Claims (10)
- Tür, insbesondere Feuerschutztür (1), mit einem Zargenrahmen (3) und einem wahlweise rechts- oder linksanschlagend einbaubaren, hinsichtlich einer horizontalen Mittelebene insoweit etwa symmetrisch ausgebildeten, an den Längsseitenbereichen und zumindest einem der Breitseitenbereiche mit einem im Schließzustand den von der in Öffnungsrichtung weisenden Breitseite her gesehenen Spalt zum Zargenrahmen (3) abdeckenden Falz (15, 16) versehenen Türblatt (2), das mit dem Zargenrahmen (3) über Scharniere (5) verbunden ist, deren jedes wenigstens drei von einem Schamierbolzen (4) durchgriffene Scharnierbänder (8, 9) aufweist, deren Bandlappen (10, 11) in Bolzenlängsrichtung gesehen abwechselnd an einem Längsseitenbereich des Türblattes (2) und einem Vertikalholm (6) des Zargenrahmens (3) angeschlossen sind und an deren einander zugewandten Stirnseiten vorzugsweise Gleitringe (12), insbesondere verdrehfest, angeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Türblatt (2) gegenüber dem Zargenrahmen (3) um etwa bis zur Höhe eines breitseitigen Falzes (16) des Türblattes (2) im Bereich der Scharniere (5) in Bolzenlängsrichtung verschiebbar ausgebildet und ohne Aus- oder Umbau von Scharnierteilen (4, 8, 9) wahlweise in einer der Verschiebeendstellungen um die Scharnierbolzen (4) schwenkend fixierbar ist. - Tür nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mittlere Scharnierband (8) eines jeden Scharniers (5) gegenüber seinen benachbarten Scharnierbändern (9) um etwa bis zur Höhe eines breitseitigen Falzes (16) des Türblattes (2) mit einem entsprechenden Freiraum (7) spielbehaftet entlang des Scharnierbolzens (4) verschiebbar ausgebildet ist und daß für die Fixierung der jeweils benötigten Verschiebeendstellung ein auf den Scharnierbolzen (4) seitlich aufschiebbares, ringförmiges Distanzstück (17) vorgesehen ist, dessen Dicke dem Freiraum (7) entspricht und das zur Aufnahme des Scharnierbolzens (4) ein U-förmiges Innenprofil (18) und ein kreissegmentförmiges Außenprofil (19) aufweist, dessen Segmentenden in den freien Enden der Schenkel (20) des Innenprofils (18) auslaufen. - Tür nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen den Schenkein (20) des U-förmigen Innenprofiles (18) des Distanzstückes (17) wenig größer als der Durchmesser des Scharnierbolzens (4) ist, daß der stegseitige Übergang (21) zwischen den Schenkeln (20) als Halbkreis ausgebildet ist, dessen Kreismittelpunkt im Einsetzzustand des Distanzstückes (17) in der Längsachse des Scharnierbolzens (4) liegt, und daß der Durchmesser des kreissegmentförmigen Außenprofils (19), dessen Kreismittelpunkt im Einsetzzustand in der Längsachse des Scharnierbolzens (4) liegt, größer als derjenige der angrenzenden Bandrollungen (14) bzw. der in diese eingesetzten Gleitringe (12) ist. - Tür nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an wenigstens einer der beiden Stirnseiten (22, 23), vorzugsweise der im Einsetzzustand unteren (23), des Distanzstücks (17) eine hinsichtlich dessen äußerer Abmessung gesehene kreissegmentförmige Hinterschneidung (24) ausgebildet ist, in die im Einsetzzustand des Distanzstückes (17) der bzw. die diesem zugewandten Stirnringseiten der angrenzenden Bandrollungen (14) bzw. der bzw. die dort angeordneten Gleitringe (12) unter der Last des Türblattes (2) eingreift bzw. eingreifen. - Tür nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hinterschneidung (24) bzw. eine der Hinterschneidungen des Distanzstückes (17), vorzugsweise die im Einsatzzustand nach unten gerichtete, mit einer Eingriffsausbildung (25) versehen ist, die mit einer Gegenausbildung (26) in der angrenzenden Stirnseite der benachbarten Bandrollung bzw. dem dort angeordneten Gleitring unter der Last des Türblattes in verdrehfesten Eingriff tritt, insbesondere in Gestalt zweier parallel verlaufend symmetrisch zur Längsachse des Scharnierbolzens (4) einander gegenüberliegender Schultern (25) im Bereich der Hinterschneidung (24), an denen zwei ebenso angeordnete Kanten (26) von Kreisabschnitten des angrenzenden Gleitrings (12) angreifen, wobei die Schultern (25) in der Hinterschneidung (24) des Distanzstückes (17) bevorzugt zu den einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Innenprofils (18) parallel verlaufen und die Schultern (25) in der Kreissegment-Umfangsfläche (27) des Außenprofils (19) auslaufen können, wenn das Distanzstück (17) an seiner gegenüberliegenden Stirnseite (22) ebenfalls eine Hinterschneidung (24) aufweist. - Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gleitringe (12) jeweils mit einem in die zugehörigen Bandrollungen (14) eingreifenden Stutzen (13) in diese eingepreßt sind und daß die Gleitringe (12) aus gehärtetem Stahl und/oder die Distanzstücke (17) aus Sinterstahl bestehen. - Tür nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mittlere Scharnierband (8) zumindest eines, vorzugsweise des untersten, Scharniers (5) in einer, bevorzugt im scharnierseitigen vertikalen Zargenholm (6) festgelegten, Bandtasche (30) um etwa die Höhe eines breitseitigen Falzes (16) des Türblattes (2) in Längsrichtung des Scharnierbolzens (4) geführt verschiebbar gehalten und wahlweise in einer dieser Verschiebestellungen (31, 32) gegen die Last des Türblattes (2) abstützbar ist. - Tür nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Bandtasche (30) ein Abstützglied (33) versetzbar gehalten ist, das wahlweise an einer von zwei in Längsrichtung des Scharnierbolzens (4) beidseits des Abstützgliedes (33) vorgesehenen Stützflächen (35) des Bandlappens (10) des mittleren Scharnierbandes (8) angreift, die insbesondere durch Randbereiche einer Öffnung in dem Bandlappen (10), vorzugsweise ausgebildet als von der dem Scharnierbolzen (4) abgewandten Kante des Bandlappens (10) ausgehende U-förmige Aussparung (34) an deren einander zugewandten Schenkelseiten (37), ausgeformt sind, wobei das Abstützglied bevorzugt als in Breitseiten (41, 52) der Bandtasche (30) drehbar gelagerter Exzenter (31) ausgebildet ist, dessen der Exzenterdrehachse (33) abgewandte Exzenterfläche (32) durch - insbesondere von außerhalb der Bandtasche (30) her beispielsweise über eine Mehrkantausbildung (36) der Exzenterwelle mittels eines angepaßten Schlüssels durchgeführtes - Drehen wahlweise an der einen oder der anderen der Stützflächen (35) angreift, wobei vorzugsweise die Exzenterfläche (32) um die Exzenterdrehachse (33) kreissegmentförmig gewölbt ausgebildet ist und die Stützflächen (35) ebenso kreissegmentförmig gewölbt ausgebildet sind. - Tür nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsverschiebeführung des Bandlappens (10) innerhalb der Bandtasche (30) durch wenigstens eine in Längsrichtung des Scharnierbolzens (4) verlaufende Langloch-Eingriffsvorsprung-Führung (43, 44) zwischen Bandlappen (10) und Bandtasche (30) ausgebildet ist, insbesondere mit einer Führungsausnehmung (44) in dem Bandlappen (10) und einem in diese eingreifenden, gegenüber der Bandtasche (30) in Verschieberichtung festen Vorsprung (43), der vorzugsweise als Teil eines bei Einschieben des Bandlappens (10) in die Bandtasche (30) wirksam werdenden Rastverschlusses (43, 45;) mit einer gegenüber dem Bandkastengehäuse (37; 47, 48) und damit dem vertikalen Zargenholm (6) federelastisch gegen die Breitfläche des Bandlappens (10) beaufschlagten Rastnase (43) als Vorsprung ausgebildet ist, die im Einrastzustand eine in Einsetzgegenrichtung weisende Fläche (45) der Führungsausnehmung in dem Bandlappen (10), bevorzugt in Gestalt eines oder mehrerer in Längsrichtung des Scharnierbolzens (4) verlaufender Langlochausnehmungen (44), sperrend hintergreift. - Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bandtasche (30) im Endbereich der Einsetzstrecke des Bandlappens (14) eine, bevorzugt sich in Einsetzrichtung verengende, Aufnahmenut (39) für die Vorderkante (54) des Bandlappens (10) aufweist, die den Bandlappen in Längsrichtung des Scharnierbolzens (4) verschiebbar führt, und in die die Breitseiten des Bandlappens (10) zwischen sich aufnehmende Schachtwände (40, 41) münden, von denen eine federelastisch auf die benachbarte Fläche des Bandlappens (10) zu beaufschlagt ist und einen Teil des Rastverschlusses aufweist, insbesondere die Rastnase (43), die im Einrastzustand den in Einsetzgegenrichtung weisenden Rand (25) der Langlochausnehmung (44) in dem Bandlappen (10) hintergreift, wobei die federelastisch beaufschlagte Schachtwand (40) als Einzelelement neben dem eingesetzten Bandlappen (14) mit in die Aufnahmenut (39) eingesetzt und in dieser um einen geringen Winkel senkrecht zur Bandlappenbreitseite unter der Kraft eines Federelementes, insbesondere Schraubendruckfeder (46) oder Federbügel (49), verschwenkbar ist, das sich bevorzugt vorgespannt zwischen der verschwenkbaren Schachtwand (40) und einer benachbarten Gehäusewandung (52) befindet, oder daß die Bandtasche (30) ein aus einem Blechbiegeteil einstückig ausgebildetes Bandtaschengehäuse (37) aufweist, das insbesondere als Einzelteil an dem vertikalen Zargenholm (6) festgelegt ist, vorzugsweise über zwei sich von dem Gehäuse in Holmlängsrichtung abstrebende Laschen (51), wobei die federelastisch verschwenkbare Schachtwand (40) in ihrem dem Einsetzspalt (38) für den Bandlappen (10) abgewandten Endbereich einstückig an dem Blechbiegeteil des Bandtaschengehäuses (37) ausgebildet ist und ihre federelastische Beaufschlagung durch Ausformung in die Einsetzbahn des Bandlappens (10) hineinragend aus den Federeigenschaften des Blechmaterials bezieht.
