wall area Take 3. This is for assembling the container and however, the winding up of the inguinal structure does not continue important.
- the two longitudinal wall areas 2, 3 and the one arranged between them Bottom wall area 6 and these areas 2, 3, 6 forming inguinal bodies are in the embodiment extending transversely to the longitudinal direction 8 over these areas
- Bands 10, 11 made of flexible material are articulated with one another connected.
- Two such bands 10 are expediently 11 available, which are spaced from each other and each facing one of the two longitudinal end regions of the inguinal structure are.
- Each strip body of the wall areas 2, 3, 6 is therefore firmly connected to the bands 10, 11 so that the bands 10, 11 hold the wall areas 2, 3, 6 and their ledge bodies together and articulate with each other.
- the flexible bands 10.11 can, for example, of fabric tapes similar to a roller shutter belt be formed.
- the tapes 10, 11 are assembled on the outside of the Container 1 corresponding side of the inguinal structure arranged.
- the winding to the winding body 7 is therefore carried out so that the tapes 10, 11 face the winding center. If you assume Fig. 2, so you put the longitudinal wall area 3 with the on it folded end wall areas 4,5 down in the direction according to Arrow 12, after which at this end the inguinal structure begins with the winding, which also in the direction according to Arrow 12 takes place.
- the two end wall areas 4,5 are at this winding up, so to speak, in the last body 6a and 2a Bottom wall area 6 and the longitudinal wall area 2, as is clear from Fig. 1. Unraveling takes place in the opposite direction.
- the border strips are adjacent to each other of the longitudinal wall areas 2, 3 and the bottom wall area 6 in a position perpendicular to each other, what corresponds to the shape of the assembled container 1.
- the one side wall region 3 is rectangular in this way from the bottom wall area 6 upstanding container position pivoted. This pivoting into the corresponding to the finished container Relative position between wall areas 2 and 6 on the one hand and the wall areas 3 and 6 on the other hand in the embodiment opposite to the winding direction 12.
- the respective last body must only in the winding direction 12 pivotally connected to each other, while the articulated Connection between the mentioned wall areas, i.e. between the facing edge molding bodies of the wall areas, so must be that a winding up to the winding body as well a pivoting in the opposite direction in the assembled Corresponding rectangular position possible is.
- a handle 14 may be arranged on the last last body 2a. It is understood that the handle 14, in the embodiment in the form of a belt piece fastened at both ends, on which the Winding body facing outwards of the strip body 2a is appropriate.
- a support device 15 for example in Shape of an elongated hole can be arranged, the wearing of the Container relieved.
- the wall sides not connected in the last structure, which are arranged on a container edge when the container is assembled are connected.
- the side opposite the hinged end 16 arranged longitudinal ends of the strip body 4a with the wall side 17 forming longitudinal ends of the strip body 2a of the side wall region 2 can be connected.
- you have to the the bottom wall area 6 facing edge strip body 4a of this end wall 4 with those on the relevant side 18 of the bottom wall area 6 connect arranged longitudinal ends of the bottom wall strip body 6a.
- the wall connection devices available for connecting said wall sides are from the front on the groin bodies arranged. They are all constructed the same and can be used by locking devices be formed. This can be done in the longitudinal wall area 2 each last body 2a at both longitudinal ends upright locking element 19 and in the two end wall areas 4.5 at the free longitudinal end of each ledge body 4a or 5a a locking recess assigned to the respective locking element 19 20 may be arranged, in which the respective latching element 19 engages and is locked.
- the formed by the locking elements 19 and the locking recesses 20 Wall connection devices can be made in one piece to the Groin body be molded.
- the locking can also be done releasably, so that the container 1st can also be dismantled.
- the Last body 4a and 5a of the two end walls 4,5 together be connected. Depending on the design of the container in detail this connection could be established from the beginning.
- the last body 4a and Last body 5a separated from each other when the last body structure is wound to the winding body 7.
- the fillet body 4a and the fillet body 5a are therefore separate from each other within the winding body 7.
- they are then used to assemble the container 1 connected to one another at their longitudinal edge regions. This happens with the help of inguinal body connecting devices, which in the exemplary embodiment the same as the wall connection devices are. So the ledge body 4a and 5a in the area its lower longitudinal edge, as in Fig. 2 at the bottom Groin body 4a has already been designated, at least one Locking recess 20 into which a locking element 19 on the upper longitudinal edge area of the adjacent last body engages releasably latching.
- the wall connection devices and those at the execution. game basically same strip body connecting devices are arranged and designed so that they are not a pressure acting on the container walls from the inside of the container but can only be released by applying pressure from the outside.
- the strip body 4 is one of the inguinal body connectors seen in cross section. At the lower longitudinal edge area of the The strip body 4a shown above is the locking recess from the outside 20 molded.
- the locking projection 19 is the upper one Longitudinal edge of the strip body 4a shown below upwards upstream and protrudes inwards, being in the locked position State engages in the recess 20 and there behind one arranged on the upper ledge body 4a locking member 21 locked.
- the strip bodies 4a and 5a connecting Connection devices to be solved when winding This can be done by hand before winding up by using the respective adjacent and interconnected inguinal bodies 4a and 5a pivots about the joints 9 away from each other. This unlatching takes place in the illustrated embodiment when winding but also by itself.
- Fig. 4 you fold the upper one Last body 4a of the end wall area 4 together with it via the respective joint 9 holding the body 3a of the longitudinal wall 3 in the winding direction according to arrow 12, the locking member 21st pulled away from the locking element 19, whereby the locking engagement is released and the locking element 19 emerges from the locking recess 20. This is made possible in that the locking element 19 is resilient is.
- Plastic is in particular the material for the last body intended. However, it also comes, for example, wood or wood-like material or metal in question.
- the particular in the manufacture of the last body from plastic the longitudinal walls 2, 3 are particularly easy to manufacture and the areas resulting from the bottom wall 6 and the areas forming them Last body instead of the missing in this embodiment Bands 10, 11 each arranged between two last bodies Hinges connected to each other attached to the two Last body can be integrally formed.
