Claims (10)

  1. Porte notamment porte coupe-feu (1) comportant un cadre de dormant (3) et un panneau de porte (2) qui se monte au choix à droite ou à gauche, symétrique par rapport à son plan médian horizontal, et dont les grands côtés et au moins une zone des petits côtés comportent une feuillure (15, 16) qui, en position de fermeture, couvre l'intervalle du cadre (3), intervalle que l'on voit pour le côté large tourné dans la direction de l'ouverture,

    la partie en contre dépouille (24) ou l'une des parties en contre dépouille de la pièce d'écartement (17), de préférence celle tournée vers le bas, en position de montage, comporte une forme de prise (25) qui vient en prise avec une forme opposée (26) de la face frontale adjacente de l'enroulement de paumelle voisin ou de la bague de glissement qui l'équipe, sous la charge du panneau de porte, avec une prise solidaire en rotation, notamment sous la forme de deux épaulements (25), opposés, parallèles, symétriques par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de la broche (4) de la paumelle, au niveau de la partie en contre-dépouille (24) avec également intervention de deux arêtes (26) de segment de cercle, correspondantes de la bague de glissement adjacente (12), les épaulements (25) dans les contre-dépouilles (24) de la pièce d'écartement (17) étant de préférence parallèles aux côtés opposés du profil intérieur (18) et les épaulements (25) se terminent au niveau de la surface périphérique (27) en forme de segment de cercle du profil extérieur (18) lorsque la pièce d'écartement (17) présente également une partie en contre-dépouille (24) sur sa face frontale opposée (22).
  6. Porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les bagues de glissement (12) sont enfoncées par un embout (13) dans les enroulements de paumelles (14) correspondantes et les bagues de glissement (12) sont réalisées en acier traité et/ou les pièces d'écartement (17) sont en acier fritté.
  7. Porte selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la paumelle intermédiaire (8) de l'un des ensembles de paumelles, de préférence de l'ensemble inférieur (5) est tenue de manière guidée et coulissante dans une cavité (30) fixée de préférence dans le montant de cadre (6) vertical, du côté de la paumelle, en étant guidée en coulissement, sensiblement sur la hauteur de la feuillure (16) de la largeur du panneau de porte (2), le guidage se faisant dans la direction longitudinale de la broche (4) et étant appuyé au choix dans l'une de ses positions de coulissement (31, 32) contre la charge du panneau de porte (2).
  8. Porte selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la patte de paumelle (30) comporte un organe d'appui (33) tenu de manière mobile, et qui agit au choix sur l'une des deux surfaces d'appui (35) de la patte (10) de la paumelle intermédiaire (8), cette surface d'appui dans la direction longitudinale de la broche (4) de part et d'autre de l'organe d'appui (33), en étant réalisée notamment par des zones de bord d'une ouverture réalisée dans la patte (10), de préférence sous la forme d'une découpe (34) en U, partant du bord de la patte (10) à l'opposé de la broche (4), cette cavité ayant deux côtés (37) tournés l'un vers l'autre, mis en forme,
    l'organe d'appui étant de préférence réalisé comme un excentrique (31) monté à rotation dans les côtés larges (41, 52) de la cavité à penture (30), et la surface (32) de l'excentrique, à l'opposé de l'axe (33) - agit par rotation sur l'une ou l'autre surface d'appui (35) notamment à partir de l'extérieur de la cavité (30) par exemple par une clé adaptée à la forme de l'empreinte polygonale (36) de l'arbre d'excentrique, et de préférence la surface (32) de l'excentrique est en forme de segment de cercle centré sur l'axe (33) de l'excentrique et les surfaces d'appui (35) sont également constituées par des formes de segments de cercle.

  10. Porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la cavité (30) comporte dans la zone d'extrémité du chemin d'engagement de la patte (10), une rainure de réception (39) qui se rétrécit de préférence dans la direction d'engagement pour recevoir l'arête avant (54) de la patte (10), pour guider la patte dans la direction longitudinale de la broche (4) et dans laquelle débouchent les parois (40, 41) recevant les grands côtés de la patte (10), parois dont l'une est sollicitée élastiquement contre la surface voisine de la patte (10) et comporte une partie de la liaison d'encliquetage notamment un bec d'encliquetage (43) qui à l'état accroché, vient prendre derrière le bord (25) de la cavité en forme de trou oblong (44) réalisée dans la patte (10), ce bord étant tourné à l'opposé du sens d'introduction, la paroi (40) sollicitée élastiquement, étant introduite comme élément séparé à côté de la patte (14) mise en place dans la rainure de réception (39) et pivotant dans celle-ci d'un faible angle, perpendiculairement aux côtés larges de la patte sous la force d'un élément de ressort, notamment de ressorts hélicoïdaux de compression (46) ou de ressorts lames (49), installés de préférence avec précontrainte entre la paroi basculante (40) de la cavité et une paroi de boítier (52) voisine ou,
    la cavité (30) comporte un boítier de cavité (37) réalisé en une seule pièce de tôle pliée, fixée notamment comme pièce séparée sur le montant à feuillure (6), vertical, de préférence par deux pattes (51) s'écartant du boítier dans la direction longitudinale du montant, la paroi de cavité (40), pivotant élastiquement, étant réalisée au niveau de sa zone d'extrémité à l'opposé de l'intervalle d'introduction (38) pour la patte (10), en une seule pièce avec la pièce en tôle pliée formant le boítier (37) de la cavité à penture et qui, sollicitée élastiquement, par déformation, pénètre dans le trajet d'introduction de la patte (10), grâce à l'élasticité de la tôle.
