Abstract
Description

daß die Stulpschiene zumindest an ihrem Ende bzw. an ihren Enden einen T-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist, wobei der schmale Mittelsteg des T-förmigen Querschnitts zur Nut weist, und der breitere Steg durch einen Steg gebildet wird, der entlang der oberen Sichtfläche und der Stirnfläche der Stulpschiene verläuft,
daß die Arretierplatte einen U-förmigen Querschnitt sowie bereichsweise von den Schenkeln nach innen gerichtete Stege aufweist und die Arretierplatte im Bereich des T-förmigen Querschnitts über eine T-Nutenverbindung mit der Stulpschiene längsverschieblich verbunden ist,
und daß der Abstand zwischen Sichtfläche der Stulpschiene und Treibstangen-Oberseite größer bemessen ist als die Summe der Abständen zwischen dem U-Steg der Arretierplatte und Steg desselben sowie zwischen den in Richtung des angrenzenden Beschlagbauteils liegenden Vorderkanten von Arretierplatte und Steg, und die Raststege zur Befestigung der Klammer im Bereich des Mittelsteges angeordnet sind.

Claims (11)
- Befestigungseinrichtung an einem Betätigungsgetriebe (1) für einen Treibstangenbeschlag, wobei das Betätigungsgetriebe aus einer Stulpschiene (38a, 38b), einer dahinter verschiebbar gelagerten Treibstange (3, 4) und einem ortsfest an der Stulpschiene (38a, 38b) befestigten Gehäuse (2) besteht, in dem als Drehantriebsglied ein Ritzel oder Antriebeszahnrad (9) gelagert ist, dessen Zähne mit einem Verzahnungsabschnitt (6) oder Durchbrüchen der Treibstange (3) zusammenarbeiten,
wobei die Befestigungsvorrichtung zur längsverschieblichen Führung der Treibstange (3, 4) entlang der Stulpschiene (38a, 38b) durch mindestens eine Klammer (60a, 60b, 60c) mit einem U-Querschnitt gebildet wird,
wobei der Öffnungsquerschnitt des U-Querschnitts zur Stulpschiene (38a, 38b) weist,
wobei die Klammer (60a, 60b, 60c) aus einem dünnwandigen Blech geformt ist,
wobei das Betätigungsgetriebe (1) in einer abgestuften Nut (65) im Falzbereich des Flügels oder des Rahmens angeordnet ist,
wobei die Stulpschiene (38a, 38b) auf der Nutstufe (65a) aufsitzt, während die Treibstange (3, 4) durch die Stulpschiene verdeckt in der Nut (65) liegt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Klammer (60a, 60b, 60c) über eine Schnapp-Rastverbindung (61) mit der Stulpschiene (38a, 38b) verbunden ist,
daß an den U-Schenkeln (60', 60'') der Klammer (60a, 60b, 60c) nach außen weisende Flansche (67) angeordnet sind, die im Bereich der Nutstufe (65a) liegen bzw. aufliegen, während die U-Schenkel (60', 60'') in die Nut (65) eintauchen. - Betätigungsgetriebe für einen Treibstangenbeschlag nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schnapp/Rast-Verbindung (61) aus seitlichen vorspringenden Raststegen (62) der Stulpschiene (38a, 38b) und komplementär dazu geformten Ausnehmungen (63) der Klammer (60a, 60b, 60c) besteht. - Betätigungsgetriebe für einen Treibstangenbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, mit zwei in dem Gehäuse (2) in zueinander entgegengesetzten Richtungen verschiebbaren Treibstangen (3, 4),
bei dem Verzahnungsabschnitte (5, 7) der Treibstangen (3, 4) innerhalb des Gehäuses (2) an diametral voneinander abgewendeten Umfangsseiten je mit mindestens einem einen relativ kleinen Durchmesser aufweisenden Ritzel (8a, 8b) kämmen,
die mit zueinander achsparalleler Ausrichtung im Abstand nebeneinander und unabhängig voneinander drehbar im Gehäuse (2) lagern,
und bei dem eine Treibstange (3) den Verzahnungsabschnitt (6) oder die Durchbrüche aufweist, wobei die eine Treibstange (3) mit dem Antriebszahnrad (9) kämmenden zweiten Verzahnungsabschnitt (5) an ihrer von dem Ritzel bzw. den Ritzeln (8a, 8b) und dem ersten Verzahnungsabschnitt (6) abgewendeten Seite aufweist,
wobei das Gehäuse (2) aus einem im Querschnitt im wesentlichen U-förmigen Grundkörper (12) besteht, wobei der U-Steg (14) des Grundkörpers (12) über den Verschiebebereich des Verzahnungsabschnitts (7) hinweg eine mulden- und wannenartige Ausformung (17) hat, deren Boden (18) und Seitenwände (19) Stütz- und Führungsflächen für den Verzahnungsabschnitt (7) bilden, und wobei in den Seitenwänden (19) der Ausformung des U-Steges (14) Lageröffnungen (20a, 20b) für die Aufnahme des Ritzels bzw. der Ritzel (8a, 8b) vorgesehen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Klammer (60c) im Bereich der Lageröffnung bzw. der Lageröffnungen (20a, 20b) angeordnet ist. - Betätigungsgetriebe für einen Treibstangenbeschlag nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
und daß die Klammer (60c) beiderseits des Ritzels bzw. der Ritzel (8a, 8b) befestigt ist. - Betätigungsgetriebe für einen Treibstangenbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Flansche (67) der Klammer (60c) im Bereich der Lageröffnung bzw. der Lageröffnungen (20a, 20b) liegen. - Betätigungsgetriebe für einen Treibstangenbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,.
wobei zur Kopplung mit weiteren Treibstangenangrenzender Treibstangenbeschläge - an der Stulpschiene (38a, 38b) eine Stoßstellenüberdeckung in Form einer Arretierplatte (43) vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stulpschiene (38a, 38b) zumindest an ihrem Ende bzw. an ihren Enden einen T-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist, wobei der schmalere Mittelsteg (86) des T-Querschnitts zur Nut (65) weist,
wobei eine, nach unten geöffnete Ausnehmung (87) durch einen Steg (88) begrenzt wird, der entlang der oberen Sichtfläche (89) und der Stirnfläche (90) der Stulpschiene (38a, 38b) verläuft,
wobei die Arretierplatte (43) einen U-förmigen Querschnitt sowie zumindest bereichsweise nach innen gerichtete Stege (91) aufweist, und die Arretierplatte (43) im Bereich des T-förmigen Querschnitts über eine T-Nutenverbindung mit der Stulpschiene (38a, 38b) längsverschieblich verbunden ist,
und wobei der Abstand zwischen Stirnfläche (89) der Stulpschiene und Treibstangen-Oberkante (3', 4') größer bemessen ist als die Summe der Abständen zwischen dem U-Steg (43') der Arretierplatte (43) und Steg (91) desselben sowie zwischen den in Richtung des angrenzenden Beschlagbauteils liegenden Vorderkanten (93, 94) von Arretierplatte (43) und Stegabschnitt (92),
und wobei die Raststege (62) zur Befestigung der Klammer (60a, 60b) im Bereich des Mittelsteges (86) bzw. der Ausnehmung (87) angeordnet sind. - Betätigungsgetriebe für einen Treibstangenbeschlag nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stulpschiene (38a, 38b) eine Stärke hat, die größer bemessen ist als die Stulpschiene (96) der benachbarten Treibstangenbeschlag-Anschlußbaueinheit. - Betätigungsgetriebe für einen Treibstangenbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 6 und 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Raststeg (62) und der Stegabschnitt (92) entlang der Stirnfläche (90) der Stulpschiene (38a, 38b) mindestens um die Länge des Steges (91) beabstandet sind. - Betätigungsgetriebe für einen Treibstangenbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Freiraum zwischen Klammer (60a, 60b) und Stegabschnitt (92) kleiner bemessen ist als der Steg (91) der Arretierplatte (43). - Betätigungsgetriebe für einen Treibstangenbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Befestigungsschraube sowohl die Arretierplatte (43) als auch die Klammern (60a, 60b) durchsetzt. - Betätigungsgetriebe für einen Treibstangenbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Grundkörper als Druckguß- oder Spritzguß-Formteil aus Metall oder Kunststoff ausgeführt ist.
